Great location and good quality hotel by the beach. Enjoy the 15 min complimentary massage and a FANTASTIC breakfast every day. But a bit expensive for what they offer (US $100 price difference with similar hotels) and some rooms are VERY small. Very clean, free wifi, PC via the TV in the room and recently renovated

Attracted to hotel by rooftop lounge photo online. Photo matched reality, very nice. Great happy hour and breakfast. Very clean rooms and nice staff. Did not get requested ocean view or connecting rms, but rooms were close together. Hallways need sprucing up. Room hot and humid UNTIL air cond was put on, then fine. Hotel close to beach. Got early check-in […] and late check-out on only one of the rooms. Helpful, but both would have been more helpful. Many larger hotels got bad reviews for not being accommodating, so this hotel could really stand out if they go even further than mentioned above. Overall, a very good choice. Not disappointed. we enjoyed very much our stay . we liked the interior classic design, the staff is friendly and very nice, everything is so elegant and classic, so quiet, the terace is a beauty, the free massage a very nice surprise , wonderfull breakfast and cocktail. the bathroom was too small, it's a pitty we were not told we have to wait some long minutes untill […] the arrival of hot water, and on the phone in room it is not clear at all how to dial to get the reception . even so, we enjoyed very much and come back next time Continua a leggere

Please disregard reviews about rooms being to small. They were adequate for one person (standard room) and two people (superior room). The staff, roof deck, lobby, and amazing breakfasts were a tremendous compliment to the excellent location of this hotel.

This hotel is amazing! I've never seen rooms so clean! You could eat off of the floors! And the staff were so inviting and friendly. The breakfasts were wonderful as well. The location is great too. I wish I had more time to stay there. I'll definitely stay there again on my next trip to Tel Aviv.

I booked two superior rooms at this hotel for a family weekend trip. When we checked in, at first we were given one nice room on the 3rd floor and one not-so-nice room on the 1st floor (small, dark, not the same quality as what we were given on the 3rd floor). When we went to inquire about moving out of the 1st floor room, the woman at the front desk […] was rude and kept insisting this dark, small 1st floor room was also a "superior" suite. I cannot believe that to be true - it was not worth the money we had paid. It took quite a bit of arguing with her before she moved our family's 2nd room a superior room on the 4th floor. The whole experience was disheartening. No one likes to argue with the hotel immediately upon arrival, much less to be told "the rooms are the same" when they clearly are not. Overall, the rooms at this place are very small. I cannot imagine staying in anything less than the superior-sized room. We glimpsed at a regular room when the door was open for cleaning and it was the size of a shoebox. That said, we had a nice rest of our stay. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Continua a leggere

This was not our first stay in Israel but the best. We always stay in 4-5 Stars Hotel but Shalom was amazing and the best in Tel Aviv. The Hotel is new, the stuff very helpful giving many informaton and recomends. The rooms are very nice but we knew that they are very small and because that we booked one Superior room where we had more space and the […] bathroom was enough big. The breakfast was realy very good and the breakfast room gives you really a good start in the morning. We will be back very soon. We liked it very much. I enjoyed my recent stay at the Shalom Hotel and I intend to go back. The standard rooms as well as the bathrooms are small but nice. The staff was very friendly y , the breakfast was unbelievable and food served during the happy hour is beautifully prepared and served. The free access to the Internet is a nice bonus. Jedoch nicht verdient!! Schimmel im Badezimmer, Zimmer viel zu klein! Und absolut überteuert!!!

J'ai découvert cet hôtel via le site de TripAdvisor pour un bref séjour de 2 jours 2 nuits. Situé près du Hilton, face à un joli parc avec vue dégagée sur la mer d'un coté et la ville de l'autre. Le personnel est accueillant, discret et efficace. Ma chambre au 4ème et dernier étage était un peu petite mais très cosy et agréable avec une bonne literie […] à l'américaine. Les équipements sont complets, tous récents, desing et de bon niveau. Les petits déjeuners sont bons, le choix varié et à volonté. Tout l'hôtel comme les chambres sont d'une propreté incroyable et très bien insonorisés. La clientèle est américaine et française. Il n'y a pas de piscine mais la mer est à 2 pas et le toit terrasse est vaste, aménagé de transats bien espacés et ouvert jour et nuit (comme le reste de l'hôtel est non fumeur c'est pratique et évite d'avoir à sortir). C'est un réel plaisir de se retrouver dans cet hôtel après une grosse journée pour se détendre. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Bref, un lieu agréable et de qualité qui porte très bien son nom avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Continua a leggere
