"Good bang for the buck"
It was a nice, comfortable stay. They still aren't up and running due to the recent hotel, but breakfast was nice and the rooms were sufficient. The beds were comfortable. Only had two flat pillows per bed and two towels, washclothes, etc, though I had put that I had 4 people staying, so I had to request more but they were accomodating. "The good - the bad - the ugly"
This was a very clean motel; the beds were comfortable; parking was easy access; however, we arrived after Branson suffered Tornado damage. This motel had damage from the tornado. As for service, upon arrival & check-in, I was given a room non-smoking room on the second floor. I explained to the man at check in that I had called and asked for ground […] floor and smoking which I was assured we would receive. He said he could get us on the ground floor in a handicap room but no smoking was available. Then there was no hair dryer in the room which I also called in advance to verify and was told all rooms had hair dryers. We had to call & request a hair dryer and then given one that did not work. We asked for extra coffee and it was never delivered. The cleanliness and environment we okay but the customer service needed some serious work. There was one gentleman that did find a hair dryer that worked who was very nice and tried his best to service us. Continua a leggere
The staff at the hotel were awsome and very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again for sure.
even tho they just went throw a tornato they still took go care of there people!!nice people work there,made u feel like u where @ home!! im going back & i will b stay'n there!!!!!!
"GREAT STAY"
EVERY THING AND EVERYBODY WAS GREAT AT THIS MOTEL. BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. CANNOT BEAT FOR THE PRICE!
