Anche se abbiamo passato solo una notte, è stato tutto positivo. Bella camera, pulita, ordinata e funzionale. Begli anche gli arredi della stessa. Ottimo bagno. Complimenti!!!

Hotel rapporto qualità /prezzo elevato consiglio per chi vuole visitare Genova : lasciate l'auto in hotel (ampio parcheggio gratuito) e usate mezzi pubblici (autobus+metro) comodi, frequenti e veloci

Affacciato direttamente sul golfo, l'hotel gode di una vista meravigliosa ed è vicinissimo alle principali attrazioni: spiaggia, negozi e vari intrattenimenti per bambini (giardini, giostrine, scivolo, etc). La camera con vista mare era sufficientemente ampia per ospitare due adulti e due bambini di 9 e 2 anni. La pulizia è senza dubbio eccellente così come la cortesia del personale, soprattutto della reception. La colazione è abbondante, non continentale, e forse un po' troppo ricca di prodotti confezionati.

"Un buon 4 stelle"
Siamo stati una notte soltanto, ma nel complesso abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima accoglienza da parte del personale; in particolare, la receptionist, pur essendo in quel momento l'unica persona addetta all'accoglienza (cosa un pò strana visto che l'hotel è un 4 stelle) e dovendo assegnare diverse camere prima della nostra, non ha mancato di sorriderci e […] darci le indicazioni richieste, andando a controllare direttamente sul pc per capire dove fosse effettivamente la piazza. Ottima la colazione e la cordialità dei dipendenti in sala, sicuramente nel mio prossimo viaggio a Genova terrò in considerazione quest'hotel prima di tutti gli altri. Continua a leggere

Hotel di buona qualità. Ragionevolmente vicino al centro di Genova e alla zona shopping (pochi minuti a piedi). Camere con letti confortevoli. Di buon livello la colazione. Qualche problema con il personale (in particolare un addetto alla reception): in particolare, poco dopo la nostra prenotazione online, avevamo chiamato per richiedere una camera […] con posto sufficiente ad ospitare un lettino per un bimbo di 2 anni. Ci era stato risposto che questo non costituiva alcun problema, e pertanto tale richiesta sarebbe stata esaudita. Una volta giunti in hotel, il medesimo addetto alla reception ha però affermato di non ricordare (!) le 2 telefonate fatte nei 2 giorni precedenti all'arrivo. Dopo una certa attesa, ci è stata assegnata una camera più spaziosa e confortevole. Problema risolto, dunque, ma solo grazie alla nostra insistenza. Continua a leggere
"Una notte al Golden Tulip Moderno Verdi"
Ho prenotato una notte per me e mia moglie giusto per un salto a genova. All'arrivo (siamo arrivati alle 19:30, e mezz'ora dopo avevamo una cena) ci hanno dato la camera, e cambiati e lasciato i bagagli nella stessa, ci siamo resi conto che la camera non corrispondeva a quanto prenotato (era un letto alla francese invece di un matrimoniale). Alla nostra […] uscita (di corsa) dall'hotel abbiamo informato la reception, che verificato il problema ci ha proposto di spostarci immediatamente in un'altra camera. Non avendo noi tempo (eravamo già in ritardo alla cena) ho chiesto che si occupassero loro di spostare quanto presente in camera. Al nostro rientro ci hanno dato una camera stupenda (credo anche come scusa del disguido) con i nostri bagagli spostati. In ogni caso bell'hotel con gestione ottimale di ogni possibile problematica. "Hotel Moderno Tulip. Un'esperienza positiva."
L'Hotel è veramente in una posizione strategica (a due passi dalla Stazione Brignole e accanto alla Via di San Vincenzo, strada commerciale piena di ottime trattorie tipiche che collega la Stazione con via XX settembre). All'interno la struttura si presenta molto bene, forse un pò pesante come stile, ma in condizioni veramente buone. Le stanza singola […] era un pò piccola, anche se con un letto alla francese, ma molto accogliente e pulita. TV adeguata con impianto satellitare ben funzionante. Purtroppo le pareti troppo sottili delle camere non consentono un'adeguata privacy. Deludenti i campioncini nel bagno (comunque molto ben tenuto e pulito), che non erano all'altezza di un quattro stelle. Più che sufficiente il contenuto del frigo bar. Varia, fresca e buona la colazione, servita, però, in una stanza un pò angusta. Personale tutto molto disponibile e cortese. Nel complesso un'esperienza da ripetere magari meglio se per soggiorni brevi visto che il prezzo non è stato economicissimo. Continua a leggere

The location of the Golden Tulip Moderno Verdi was wonderful for us arriving by train one afternoon and leaving the next morning. It is literally across the street from the station. In addition, the room was comfortable and roomy and very clean. The staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was quite adequate and very much like the other Italian […] hotel breakfasts we enjoyed. The only slightly negative we might report is that it was quite hot when we were there, and the air conditioning only worked when we were occupying the room. So when we went out to dinner, the air was off, and the room heated up. But I do understand the energy saving necessity and appreciate the fact that it was indeed air conditioned at all! The location was perfect. Just across the street from the train station. There is a nice restaurant nearby called Rustichello. The employees were very nice and all spoke English very well. Good recommendation for a place to eat. The rooms were very nice and the hotel lobby well appointed. Pleasant to sit in and use the internet.
Had a quick stop over so it was a good location for us right across the road from the main train station. Our room was spotless and the buffet breakfast was perfect!

The staff were exceedingly helpful and pleasant; the restaurant served good, inexpensive food; the entire hotel was clean and cared for. But it was unfortunately not enough to overcome the post-apocalyptic hotel exterior, the grimy, run-down neighborhood -- and the single most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. I wish I could recommend the hotel […] for the sake of the staff, who gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation (Rusticello -- AAAAmazing food) and were generally very nice, but the facility just doesn't live up to its stars. "Feels like luxury"
The Moderno Verdi, located just across the street from the Brignole train station, does not look like much from the outside. But the interior is quite impressive, with wood and gilt walls and ceilings. Rooms are spacious and though we didn't get a room with a jacuzzi, we were perfectly content with our "vertical jacuzzi": a shower stall with jets that […] shoot out of the walls. Walking to the old town is very convenient, as you first proceed down the cute commercial street called San Vincenzo, followed by the major commercial boulevard 20th September. Both these streets are active into the evening, so you feel like the walk home is safe. Breakfast is a bit heavy on the sweet items, though there's still eggs, bacon, and bread with one kind of cheese and one kind of ham. The internet is wired, so only one computer can use it at a time (they will provide a cord if you forget to bring one). Our only real complaints were the firmness of the beds and the lack of towel hooks/rods in the bathroom to hang up our towels before/after showering. Would definitely stay here again. Though this hotel doesn't look like much form the outsside, it was well-appointed inside with a very helpful, English-speaking staff. Our room was modern and spacious. The breakfast buffet was one of the best that I've had. Hotel is within walking distance of all of the historic district.
Hotel has the BEST old-fashioned elevator, black rod iron n open glass. Service at breakfast as excellent...lots of variety of food. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel thru the internet at the tourist booth and were pleasently surprised when we arrived. It's a bit off the path and more in a residential zone...area between there […] and the harbor contains lots of shops/places to eat...unfortunately we were there on a sunday in the summer tho, so most were closed. This hotel was very pleasant and the breakfast was terrific. The only negative thing was the room size. It was lovely and clean and very well appointed, but there was hardly any room to open our luggage.

Bortsett fra et rom som var såpass lite at det ikke innbød til annet enn soving, er det ingenting å klage på ved dette hotellet. En utmerket beliggenhet ved siden av Genova Brignole som er stoppested for både tog og busser. Forøvrig en helt grei service og tilsynelatende greit vedlikeholdt hotell. "Despreparo"
Hotel bem localizado e quarto confortavel. Recepcionistas grosseiros, Argentários e despreparados, sem falar Inglês ou qualquer outra lingua que não o Italiano. Nunca mais volto depois de ter que me esquivar dos golpes para me arrancar mais dinheiro quando o hotel já estava prepago. Sem Internet. Preço de estacionamento abusivo.

Golden Tulip ligger rett ved togstasjonen, og ikke alt for langt unna sentrum av Genova. Det er gangavstand inn til sentrum. Jeg var godt fornøyd med hotellet. Restauranten hadde god mat. God frokost.

A szálloda alatt üzemel egy parkoló, ahová a személyzet áll be az autóval. Ha tele van, akkor jó idő mire előszedik az autót. A vendégek igen kis százaléka tudja csak igénybe venni, mert nagyon kicsi, csak pár autó fér be. A szálloda környékén csak bedobálós parkoló van. Chambre double exigue avec un seul chevet pour 2 personnes. Un accueil médiocre, plutôt arrogant même, et un petit déjeuner améliorable. Le quartier de la gare n'est pas le plus plaisant de Gênes et le centre touristique assez éloigné à pieds. En revanche l'hôtel est calme et bien climatisé.
