Comfort Suites Airport Tempe

The room was excellent, with a lot of space and very confortable bed. Good complimentary breakfast. I would stay here again and would recommend it, too.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices. I especially liked the free computers and printer (I was able to print out my airport boarding pass). An afternoon buffet was provided. I should have notified staff when I went out for the day, my room had not yet been made up when I returned for an afternoon nap. There was a large stain in the mattress that had gone through the sheets. I noticed it late when I went to bed. I had to sleep on the other side of the bed and covered the mattress with an extra sheet for good measure.

We were very impressed with the quality of this hotel for the value.

Very comfortable accomodation. Room was large and clean. We enjoyed our breakfast as well as dinner our first night.

Room was very comfortable. Location was reasonably good to restaurants, however, would have liked to have a restaurant in the hotel. Entrance to hotel is quite impressive for a three star property. Would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Tempe, Phoenix.

Great Hotel, close to ASU, great service, shuttle, pool is nice but they were cleaning it while we were there so we were able to use the pool across the street.

Very happy with the hotel appearance, staff and price. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful and we enjoyed the warm hospitality.

Nice room for families. Walking distance to Diablo Stadium.

I stayed there overnight for business, clean room, good service and comfortable bed (lots of pillows, extra blanket as well). Small bathroom but looks like recently remodeled so good appearance. The only downside is that there are no restaurants close so if you don't eat before you arrive you're out of luck. The breakfast buffet was the standard fare […] but hot and good. Continua a leggere

I enjoyed my stay here in the Comfort Inn Suites. Staff are friendly and I loved the room. Very comfortable, slept well, although it is by the airport, i didn't hear a thing.

The hot breakfast was a major draw for my largish family (4 kids), and so when over-crowding (and bad behavior) was so severe grown men and women were stealing chairs from each other, we were a bit disappointed. Otherwise, all was great. The rooms were perfect and the staff was very accomodating in my request for nearby rooms.

Stayed for a week, it was great. Front desk clerk Christina always had a smile on her face and loved to help with anything we needed. She was a priceless part to the hotel stay.

The rooms were very nice. The only thing I didn't ,like was the AC was on a motion detector and when you didn't move around the AC shut off.

We chose Comfort Suites Phoenix Airport for the location near the airport and because of previous experience with Comfort Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone the two times I called for information. Our bed was very comfortable, more so than my new mattress at home! Our suite had a microwave and a VERY QUIET […] refrigerator. We LOVED the open shelves under the bathroom vanity. (I like to see my stuff so I don't forget anything.) Also, we found the location to be very convenient for day trips away from the Phoenix Area. The complementary breakfast included apples, bananas and oranges in addition to hot & cold cereals and other standard breakfast fare. The pool & hot tub were great following a day of walking & sightseeing. The complementary airport shuttle let us return our rental car the night before our return flight. The hotel was very nice and close to the airport. Continental breakfast was a plus. Asked for directions to the off site rental car return and counter person could not supply them, only directions to the airport

Booked this hotel for a guest couple. They liked it. According to them, room was very nice, clean and roomy. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good.

We went on the hotel for 5 nights (family of 4 with 2 kids of 11 and 12). The service was amazing, the breakfast is a regular but well served continental breakfast. The hotel offers you 24 hour free coffee on the loby plus some delicious chocolate cookies by the front desk. The location is kind of industrial and 2 blocks from a highway (which is pretty […] normal on an airport hotel), that actually make it a perfect location for us, since we wanted to travel to diferent places while on vacation. Don;t expect to be able to walk to restaurants or shopping plazas, but the place is absolutely secure and just 5 minutes drive from many places like downtown Tempe or Scottsdale. We didn;t use the pool or exercise facilities, but you have them available if you wish. I strongly recommend this hotel and we will for sure stay there if we visit Phoenix area again (which for sure will happen). Continua a leggere

The quality of the hotel was very impressive and surprising based on the price. The location was perfect for events at ASU and getting on the freeway. There were not places to eat right near, but a short drive in any direction and there were lots of options. The only problem we had at this hotel is that twice our room did not get cleaned in the morning […] because we were still in the room when they came by and didn't come back later in the day. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were very nice. I was really impressed by the lobby and breakfast/Manager reception as well. The hotel provides a shuttle to/from the airport, and they also serve a nice breakfast.

My sister is allergic to down - we requested allergy free pillows and blankets and the front desk was not able to provide pillows, but did bring a new blanket. She ended up sleeping on the throw pillow from the couch.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was responsive and curteous. There were no detracting features with respect to our stay here.

Unlike other comfort inn suites, there are several problems with this one...firstly, this is not a suite hotel.....just one room with a refrigerator and a microwave, suites have two rooms and two televisions secondly...only one tv. that you cant watch properly sitting on the sofa....thirdly, entrance is not visible....you can easily pass this hotel..and […] get on the highway fourthly...entrance doors are not automatic, have to struggle with them when you have luggage...fifth..only two luggage carts ...that went missing..had to borrow a hand truck from the maintenance guy to load my car....sixth...did not get wake up calls on time...10-15 minutes late....seventh STAYED FIVE DAYS, WOKE UP WITH A HORRIBLE BACK PAIN FOUR DAYS......something wrong with the beds....wont stay here again..... I was in town on business and I got a great deal through a flash sale. The room was perfect - fridge, microwave, ceiling fans, big screen tv, and wireless. The bed was comfortable. My room overlooked the pool but it was not loud at all. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was exactly as I expected - not a 5 star meal but very good and included. […] The gym is tiny - no free weights. The room was nice. A couple of things happened that were a little disturbing. I had called ahead to let the staff at the hotel know that I was arriving late. When my daughter and I got to the hotel we checked in and when I open the door to our assigned room people where in bed asleep in our assigned room. Scared both them and us. I went back to the […] clerk, who informed me she was new and apologized. Then she gave us another room. She did go check to make sure no one was in that room. But when we got to the room it was a King size been instead of 2 queen as I had reserved. She told me she would have the manager change the room in the morning when the manager got in. We left for the day and when we got back the room had not been changed when we entered our room, we decided we would just keep it. No one had clean the room. This hotel was exceptional for the rate charged. The room had a sitting area, looked like it was recently remodeled, liked the wi-fi and office in an open hallway with spiral staircases leading to the library, impressive entrance, full breakfast (not continental), clean, easy access to I10 to the airport took us about 12 minutes to rental car return. […] Great service. Room was very nice, large and had plenty to offer! Would recommend this hotel to others.

The shuttle pick up was super late picking me up, only to find out we still had to go pickup a bunch more people at other terminals! One fellow said he waited well over an hour! inexcusable! Hotel was nothing at all like airport Hilton which is nice and business class.

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet and spacious, will definately will return.

top shelf, staff was great. breakfast was hot and tasty. rooms were clean and beds and furniture was very up to date well cared for. forgot a couple of items but staff was quick to help us out. would definetly stay here again. thanks again Al

Great bargain. Free shuttle to and from airport; weekday breakfast AND dinner (nothing fancy, but hit the spot for a weary traveler). Can walk across the street to Sheraton if want a sit down meal and alcoholic beverage. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms and bathroom were beautifully decorated. A great deal for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Non-helpful staff, bad manager, inconvenient location.

Great looking hotel with very clean rooms and nice furnishings. Only major complaint is this is advertised as a suite hotel--well thats an extreme exagerrration of the word Suite. Basically its a normal sized room with a half wall installed in the middle...not a suite by any means..be warned this room is not AT ALL bigger than any regular hotel room […] at any hotel. I loved how soft the beds were. Breakfast was good. My only compliant would be the air conditioning completely shut off and would not turn on for over 30-45mins but once we got it going everything was fine.
