My Boyfriend (21) and myself (19) recently returned from our first overseas holiday together. We first stayed in Kuta at a 3 star hotel for approx 7 nights and then spend our last 4 nights at The Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua. We had chosen The Grand Hyatt for our stay as we wanted to finish our stay on a positive, relaxed note. However when we first arrived […] at The Grand Hyatt our first reaction was "wow", everything was up to standard, very clean and spacious. After spending the first day there we were ready to return to Australia (home). We found the staff was helpful if approached but otherwise came accross as very up tight and not welcoming. There isnt alot to do in Nusa Dua so keep this in mind when booking. The pool was great, however wasnt very deep. The breakfast was simple, and was often running out of our favourite meals. The hotel grounds were too big, it was a lengthy walk to the restuarants, pool & reception. The room itself was very clean, however we even though we requested a twin bed, we were only given two singles. The beds were very hard, my boyfriend had a sore shoulder and back for most of our stay in Nusa Dua due to the beds. I was also very disapointed that there was no wi-fi included in the cost of our stay. They did offer wi-fi services at an additional charge for 30minutes of internet use in the internet cafe, considering our stay at the 3 star hotel offered free in room wi-fi I was quite annoyed. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to others, however I would only recommend it to elderly people that don't plan on doing anything during their stay in Nusa Dua. Continua a leggere

The Grand Hyatt is a beautiful hotel with excellent service, a lovely beach setting, multiple family-friendly swimming pools and nicely appointed rooms. Very good restaurant options within the hotel: high quality food to accommodate a variety of preferences. The hospitality and helpfulness of staff were top-notch. We would recommend this hotel for families […] with small children and others who just want to hang out and relax. The hotel location is perfect for sun and sand, but also not terribly convenient for getting out to see other parts of Bali because of the terrible traffic bottleneck one must pass through to get into and out of the Nusa Dua area. Stayed 3 nights.Very nice hotel with many activities for kids.Nice beach and pools.Beautiful area

Nice reception and pool area at the hotel, but small rooms that felt a bit outdated. Our room smelled very mouldy but we could luckily change that on the second day. There was a 10-15 minutes que for breakfast each morning which is not acceptable. Long que for the egg station since only one person was engaged with that. Long wait for tea and coffee. […] Not very interesting breakfast either. Bad hotel management. Luggage pick up from room did not work. Long time to wait for housekeeping to make up beds for the children - hotel needed to be reminded about that even though reservation was made long time prior to our arrival. Only 2 water bottles in a family room for 4. Many bad small things adds up and builds a bad impression. Beach dirty when windy weather. Traffic jams in Bali destroy the vacation since it is very difficult to move around the island. 1,5 hours drive to Seminyak. Continua a leggere

The hotel grounds are huge, well maintained, nice beach. Great for families with children. Overall nice hotel with plenty of facilities.

If you want to escape from everyday rush and worries it must be the best place to go. Wonderfully manicured gardens. Quite and safe location, still convenient if you want to join your tipical Kuta crazy lifestyle. I went with kids and could not fault it. Great food selection- especially breakfast!!! Absolutely fabulous and comparing near by Bali Collection […] absolute bargain!!! considering quality, chice and service. X-mas dinner was a mind blowing experience for everyone who joinded us. Prachtig gelegen, geweldig mooi opgezet hotel. Tuinen zijn waanzinnig mooi. Kamers van alle gemakken voorzien. Ht hotel is groot, dus als je iets intiems zoekt, moet je hier niet zijn. Denk van te voren na over de wensen mbt tot de ligging van je kamer. Het eten vonden wij kwalitatief erg goed, de prijzen zijn voor Balinese begrippen hoog, maar vergelijkbaar […] met Nederlandse prijzen voor lunch en avondeten. Drankprijzen zijn, zoals overal op Bali, hoog, maar niet uit verhouding met omliggende hotels. Wij vonden het serviceniveau op alle terreinen erg goed. 君悦酒店太美了 泳池尤其赞 唯一的不足就是1400一晚的客房离海滩较远 要走至少十分钟 但anyway 君悦的海滩是私家海滩 多走一会儿也无妨。

Мы уже третий раз посетили этот замечательный остров. В этом отеле остановились первый раз и нам всё понравилось. Очень удачное расположение в зоне отдыха Нуса Дуа , рядом Bali Collection с множеством магазинов разной направленности, кафе и ресторанов с разной кухней. Пляж отеля очень широкий, чистый и всегда есть где укрыться в тени под деревьями почти […] у кромки океана. Посторонних на пляж не пускают. Мы жили в "GRAND Club" , очень тихое и удобное место в отеле, потрясающий вид из номера, отдельное лобби, главный ресторан, далеко от суеты главного бассейна, здесь свой очень удобный бассейн. Отель очень рекомендую. Планируем вернуться на о.Бали и в следующем года на очередную годовщину нашей свадьбы. Continua a leggere

家族３人で６泊滞在しました。　息子の食物アレルギーに対応して頂き、大変に感謝しています。 シェフと除去食の詳しい打ち合わせ後、朝食のメニューをローテーションで組んで下さいました。 また、アラカルトのお食事もアレンジをして、安全でおいしく暖かいお食事を毎回いただくことができ、本人も大変喜んでおりました。 スタッフの方々の暖かく、細やかなホスピタリティーに大変感動しております。

すべての面において、大満足でした！ バリに来たら、次もここに泊まります☆

部屋は古く、バスタブやトイレは特に古さを感じましたがロビーやプールなどは状態も良かったと思います。2歳児と0歳児を連れていましたが2歳児は走り回って喜んでいました。プールのスライダーも子どもは大満足なようでした。是非また泊まりたいとおもいます。次回は部屋はアップグレードしようと思いますが。

景色のよい広くて快適なホテルでした ただ場所がヌサドゥアということもあり クタ迄の行き帰りにタクシーが必要で クタからの帰りが大変でした 出来ればホテル専用バスがあると大変助かります。

Resort with great view and buzz. Personnel was very nice, professional, and helpful. Rooms were not ready yet at check-in, but this was compensated by complimentary lunch for my family of 6 people! 3回目の滞在です。今回は夫婦、小学生の子供2名で利用しました。 こちらのホテルはスタンダードな部屋でもセミダブルかダブル位の大きなデイベッドがあり、広さも48～49㎡位、1室4名利用可なので、家族みんなで1部屋に泊まりたい方にはおすすめです。 子供たちは広いプールが、妻は建物とサービスが素晴らしいスパが気に入っています。以前、義理の母は広くて美しい庭に癒されると言っていました。 また、隣のショッピングモール「バリコレクション」も歩いて行けるので買い物、食事も便利です。
