"Good Hotel with One Serious Flaw"
The room was quite large and well-equipped, with an excellent bed, good tv, and satisfactory bathroom. The heating system was difficult to control, however. It was reasonably quiet. The fitness center is quite good. The serious flaw with this hotel is the breakfast, which is very poor. We would have paid more to eat something decent.

"Brookwood Inn"
I stayed at this hotel for three nights and felt very safe. The neighborhood is great, and you can walk around by yourself. The beds are very comfortable. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the pool is quite cold. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I will stay here again.

Ordianarily I would give this hotel a high rating. However, this hotel is switching people who book king size bedrooms to queen size bedrooms claiming that online bookings are not guaranteed the room they booked. This is a classic bait and switch where you think you are booking a great room at a great price only to discover that they gave your room […] to someone else because they were willling to pay a higher price. Hotels.com was terrific and they help me get a price reduction for the inconvenience. I will use hotels.com again, but I would not recommend the Brookwood Inn without a phone call to get them to guarantee your room. Continua a leggere

"Great Location for Nazareth College parents"
Very nice hotel with very comfortable rooms located right on main road in Pittsford. Breakfast is provided and the hotel has a nice Italian restaurant. Very nice staff - overall great experience.
This hotel needs to seriously update its bathrooms. Our bathroom sink was cracked with rust stains, the shower was the same. For the price they charge per night it is not worth the money. The recently opened an Italian restaurant that is overpriced with very limited selections.

Gun-shy from having hit a deer two weeks earlier, we didn't want to drive our just-repaired vehicle all the way home on Christmas night, so we stayed over after spending the day with family. We brought 3 small kids along and they really loved the place. Cosy, quiet and beautiful ambience place for rest & relaxation. Staff are very courteous, friendly & helpful. Highly recommended for family holiday.

We found a really good deal online and were very satisfied with everything this hotel had to offer. When the bar was busy, they stayed open late, the lobby was beautiful, and our rooms were clean and nice. I would stay again.
The room that we stayed in had a torn spot on the couch, the coffee table had some severe damage to the top, the refrigerator and the micro wave had a number of dents in the exterior. "War Zone"
Stayed at the Brookwood Inn for a few nights while in business, and due to nature of my schedule, I slept (tried) during the day. Unfortunately every morning around 10:00am until 11:30am or so I would go into (PTSD)* attacks. Housekeeping would start to slam doors non -stop (deliberately or not), but it felt like being in Kosovo and/or Iraq during the […] first days of bombing campaign in Desert Storm all over again. Has the look and feel of a high class hotel, very professional and friendly staff as well. Everything was amazing except for two things. The toilet could barely flush a single piece of tissue paper. The other thing that bothered me was the tv remote. Huge flatscreen and the remote hardly worked. "Brookwood Hotel"
This is the 3rd time I have stayed here on business. The staff is always very polite, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that the steakhouse was closed at the time of my stay but was grateful for the free shuttle I got to their "sister" hotel, Woodcliff ,where I enjoyed a wonderful massage […] and dinner. Portionso f the bathroom grout were dirty and needed cleanaing. Hallway door bottoms needed painting. Bar soap in bathroom were not acceptable. Bathrooms needed updating.

"Much nicer than I was expecting!"
The pictures do not do this hotel justice! Our room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful and courtious. The complimentary breakfast was basic but good. I would deffinatly stay here again.
Enjoyed our stay at the Brookwood Inn. The room was spacious and clean and the location was close to the area we were visiting. The breakfast room was a little dark and crowded when we visited - a softball tournament was in town and there were lots of families staying there. After all, it was the height of summer!

The general feel of this motel is dark and dingy. The carpets were dirty in the public areas and in the room, the breakfast area is underlit, but the rooms are comfortable. The iron didn't work nor did the key upon first arriving. Very nice hotel, rooms were large and comfy. We booked two rooms, one had a thermostat and everything was fine, the other room was controlled at the wall unit. It worked ok, but was a bit noisy. The toilet in one room was a little loose on the floor. Other than that the room was nice, clean and comfortabale. Service at the front desk was friendly and […] very helpful...great staff. The complimentary breakfast featured hot waffels otherwise it was a continental breakfast. Breakfast was held in the bar area and needed more lighting. A comfortable hotel with excellent guest service. We were upgraded without asking and enjoyed the hotel's proximity to a variety of shopping areas, great dining and the beautiful community of Pittsford. Will definitely be returning.

Very nice hotel and quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location to Highway. Would suggest they clean small areas of mold on shower tiles, otherwise nicely appointed rooms. Generous continental breakfast.

we loved this hotel! The room was large,clean and comfortable. The bed was wonderful. Both my husband & I loved how quiet it was in the room. .The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing(in room) was a bar frig.That said, we plan to stay at the Brookwood Inn, on our next visit to area.

Hotel was decent for the money. Beds were not comfortable at all. Bathroom was vey outdated and not overly clean...old tiles with mildew look. Free breakfast was good if you are traveling with kids. Gym was clean and decent.

Looks like a high-end hotel and for the most part is, though attention to details fits the value price---hallway carpets could use a deep cleaning or replacement; in-room shampoo, soaps, etc. look pricey but are actually not terribly high quality.
