Hotel buono ed in posizione centrale vicino alla fermata della monorail ed alla stazione del treno per raggiungere Batu Caves. Camera comoda e pulita. Colazione un po' scarsina. Personale cordiale

L'albergo si trova in una delle zone che da turisti sicuramente visiterete, è situato nella chinatown della città. E' a una fermata di metro dalla stazione KL Sentral (dove arrivano i treni dall'aeroporto) e a 4/5 Fermate da KLCC (la zona dove ci sono le petronas tower). Il quartiere è assolutamente vivo è la via nella quale è situato l'albergo la sera si trasforma in un mercato (cibo e vestiti). Quindi assolutamente un delirio. Nonostante la zona non è pulitissima (visto il mercato), l'albergo è una eccezzione, le camere sono pulite e con arredamento moderno. L'unica pecca delle camere è che mancano le finestre (in nessuna camera c'è la finestra).

bellisiimo albergo, centralissimo a due passi dalle Petronas, spettacolare il club Luna al 33 esimo piano con vista torri, che dire andateci! colazione a soli 5 euro veramente ottima tutto perfetto!

Come ogni anno che visito KL.la Rinaissence e' d'obbligo.Solita camera est vista petronas ,solito ottimo servizio.

"Good Location and friendly staff."
Pretty good and happy with the service of all staff. Except for the car park attendance. Guess this is supported by 3rd party. I used to stay at Melia KL opposite times Square since they were called Prince Hotel. My wife and I are happy with Parkroyal KL esp now they have the internet service FOC. "Great value in the middle of everything"
I have stayed here many times and am never disappointed. The breakfast is excellent for M$40 and the location is within easy walking access to most tourist attractions, the monorail and restaurants, bars and shopping.

"Nice Studio Rooms for Single Person"
It was nice studio room for single person living only. Petronas was walkable, about 20 mins only. Bang opposite is a huge mall with loads of eating options.

Room was modern, comfortable tho smaller than the usual. Service was very friendly from the checkin all the way to checkout. Our room was on the 19th flr n faced the pool. On fri night (surprisingly not on Saturday night) we cld hear the singing from a lounge somewhere. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

While the Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur is conveniently located and a very reasonable hotel, they wanted 58RM (20USD) for internet service, which is included in most hotels today. Breakfast was extra as well.

no complains abt the rm.. its clean n comfy.. but would be better if the tv is in direct in front of the bed instead of beside the bed..and with the advance technology, perhaps parkroyal can consider providing complimentary in-room wifi services for hotel guest.. strategic location as near to shopping centres such as Lot 10, pavillion and bb plaza. Location of hotel is great. Hotel staff is also friendly and hotel setting is clean and modern. Food is in abundance from Bintang Walk right upto Jalan Alor (right side) or Jalan Imbi (left side). Good location, near to the tourist shopping belt – Bukit Bintang. Easy access to transport with LRT station within 1-2 minutes of walking distance. Breakfast on the 6 th floor is an absolute disaster .... the staff is hiding behind a wall and you do not see them ... they run out of everything all the time ... they are very friendly ask you what kind of coffe you want but then don't bring it they tell you tey will clean your table and then forget about it ... an absolute mess ... gues they need […] at least 2/3 people more that do not hide in the kitchen ... it's a problem from the management as there is no staff enough The hotel is a bit outdated but ok I did book the more expensive room but for example TRADERS HOTEL in Kuala Lumpur outclassas this hotel by far Actually I left after 2 nights paid10 ... so then you know it was a bad experiance Continua a leggere

"Park Royal KL near to major shopping malls"
This is my third time staying in Park Royal Kuala Lumpur. Booked Superior Queen and Deluxe Double. Rooms were clean, near major shopping malls. Superior room looked newer and is good for 2 but room is smaller. Deluxe room with 2 double beds are big for family of 4 but toilet looks old and worn out. Toilet need to refurbish. Hotel service is good. […] We complained room next door was very noisy while we were taking nap. Called the reception and they changed the room for us. Downsides, (1) No free internet unless you book directly with the hotel where they can sign you up as hotel member. (2) The check-in and check-out time take around 10 mins as there are some trainees not so well trained at the counter to service you. It will be ideal to have express checkout counter since we didn't consume any food and beverages in house and had already made full payment through Hotels.com (3) We drove and the entrance to hotel was hard to find. We got stuck in heavy traffic near Jalan Bukit Bintang, missed the way to the entrance and took us more than 30mins to get to the hotel. Advice for driver is to check with the hotel how to get to the hotel without getting stuck in the traffic Continua a leggere

Spent two nights at the Parkroyal on our way to Thailand. The hotel was great – fast check-in, clean and spacious rooms and centrally located. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were large multi-storied shopping complexes opposite the hotel and also very close to the Bukit Bintang monorail station. Petronas Towers was within a comfortable walking […] distance. Super convenient and safe neighbourhood with LRT nearby and easy accessible to shopping area and other attractions on foot. Some rooms are noisy coz they are facing the Imbi road. Don't forget to request for non-smoking room if you are a non-smoker. Layout of a standard room is wired with no hook in the shower room for towels and clothes which need […] to be placed at the wash basin outside-it's fine for singles, couples, family members and good friends only. Be aware of taking taxis managed by hotel coz they cost double than regular taxi-starting meter at RM $6 instead if $3 plus each jump at $0.2 instead of $0.1. This was an excellent hotel Staff were very attentive and helpful but I do not recommend it for those who want a good nights sleep. The traffic outside was loud and goes on all night. Dissapointed it was not double glazed at least. Had to buy ear plugs for last night to mask some of the noise.
Room was not as pretty as the photos on booking the carpet was old and dirty furniture was old. No Ice machine on the floor, was told to go to the bar for ice on the first floor while my room was was on the 17th foor. Overall the room was comfortable.

Very pleasant hotel and the vacinity of the shopping centers are close by . Hotel staff very helpful with request for baby cot. Room was clean and made up everyday . Only problem , my children room was on the other side of the floor and requested for a nearby room but was unfortunately unentertained. Requested well in advance and even during booking […] three months ago but still nothing was done. Understand rooms availibility but front desk could or should inform on the floor plans and I did not mind to pay extra to get a room next to my children. In the end my wife had to sleep with my 3 yr old son and 3mth old baby in 1 room and I with my daughter in 1 room. Not wanting to spoil the holiday , spend 3 nites seperated and only enjoy the rest of what KL offers. Highly recommend that reservation staff or front desk staff to be more accomodating with such request in the future. Continua a leggere

I have stayed in this hotel at least 10 times, every time I find the staff, service and hotel facilities excellent. It is central to all shopping and an 8 minute taxi ride to Chinatown. Hotel food is excellent as is the breakfast, no matter what time you eat. Free wi fi in the Hot Gossip coffee shop (provided you buy food or beverage) is excellent and […] great if waiting for your room. Travelled from Singapore via coach, our coach drop-off/pick-up point was a mere 5min walk away from Parkroyal KL. Hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the shopping district, Sungei Wang and Times Square were just across the hotel; while the upscale Pavilion and Lot 10 are about 10min leisure walk away. We had the standard room at the back […] of the hotel, didn't get any street or party noise as heard by some reviewers. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower and toilet are separated and small, some may felt uncomfortable at the translucent glass walls and the lack of locks. Perhaps this was for the standard room layout only.
