This hotel has arguably the best desk manager ever--Kip. He takes care of everything you forget to ask before you remember you forgot! Place is under new management and has been refreshed inside and out. You can even get breakfast despite having an early morning flight. And you're about two no-traffic minutes from the airport. "Incredible bargain and Kip to boot!"
This is a lovely hotel with a great breakfast, but its secret weapon is the sharpest manager I've ever encountered. He answers your questions before you ask, and reminded me to get my Wyndham reward points. He's just one of those quick witted persons who enjoys people, and he certainly makes guests feel at home at the Days Inn Airport in Little Rock. […] The only thing I'd change about this hotel is the pillows--I prefer flat pillows and these have foam. But overall this hotel is a find. "Bad Service, Not Going Back"
They charged me $47 to park in their 1/4 full lot for 2 days saying there was a week minimum. Upon ariving at my room, arms full with computer and luggage, the door stuck so I had to kick it open on the 3rd attempt. "Loud Stay - Get what you pay for"
There is a Waffle House just across the parking lot so stay on the other side of it or you will be hearing bass thumping at midnight. Drive up hotel so you have the noise that comes with that. Small but comfortable rooms. Breakfast was not worth messing with. Go to the Waffle House. Base hotel.
Very friendly staff. Great location for airport travel. This is a great deal for the price.

Hotel staff was very helpful in getting us to the airport at 5:30am. Put out breakfast early and had a very print complimentary shuttle. Hotel was clean and had comfortable beds.

My teenage son and I had been staying at hotels on the road for 4 days. When we opened the door to this one, the room cried "CRAMPED". I stayed in this hotel twice, roughly a week apart. I mentioned when checking out the 1st time the bathroom fan was not working. On my second stay in the same room, the fan had not been repaired and the bathroom had a stale smell. "Decent, for maximum of 8 hours"
First room given had dirty towels on the floor and the bed was a mess. Room looked like it might have been used for just a few hours by a couple seeking privacy. Disgusting. Second room was okay, but reeked of smoke. A bit seedy. Needs some more lighting and security.

There was no TV remote in the room. When I checked out I was told they took them up because people had been stealing them. Also, even though the room was paid for in advance, I was given a form that said I was acknowledging a debt. I've been checking my bank account since, but that part was just odd.
"Expected a Better Customer Experience"
I was scheduled to fly out the next morning on an early flight and wanted to be close to the airport and choose this facility for that reason. I was extremely disappointed of the following: 1) The room was too far away from the lobby and there was no luggage carts available. I believe the Front Desk person should have made some alternate suggestions […] and/or accommodations so that my husband and I could be closer to the lobby and on a bottom level since no carts were available. 2) The brand new sink in the room was stopped up and my husband and I could not use it to rinse when we brushed our teeth. We had to use the tub. 3) I saw more than one roach and was extremely disappointed being that this room appeared to have been recently upgraded. There was one even crawling across the television screen. 4) No apology or anything was done when we brought our concerns to the attention of the Front Desk Clerk when we checked out. I have stayed in previous Days Inn in the past and was satisfied with my stay. This was a first-time experience of disappointment at a Days Inn and I expected to at least have received a form of apology for the unpleasant experience. The location of this particular hotel happens to be a great location for travelers needing to get to the airport quickly for an early flight out and it might be a good idea to employ more pleasant staff members and work on the cleanliness of your property. This is the hotel I always stay in when I come to Little Rock. I think Ive stayed there 20 times in the past 2 years. But please remember to turn AC on prior to renting a room when its above 85 outside. It took my room about an hour to cool off. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised. The room had been updated,was clean and very pleasing to the eye. The bed was very comforable and I got a good night's sleep. Loved the new look of the room and the bathroom sink. Thanks
I had stayed there in March and had a fine room (though the phone did not work). This past trip we were given a room where the bedroom was fine but the tiles were falling off in the bath and had been stuck up with duct tape! (and there were other rooms open!) "Days Inn in Little Rock, AR near airport"
Our stay at this hotel was horrible. Lost power 20mins. after check in and never got it back on. Suppose to have 24hr lobby person, needless to say, about 9 or 10 pm they left and did not return until about 6:45am. Some rooms had partial power a couple all power, although most had no power. "LIT Day's Inn Airport"
Shuttle does NOT run after 11pm. Had to pay for taxi. Doors were locked and grumpy looking man on the other side let me in to check in. I was one of the last people in, and I was in the room farthest from the lobby. I had to walk completely around to the other side of the hotel in the dark parking lot. Noisy room, near stairway, parking lot with trucks […] revving, and curtains that would not close all the way to keep out the corridor outside lights. Won't stay here again. "BAD HOTEL!"
Horrible hotel, needs lots of work, only good thing is close to airport and waffle house, but would go out during day, not a nite, and nite locks are not good and secure, nor is the desk clerk nice, arrived around 11:30 am, and was begging some one to pick me up within rhe hour. Finall around 4pm i was OUT!

Was traveling through Little Rock on our way to Dallas so we stopped there to stay the night. Already booked hotel on hotels.com and hotel was what the description was for sure! We were delighted in that fact. However, the attendant at the front desk was not too friendly (could have been because it was 1am when we arrived and he was sleepy) but that […] is our only complaint. Everything else was good. Room was clean, cozy and comfy. The bathroom was kind of out dated except for the vanity/sink which were very updated. It seemed the hotel is going through a re-modeling stage so that makes sense to me to have new and old stuff mixed together. "Days Inn Little Rock Airport (Arkansas)"
The gentleman that checked up in (445pm) was very friendly & very accommodating. My mom is an elderly woman who has limited mobility....therefore we needed a downstairs room. Therefore, the gentleman that checked us in made all the necessary areangements for her to be comfortable. However, the gentleman on the morning shift was less than hospitable. […] Several guests were astonished at his rudeness & total lack of guest needs. I was very pleased with the original gentleman & equally if not more displeased with the second gentleman. Accommodating Marathi speaking Gujarathi person at the check-in counter. We had called earlier in the evening about late check-in but the evening shift person did not inform the night shift guy. We would have lost the reservation inspite of informing but luckily we reached in time to avoid hassle.
