Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 27 feb 2013ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo.Situato proprio vicino a Ocean Drive e'in posizione strategica e nel cuore della vita notturna di MIAMI BEACH .La camera penso sia stata da poco ristrutturata in quanto si presentava nuovissima in ogni componente e questo me lo fa pensare in quanto all'esterno c'era del materiale tipico per le ristrutturazioni interne ed esterne comunque un ottima soluzione considerato che con internet il prezzo era di 66,00 euro mentre una settimana dopo passato di persona in hotel e chiesto il prezzo,questi era di ben 199,00 dollari USA.Ottima soluzione.

"GOOD HOTEL"
Stay was great. The hotel really is in good condition. The rooms were comfortable, and clean. Except for a distinct humid smell which would not leave, dont know if it was because of the carpet. "Wireless does NOT exist"
Staff was courteous and hotel generally was clean; my first room and room change had a loud odor but by the 3rd try it was ok. Wireless was non-existent in the room; they gave me 2 different reasons as to why it was not working and promised to have issue resolved. This was never done and was quite disappointed as they pitch themselves as a business […] hotel; While waiting for assistance at front desk I overheard another guest complaining about no wireless service and heard them repeat the same lame excuse they gave me on my first day. The hotel is very well located. The service is wonderful, the staff are very helpul and kind. The rooms need some renovation, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first room I got had a noisy air conditioner, but I asked for a new room and they moved me to another room which was in better condition and the air contioner did […] not have any noise. "Beautiful Grounds"
The hotel was full when we stayed and therefore tested the staff and facilities. The staff were really impressive and trying their very best - it showed and we appreciated it. The breakfast area could be very crowded at times and perhaps, a bit of staff involvement in seating would have made it smoother. . Access is a bit challenging and made worse […] by construction. More signage would help - you could see the hotel but had to figure out the maze of the parking lots that were not always connected. Grounds are lush and pretty. Noise in the halls was from rude young adult guests - they would stand by the elevator (outside our room) and shout to their friends at the other end of hallways. "Ok but I've stayed at better Hyatt Places"
I booked the Hyatt Place for this trip because of convenient driveability to SunLife Stadium, and because I thought all Hyatt Places are new and fairly uniform. The stay was just so-so. The location was convenient and there is a mall and restaurants nearby, however our rental car was broken into in the parking lot and the police said the area and nearby […] restaurants are frequent targets. The hotel had a musty smell, which may just be Florida humidity. We had to pay for tea at 10:20am, which would have been free up until 10am. This seems like the kind of place that might have complimentary coffee and tea outside of breakfast hours, but I guess not. Our sheets were very scratchy. The hairdryer was very low-power. Nice rooms, new, clean and close to shopping. Decor is nice and the location lends itself to a quiet night's sleep. Breakfast was good and staff was attentive. Our room was actually a suite with a sectional sofa bed, ottoman, desk, refrigerator, and bar sink. "Below average place to stay"
We went for this hotels because of the price, free breakfast and internet. This hotel was below the Hyatt standards. Elevators were not lighted. Elevator & rooms has cigarettes odor which really made us sick. Staff was nice and courteous.
