Ottimo servizio, prezzo conveniente (comprensivo di wifi e parcheggio), nel cuore di Georgetown.

La permanenza è stata molto piacevole, lo staff è molto cortese e le stanze molto pulite; si trova in una zona periferica ma in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo con una fermata della metro (Takoma) a pochi minuti a piedi oppure sempre dalla stazione metro il bus 52 ferma proprio difronte Motel 6. Il parcheggio è gratuito ed anche l'uso della postazione internet.

hotel comodo e perfetto per girare la città da piedi, a 2 passi dalla white house.

A Landover, nel quartiere degli affari, Courtyard by Marriott New Carrollton si trova a breve distanza dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: FedEx Field e Greenbelt Park. Nella stessa zona potrai visitare anche le seguenti attrazioni: University of Maryland-College Park e Byrd Stadium.

The entire staff was outstanding, I really enjoyed the personal touch and the genuine concern after I explained that I was relocating to the area.I will continue to stay when myself or anybody that may visit I will reccomend the Marriott!!!
"Fine hotel with cheap minded management"
Would be a great hotel if managment wasn't so greedy and unfriendly. 1) They removed the vending machines in favor of a canteen. The canteen prices are not posted for products and they are severly inflated. 2) The front desk man was not friendly and had a very arrogant attitude.

"Awseome New Carrollton Marriott Courtyard"
My family had the most wonderful vacation in Washington DC thanks to our stay at the wonderful Marriott Courtyard in New Carrollton. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the service to the Metro Center was so convenient that we will always choose to stay here in the future.

Excellent, clean and comfortable hotel in excellent location within a walk from Washington DC Metro. One big minus, however, was the slowest food service I have ever experienced in a hotel. The Cafe Bistro, the hotel's only food service and only place to eat in the area, does not live up to its name, Bistro, which means rapid in several languages. "Geared more for businesss travelers..."
We were at this hotel for a function in the area and it was nice but there wasn't much around besides office buildings. The beds were comfortable and room clean. I chose not to take a room rate that included breakfast and was glad I did. If you need to eat in the hotel then maybe but otherwise I wouldn't suggest it. The Hotel was extremely clean. The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We already booked our next stay!

I love marriott properties and this is the best courtyard I've stayed in. Very clean looking, modern decor and it smelled so clean, especially the room. The pillows were so comfortable that I'm going to order me one or two and possibly other bedding as well. "Great Hotel"
The staff were very accommodating and the shuttle to the metro station was great. Our stay was better than expected. The pool was nice and refreshing after a long day in DC. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends if they were visiting the DC area.
"Hotel had to calm other guest down"
Overall satisfied with hotel. Had an issue with some other guests in hallway late at night being loud and smoking inside the building. Called the front desk and they settled them down within a couple of minutes
The hotel was nice but they didn't have enough staff to run the front desk. Also, I had to take a king w/ a pull out instead of a double. Other than that, the people were nice and we had a nice stay.

"Mechanical Trouble, but problem handled"
Upon entering the room upon arrival, we discovered the HVAC Unit Ventilator inoperatable. Cover plate missing on the controls, loose wires, everything. No heat in room. Called front desk who dispatched a mechanic to makes repairs. After about 15 minutes of the mechanic studying the problem, I suggested the hotel move us to another room, which they promptly […] did. "Great Hotel"
The hotel was nicely decorated and rooms were very comfortable. The pool and exercise rooms were excellent. I will definately stay here again. Shuttle service was dependable.

"Great room for the money"
I paid a total of 100 for one night. Not to bad for the room. It was comfortable and clean. While the furniture was not new it was not in a state of disrepair either. The only issues I had was there was used soap on the sink. Overall a pretty decent hotel
