We were disappointed with the condition of the room and it's lack of cleanliness. The bath/dressing room were the worst, hair on the bathroom floor, commode was not clean, sink in the dressing area was the worst place. It was not clean and the small area behind the faucet was deplorable. That hotel and the room was awful. The toilet was dirty and didnt work. No phone in the room, the walls were black from dirt. The drapes were hanging off window. Tub was dirty. And we checked out on the 20th and the manger said housekeeping just went into the room today to clean, and said we damaged the room and flooded the downstairs room with putting […] sand in toilet. Room not ready until check in time, then was cleaned 15 minutes prior to us getting on there. Beds were suppose to be queen size. They were not. Tv was dizzying most channels and the door paneling to outside door and bathroom for was filthy.

I took a no smoking room, but the smell still required a quick trip for some air spray. Other than the smell, it was OK. The price was right. It had free wireless internet. The service was great.

The frontage of the hotel is very narrow, missed it 3 times. Sign is way up in the air about 60 feet and difficult to see while driving down the street. Needs a lower sign at street level. New directions should include, across the street from the Holiday Inn Xpress.....Quiet and did what I wanted, got a good nites sleep. Plenty of resturants nearby, […] walking distance too. Needed a place to stay for a wedding in Jonesboro, price was reasonable room was not very clean, bathroom was even worse wouldn't stay here again.

Walls were paper thin about 2:30 a.m. - we were woken up to three people talking loudly in the room next door. At 3:30 a.m., we called the front desk to complain about the noise and the language. The manager called us back to say that he walked down and they seemed to be quiet now and that he saw three people leave, which was a lie since the three people […] were still in the room talking and using foul language. Manager lied to us and said he knocked on the door, which we would have heard, but of course, he didn't. We were not offered another room or some other compensation for our lack of sleep. We had a 5:30 a.m. wake up call and had not had any sleep. It was ridiculous. What was worse was the conversation going on next door included talk about prostitution and using that hotel. I was terrified and refuse to stay there again. All we wanted was a place to sleep for the night and we couldn't even get that. Continua a leggere

This hotel served its purpose - a one night stay. It was more for convenience than for comfort so no complaints in that respect. Free wi-fi was what sold me to booking this room. Breakfast was nice as well. Good, convenient location.

Had trash in room. Door on bathroom would not lock. The guy tried to charge me again when I checked in even though Expedia had taken money out already when I showed him my bank statment he quickly gave me my card back I think he was trying to make a little money for himself.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel room I stayed in was dirty... The bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor and on the tub. And the bed cover had stains on it. Just disgusting...
