ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti in una camera doppia. personale cordiale, colazione gratuita e un parcheggio gratuito molto ampio. la posizione dell'hotel è ottima perchè proprio al centro della via principale. consiglio per chi vuole spendere poco

Bella camera comoda per quattro anche se abbiamo utilizzato il divano letto. Bello e spazioso il bagno con vasca idromassaggio. Eravamo al 32 piano con vista su Las Vegas. Non ha il Casino, ma può raggiungerlo tramite un tunnel che porta al MGM.

Senza parole! Lo consiglio a tutti! Camere spettacolari, eleganti, pulite, ordinate... per non parlare dello spettacolo delle fontane che si vede dalle camere con vista sul lago! Marita davvero! Consiglio l'all you can eat al buffet dell'hotel!

Prezzo interessante, hotel pulito e camera spaziosa.Comoda posizione per chi deve prendere l'aereo. Gli aerei decollano molto vicino all'hotel però non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a dormire.

"Casino where the hotel is an afterthought"
Reception desk in middle of smoke-fillied casino. Hotel elevators at the very back of casino. Poor unloading area. At the time we arrived the front door was completely blocked with cars awaiting valet service. Valets did not offer any service for hotel guests. They displayed no interest in accomodating hotel guests.

I requested non-smoking, yet it seems that all rooms were smoking. The smoke smell in my room was disgusting.

"Money's worth"
It's worth the price, buffet is pretty decent. Stayed here with kids, pool was good. Only complaint, no fitness facility. GOOD VALUE
"It was nice enough"
The hotel/casino itself was very spacious, and beautiful with lots to do. The cigarette smoke lingering around every corner was off-putting. It was annoying especially that you could smell it in every restaurant we went to. "Customer service couldnt care less"
This is a little difficult for me because I'm not a complainer and I consider Las Vegas home. So I was going home for 4 days I'm visiting my girlfriend, should be a great time right, wrong. Customer service was horrible. Besides that I go downstairs to gamble at 1 am .Every ATM was out of service , I was told to go across the street to find am ATM by […] 2 people and the lady at the cage shrugged and said well I don't know. Wow, also threes a shuttle to the airport twice a day , last one at 4 so if you come or go after that you're screwed spend 20 on a taxi. And there are about 4 other issues 2 of which customer service blew me off about so no need mentioning them on here. Then there's the pay 3rd party internet or your free option go down to the 2nd floor "business center" with 2 computers for all the guests. Then there is the resort fee!! No swimming , its January, couldn't find a workout room but that's not why I was there. And o had to pay for internet. Why did I have to pay an additional 18.75. Beats me. I am so very sorry to hear that you had a less than exceptional visit with us at Sam's Town. We are very proud of our service standards and it is obvious that we feel far short of our own goals in your instance. I assure you that I have sent your comments to each of the areas mentioned so that the Department Managers can take steps to make sure that your experience is not repeated. We are currently in negotiations with an internet provider so that the issues you had with the in-room service can be eliminated, and lastly the shuttle to the airport is a very recent addition to our services. Hopefully as ridership increases we will be able to increase the times that it is available. Again, I apologize that you these service issues marred your visit and sincerely hope that you will consider visiting us again and offering us the opportunity to better meet your expectations.

We've driven by this hotel while in our RV heading north or south (snowbirds). It just looked like a hotel and casino, no big deal. What a pleasant surprise when we booked a room there. The courtyard and water display is very nice plus little shops and familiar named eating restaurants all surrounding the courtyard. The beds were more comfortable than […] ours at our home. We were in a less expensive room which did not include a coffee maker, etc. and had a small television. "Sam's Casino and Inn, LV"
Hotel itself is very nice with a number of eating choices, movie theaters and a bowling alley. Its location is way away from the Las Vegas Strip, museums and Red Rock nature preserve. If someone is only interested in gambling here or the other smaller casinos close by the hotel is a fine choice.
"Hidden Gem in Vegas - Sam's Town"
We needed a place to stay that was affordable and clean so we could feel safe on holidays in Vegas. Sam's Town fit the bill for us especially as we stayed during the raucous NYE shenanigans. Not only was our room a refreshing welcome after a long drive, but the Sam's Town staff were quite welcoming and attentive to our needs once we'd arrived. While […] the hotel is a ten to fifteen minute drive from the hotel, there's a shuttle bus that takes you to the heart of the Strip throughout the day. While I'd prefer it left earlier in the morning, it still is a nice bonus that the hotel offers for its guests. On top of a shuttle bus, the hotel offers a steakhouse, mexican restaurant, several chain restaurants and a donut shop all from the comforts within the compound. While we only tried the mexican restaurant, it was absolutely an lovely eatery which served actual authentic Mexican food with very reasonable prices. The hotel itself has bingo, keno and plenty of slots and tables to satisfy even the pickiest gambler. While the clientele is mostly locals, it had plenty of security, both inside and outside in the parking structure, so if you wondered about your car, it's perfectly safe. I always found a guy on a bicycle whizzing by or saying "hello" whenever I left or arrived at the hotel. As for the room, it was impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. The showers didn't require a rocket scientist to figure out how to utilize them nor were there dodgy stains on the bottom of the tub. The housekeeping staff were very kind and clearly attentive to making sure the room was cleaned thoroughly after you left for the day. In addition, the rooms all had irons, ironing boards, hair dryers and Kohler sinks with nice countertops. My only grips with the hotel are few and far between, but should be addressed: I wish the shuttle bus left earlier than 1230 in the afternoon, the t.v. could be bigger and they should have room service. "Room bad"
We had asked for an inter room but was given a outer room, 691. The room was nice, but the bed was terrible.
I apologize that the interior rooms were not available during your visit. I can understand why you hoped to be in that area, since it overlooks the beautiful Mystic Falls Park, but those rooms are very sought-after and we can only accommodate those requests based on availability. I'm glad to hear however that overall you did enjoy the room you received. I will ask our Hotel Manager to look into the condition of the mattress in that specific room to determine if it needs to be placed ahead of the usual schedule for the new mattress rotations. Thanks for letting us know exactly which room needed that attention. We stayed all over the Southwest on a 10 day Holiday and Sam's was a refreshing end to it. After staying on the strip last time at a 5 star I expected less at Sams . "Sam's Town - good for families"
Our 14 and 12 year old kids were thrilled with this hotel. The indoor park is pretty, nice light show. We enjoyed the bowling alley. Having to walk through the smoky casino wasn't optimal but the rooms were nice, the price was great, the free shuttle made it easy to get into Las Vegas.

Sam's Town Las Vegas has been a worthwhile experience. I used to live in Las Vegas from 1989 through 2005 and during that stay I've stayed at quite a few of the main stream hotels. Sam's Town is right up there with the big names as for customer service and convenience.

Thanks for the note, which offers me the opportunity to let you know that we are currently in the middle of that exact renovation for our hotel rooms. We have completed that upgrade for more than 400 of our rooms, and the remaining will be finished before the end of the summer. It is taking a little bit of time since we also are upgrading the space in each room where the old console type televisions were stored, but before you know it every screen in the hotel will be a shiny new flat screen! Thanks for staying with us here at Sam's Town. I'm sorry it was a bit of a disappointment for you in this regard, but I sincerely hope that you will visit us again and give us another chance to better meet your expectations.

This is a very nice low key family oriented Casino Hotel. Sure, visit The Strip but stay here. The rooms are inexpensive but upscale. The Buffet was a bit pricey. (But who isn't these days). The food was delicious. . Everyone was so nice and helpful. We will be taking another Mini-Vaca here soon

"EXCELLENT all around"
I can't say enough good things! great rate! great prices! great room! great view! staff was very helpful and friendly! "Fine for the price"
Great deli in sports book, clean casino and rooms. Good deal but many other options closer to the airport and strip. The stay at the hotel was good with a couple of exceptions. The registration desk is not very helpful and when the laser light show is in progress nearly impossible to communicate. The absolute worst is the Buffet; not the quality of the food but the staff. customers were ordered about and completely regimented. I was very impressed with the selection and freshness of the buffet selections. The price was well within reason for what was offered. I loved the Chinese station where you can pick your vegetables and meats/seafood that will be wok'd for you. My only issue is that not everyone wants well cooked beef. I was craving a nice rare prime rib. The salad,soups […] and all the other selections were very fresh and tasty. The dessert station was also very diverse and fresh. I would definitely go back. This is a great stay near Las Vegas with good food and a lot of entertainment to keep you busy. One of the better values on our 3 week trip.

I enjoyed Sam's Town. The staff are friendly and it is easy to find your way around. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and it was very good. I think the beds could have been a little softer, but okay for people who like a firm bed.

I would have to say the sevice of most of the employees were great,but the rooms need some major work..1)Beds need to be non-lumpy,2)bathroom sinks should work properly not leak or bathtub not slippery,3)Cleaning crews should not be using vaccum cleaners at 3am!!!

Enjoyed our stay and had no problems. Enjoyed eating the buffet and everyone was helpful and friendly. Only problem, no coffee pot in our room. I had to go down to casino to find a cup of coffee. This in no way would affect our chioce of places to stay whenever we come back to town.

Huge downstairs area with gambling, Friday's, bar, waterfall.... they have a shuttle to the strip but was only for during the day. It's good if you don't want to be close to the noise and craziness of downtown Las Vegas. Might not stay here again, but if friends were thinking about it i would have positive things to say.

This is a clean,economical family hotel. It's driving distance from the strip. They have a bowling alley on the bottom floor, which offers $1.00 bowling after midnight.
