Per chi è di passaggio è commodissimo, a due passi proprio della stazione centrale, senza che si senta il rumore del treno. Grande camere e con buon conforto.

L'albergo offre servizi notevoli per quanto riguarda l', accesso internet, la ristorazione con cucina anche raffinata, tuttavia lo spazio delle camere standard non è ampio in quanto occupato dall'arredamento, parte del quale non necessario anche se cortese. Bagno ottimo, dotato di vasca-doccia, rifiniture nuove. Struttura idonea soprattutto per conferenze, meeting o gruppi di persone. Posizione vicina al centro città, immediata vicinanza al Tribunale, all'interno del complesso universitario di Aston. Non sono accettate, tuttavia, tutte le carte di credito.

Good experience. Booked through Hotels.com. Quick check-in. Very comfortable ground floor room. Very clean. Staff very polite. I was attending a dinner dance, dinner was only ok, neither good nor bad, could have been larger mains portion and profiteroles were boring and like cardboard. Breakfast was very good but would advise paying for it on arrival, […] extra £5 if not pre-paid. If you make any specific requests i.e. ground floor room for disabled person, I advise you telephone the hotel a few days before your arrival to check that the booking is as requested, the hotel were very accommodating when I did this and found that my allocated rooms were not as per the booking. We had a family room on a friday night was only a stop over, The hotel was very clean the room was very large had 2 proper double beds rather than 1 & a sofa that we are used to the reception staff were helpful and the breakfast team were also very keen to serve. Overall fantastic value for a short stay.
"Good Hotel but could do better"
The Hotel was good and with free parking and in a pleasant location for the price was ok. It is a little too close to the road and without real double glazing a light sleeper could find it annoying. Main fault was that the shower did not work and as we (a family of four) were on a tight schedule we did not have a enough time to let the hotel fix, so […] left feeling slightly grubby. Breakfast was OK but what it boasts on its menu did not appear no strawberries etc although the rest of the food was of a good standard. Really a very good hotel either as a base for exploring if you have a car or as a night stop off whilst travelling through, as was our case. The room was great. The only down side was that the bed dipped in the middle. Obviously used by singles rather than couples. But that is a small down side. The hotel is very nice, clean and friendly staff. Our check in was flawless and when i asked for an internet cable for the room it was delivered quickly. Hotel very clean as were rooms and toilet. Very quiet location nothing of note in surrounding area a car would be necessary or taxi's. Food was great and breakfast had everything one could hope for […] from hot full breakfast to all the cereals juices tea coffee etc. No free internet and its quite expensive and not the fastest around. "£6 / hour internet - robbers"
Terrible 3G wireless coverage forced me to use the in-room internet connection at £6/hr £15/24h. The hotel has extremely tired looking furnishing. Zero service in the bar - I gave up. This is one hotel that stains the entire Holiday Inn brand. Never again!
