Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 30 ago 2012Il soggiorno presso questo B&B è stato meraviglioso. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e stile. Al momento del check-in la stanza che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile per un guasto al sistema elettrico e ci hanno sistemato in un'altra di livello superiore, senza maggiorazione di prezzo. il B&B è comodo per raggiundere la 16th strada dove ci sono molti negozi, bar e ristoranti e al LoDo (Downtown). La colazione, oltre a cereali e pane tostato, varia ogni giorno con un proposta calda cucinata al momento. Un giorno c'erano dei deliziosi waffles con banane, fragole e mirtilli, il giorno dopo omelette con funghi. Tutti i prodotti sono rigorosamente bio, come anche lo shampo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo. La zona circostante è tranquilla e il B&B si affaccia su un giardino pubblico. Un bellissimo soggiorno!

L'hotel è situato a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto, le stanze sono molto spaziose e pulite. Anche il bagno è abbastanza grande e pulito. La colazione continentale è esattamente uguale a quella di qualsiasi altro motel americano.In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi ha bisogno di restare a Denver per una o due notti.

Comunque l'hotel è sconsigliabile, malgrado la vicinanza al centro.

"Meh. Glad I got my room cheaper."
I'm sure it was a very nice hotel once. Now, it's tired. It was clean but had I paid the regular $98 and not the Hotel.com rate of $62, I'd have been mad. It's not a $100 room. We arrived at airport of later flight and called for shuttle. The phone rang 30+ times before it was answered. Desk clerk wasn't very helpful but did agree to send shuttle. Wait was 45 minutes and driver was rude and even though serving 4 hotels, he didn't announce which hotel we were at when he stopped. Desk clerk was cold and little help when we arrived. The location cannot be beat. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean but worn. I had a bus of school children stay the night and were quite loud into the evening. The hotel is very nice, big bed, clean room. There are two things about the shuttle between the hotel and the airport are confusing: 1. we called the hotel in the airport when we arrived, but no one answer. Then we just waited for the shuttle at the certain island, and shuttle comes. 2. When we came to the hotel, we booked the shuttle bus to the airport, […] but the next morning, we were told that this reservation is forgotten and they quickly called the shuttle. Vey nice and clean with good service and saved me $20 a night. My meeting was in the Holiday Inn which was only about 1/2 block away. Had to walk in the snow to get there, but that was my choice to save the $20. Also this room had a microwave along with a fridge which saves on eating out the whole time you're there! I have stayed at this hotel previously, about 4 months ago. I stayed because the parking was free at the hotel for the week I stayed there. I called and checked to see if this was still the policy when I made my recent reservation, and was told the parking was still free. The visit was ok. The beds were comfortable, though the linens smelled like hair dye. The shower head was excellent but the shower walls were cracked and in disrepair. Although we didn't stay there for very long, it was very convenient for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport late at night and take us to the hotel, then take us back to the airport in the morning. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the airport and has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. That said, it seems to be a good idea to call them to make sure the shuttle gets you. The area hotels are also used by flight crews so they'll be on the shuttles all hours of the day and night. There's breakfast at the hotel and a little "store" but no […] restaurant. "Will not stay ever again"
We are a family of four with two young children, spending a three day weekend together in Denver. We chose this hotel for the rate and the 24 hour pool. Upon arrival when checked in and went to our room. Opened the door to find the room "under construction" paint and tools everywhere. We had to haul all our stuff back down to the lobby to tell them […] about our room, the front desk had no idea that room was even being worked on. After getting another room, we settle in. We find that this room has an old T.V not a flat panel like the first room would have. We get ready to go swimming. The pool is NOT heated and smelled funny. The staff was never available and I felt very rude. The morning we were scheduled to leave we got the receipt in the door. We had charged two pops, a bag of popcorn and a bag of chips to the room, we got a bill for a very large amount. The hotel charged us for parking!! Funny thing is we had to park about a block away every time we came back to the hotel because there was no available parking at the actual hotel. We explained this to the front desk were they said we would get credit back for the parking charge, well almost a week later we got a partial credit back and an additional charge.. needless to say i do NOT recommend this hotel and will NOT stay here ever again. "Close to Airport"
This used to be a great hotel that we have stayed at every year when in Denver, but there seems to be some management issues and their customer service is lacking. For starters there was no parking at the hotel, had to park 3 hotels down and walk in the dark. There were no towels in the pool area and the overworked front desk clerk, who was all alone […] on a Friday night, never brought us any towels. The free breakfast was nice, but there was no milk and when we inquired at the desk we were assured that there was a room attendant. "good basic hotel close airport"
I stay here every year in transit to Vail from Australia. Nice pool and hot tub. I can get a simple meal at a diner nearby and the hotel is quiet, which allows me to catch up on sleep after 20 hours of travel. Free internet and free airport transfer. Close to the Denver airport, free shuttle. Free breakfast. Very reasonable rates. Check-in was slow with just one desk clerk when I arrived, but several other parties had arrived at the same time.
