tutto bene, avremmo preferito l'hotel più vicino alla BOWMAN in Belvidere road vicino allo stadio. Cercare alle 10.00 di sera, con la guida a sinistra Holiday Inn West senza conoscere un vocabolo di inglese non è stato facile.

located just outside the highway but isolated enough, free parking just in front; easy access to town; a large and comfortable room with a large and comfortable bathroom; restaurant good, but breakfast too expensive; personnel a bit rude.

Upon my arrival the staff was friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had the appropriate things for our room and made it an enjoyable staff. I would defo reccomend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was lovely about our stay at the hotel, although we did wait a while for a room as our standard room booked wasnt ready, but to our delight we were upgraded for the inconvenience. We enjoyed the spa,pool,sauna, the view from our room was a seaview we watched the boats passing by. The only downside was the hotel parking but a permit was available […] if we were unable to park. "Portsmouth hotel"
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel . The facilities were excellent . The parking is a little difficult but can get a car park pass at a reasonable price . All the staff were very helpful and it was an excellent location .

Pleasantly surprised by condition and location of hotel. Only problem was the shower which I couldn't turn off or control temperature of.

The room was very small, it was hard to get internet access, the lift was so so slow.

Overall very disappointing service, many mistakes made, none of which were apologised for. Room wasn't very clean, especially bathroom - toilet was stained brown!!! Waited a long time for check in, only to be allocated a twin room instead of a double, then got allocated a room which didn't have same facilities as the one I had originally been in. "Wrong room and bad parking"
When i arrived i was given a room with one bed. I specifically told them on the Internet that i was staying with my 15 year old son. they did change the room for me but only after insisting strongly. The car parking is rubbish, there is not sufficient car parking. And the bays are to dam small. I asked the locals about parking on the street, and they […] said not to. A nice car will be damaged. "hotel pratique et sans surprise"
hotel sans caractère mais fonctionnel. Très calme mais un peu loin (à pied) des quartiers animés.
