Avevo qualche perplessità per l'estrema economicità della tariffa da riferirsi a 4 persone con inclusa la prima colazione. L'hotel è in ottime condizioni, ben curato, il personale estremamente gentile, la colazione ricca e abbondante. E' presente anche una piccola piscina e una lavanderia per gli ospiti. Bella anche la zona, nei dintorni di un elegante centro commerciale e del museo Henry Ford (che consiglio di visitare) raggiungibili a pochi minuti di auto.

E' un hotel confortevole con grandi stanze e letti comodi. E' vicino all'università Nord di Ann Arbor. Come servizio è molto spartano, ma funzionale, come tutti gli Hotel della catena.

This hotel was undergoing renovations...which is OK, but several of us, myself included, got flat tires in their parking lot. Seems like the construction crew isn't doing a very good job of keeping their garbage contained.

There was no hair dryer in the room. That's something I see in every other hotel chain I've stayed in. My wife didnt bring a hairdryer because there is always one in the room. The coffee mugs by the room's coffee pot were not clean either day. We used the glasses by the ice bucket instead. There was no local sports channel. ie. Fox Sports Detroit .. "Not a fan"
I'm not usually terribly picky about hotels but I really didn't like this place. The walls are paper-thin, the bed is really uncomfortable (you can feel the springs), and the pillows are a lumpy mess. My heat was not working the first night, I woke up freezing cold at 3 AM. I would echo other reviewers that the Lebanese restaurant nearby (Ollie's) […] is outstanding, though... some of the best I've ever had. Continua a leggere
"Not a restful experience"
The walls were paper thin and the hallway doors have large gaps at the bottom making any and every noise in the hallway come straight into the room. The mattress was reasonably comfortable, but the pillows were tiny and very uncomfortable. The comforter was extremely light which, when mixed with a heating system that was inconsistent at best (in multiple […] rooms), made for a really cold sleeping experience. Lastly, despite the indications on the hotel's website and on hotels.com, there was no in-room wifi, only wired access with a short cord and an odd desk. At least it was free... Given how much we paid for this hotel, all three members of my group were decidedly unhappy with our stays. The Continua a leggere

Nice, clean hotel. Comfortable bed and linens. Shower pressure was poor, and flat screen tv had a problem with the picture we couldn't figure out how to fix, but otherwise it was fine. I'd recommend anyone staying there go to "Ollie's Lebanese Restaurant" one block over. - it was so good! Almost worth driving again from Chicago to Dearborn to go to […] that restaurant. "Maintenance needs work.."
The staff and the hotel were fine, however, the internet didnt work, they never replaced any shampoo, soap, etc and there was a plastic ring from a milk jug on the floor in the hallway my whole stay. The worst part is that I suspect that the sheets were not changed prior to my arrival. I didnt notice this until the AM when I looked at the other bed […] also. So I took the sheets and threw them on the floor. I believe the same sheets were put back on my bed. So either they dont replace the sheets or the sheets they do replace with are wrinkled and appear to have been used. Continua a leggere
"Good vs Bad"
The room was very comfortable and clean. Stayed at this location because of a function scheduled for the week-end. Housekeeping decided to clean public restrooms at the same time as over 50 women were served their lunch and would not let anyone use the facilities. Many people were using computers and staff did not want to share access to "free" internet […] with more than one person to conference room. Room capacity may be rated at 45 people, but could not accomodate 25 people with all of their scrapbooking supplies and need of more space than was allotted. Nice rooms, close to shopping area. Was a little far from the Joe Louis arena which was where we were going and why we were staying.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, I think they said it was 2 years old- but I'm not sure about that- The room was bright and cheery- we slept well - bed was fine- The staff treated us like we were the only ones there : )

We were in detroit for a conference and chose the hotel based on location and cost. The room was average...the staff were great. Worth the money.

We were very impressed with the rooms and the service that we received. The price was amazing for the quality of the stay. The only complaint- the breakfast is not complimentary- but it was worth the extra money, it was a good breakfast. Will definitely stay again!
