l'hotel era perfetto: vicino a 2 fermate della metro e alla stazione degli autobus. In una zona tranquilla ma a due passi dalla zona dei ristiranti, supermercati e negozi. Per visitare il centro è assolutamente perfetto. La pulizia della camera era ok e anche lo staff cordiale. unica nota negativa: non hanno un deposito bagagli al momento del check out.

Appartamento da sogno, come stare a casa. Dopo una giornata in giro è proprio un piacere ritornare nell'appartamento per un sano ristoro. Eravamo in 4, due stanze e due bagni, cucina e salone...La fermata della metro Barbican è a 2 min a piedi. Zona tranquilla. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

buon Hotel, comodo x la metro vicina, piccolo maeket e farmacia. il bagno pulito ma privo del sapone liquido, cuffia-doccia , e ciabatte di spugna . i canali della tv in tutte le lingue eccetto l'italiano. i servio di internet a pagamento.

sono stati quattro giorni intensi ma ricchi culturalmente , l'hotel con la sua posizione in un bellissima zona residenziale ma molto comodo i vari collegamenti, metro , autobus per il giro della citta, era veramente pratico. La camera era nella zona laterale e non era possibile raggiungerla con l'ascensore e quindi si doveva sempre salire cinque gradini per salire al piano collegato, anche con le valige abbiamo dovuto portarle da quella parte a mano. ma a parte questo siamo stati abbastanza bene, L'unico neo per i ns gusti la colazione che poteva essere piu bilanciata. Aveva molto portate calde, salciccia, uova, funghi, becon eccc, ma poco dolci o yogurt magro, comunque nel complesso dire tutto bene, per un hotel che doveva essere prima di tutto funzionale.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel dallo scorso 19 fino al 23 aprile 2011. Soddisfacente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ci è stata assegnata una suite (l'hotel dispone soltanto di suites). L'equipaggiamento della suite era perfetto. L'unico fatto "negativo" è stato che a mia figlia, quindicenne, è stato preparato (in luogo del previsto sofa bed) un letto […] su una brandina da campo, (un rollaway bed) davvero invivibile, con materasso inesistente. Dopo una prima notte passata malissimo, la mattina dopo ci è stata con mille scuse prontamente cambiata l'abitazione, e nella seconda suite (ancora più grande ed equipaggiata della prima, doppio bagno separato) è stato preparato il sofà bed, che effettivamente era più che accettabile come sistemazione, buon materasso e ampio abbastanza da ospitare due persone (dimensioni tipo letto alla francese). Servizio eccellente in camera, macchina espresso per caffè italiano buonissimo, acqua complimentary e ottimo housekeeping. L'unico piccolo appunto, per quanto mi riguarda, è dovuto alla condizione di scarso oscuramento offerto dalla tenda della camera principale, che lascia passare luce fin dalle prime ore del mattino (ma questo perchè io sono particolarmente sensibile sotto questo profilo). Per mia esperienza, un buon oscuramento si ottiene solo con tende molto spesse e scure (e quella invece è grigio chiaro, benchè spessa). Altro piccolo problema: a Londra in quei giorni faceva un gran caldo, il condizionatore non era ancora acceso, e non si potevano aprire le finestre. Per tutto il resto, eccellente, compreso l'omaggio complimentary recapitato in camera con stuzzichini, formaggi francesi e bottiglia di vino. Nella lobby quattro pc Apple a disposizione dei clienti e connessione WiFi disponibile in tutto l'hotel. Non ho fatto visita alla Spa e quindi non posso commentare in alcun modo. L'unico vero aspetto negativo, per un turista, consiste nella scarsa comodità dei mezzi.. sebbene sia possibile in 5 minuti arrivare in King's Rd e ap Continua a leggere

semplicemente impeccabile per qualità del servizio, pulizia e cortesia. Unico "difetto" la lotananza dal centro (circa 45 minuti di autobus - non c'è metro nelle vicinanze), ma l'autobus è comunque a due passi

A bit of a walk to the closest tube station , however there is an overground train very close by .A lovely hotel in a nice location .The room was gorgeous, with a lovely comfy bed. We had a river view on sixth floor , fabulous .

"Lovely big rooms and nice staff"
Lovely hotel. Very clean. Nice staff with a sense of humour. Large rooms with lounge and two toilets. Nice view from all floors (but ask for room on one of top floors for best view). Quite near public transport. London Overground just round corner. Kings Road very near. All in all a really nice experience staying at the Wyndham Grand. Will do it again […] any day. "Worst bed ever"
This hotel gave me a room that had the very worst bed I have ever slept on. I ended up sleeping on the couch one of the three nights I was there. Also, the staff in the Brasserie were not attentive at all. I sat down and not once did someone come ask me what I would like, even though the place was not crowded at all. I ended up walking out.

Lovely setting and the foyer was really splendid. The room disappointed the ceilings were tired and needed painting, the heating didn't work and wasn't fixed within 24 hours. Free standing heaters were then supplied. The breakfast was lovely but very overpriced, a small portion of fruit, omelette and coffee over £26! I will stay here again and again! This is a great hotel along the Thames. Friendly and helpful staff, large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Train station right across the street; bus stop is convenient 5 minute walk from hotel.
great hotel in a good location, easy access to centre and all tourist sites. tip on parking- use the public car park attached to the complex its a lot cheaper than the valet service. if arriving by car the entrance to hotel is via lots road access, coming in from satnav postcode does not get you the correct access and you have problems with security […] gates. "good hotel but"
we had a nice stay in this hotel recently and we enjoyed it , but we think that it is not acceptable that the deposit you put in as a credit card, must take 7 days to be canceled. I think when you chek out all that should be taken care of with no flash back in the following week.
"Worth staying outside the heart of London for"
This hotel has the service, attention to detail and style you would expect from a five star hotel. Being close to Imperial Wharf it also has decent nearby restaurants. Getting to it not perfect but worth the effort (nearby station has limited destinations)

"Great looks. Lacking in other areas"
The Wyndham was a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and courteous. However when I made a reservation, it said I would be getting a bed to sleep on and it ended up being a cot which was very uncomfortable. The bedding felt and sounded somewhat like it was made of plastic. The pillows were so flat after 5 minutes I almost shouldn't have bothered. […] The staff also quoted me incorrectly by £25 on the cost of the car from Heathrow airport to the hotel and tried to charge me for a car ride we never actually had. When we arrived, they knew the reservation was for 2 beds and yet they were not prepared for us and had to bring up a cot after we were already in the room and also bring in more towels to accommodate us. "Excellent for the price"
The hotel is situated in a fast developing area. Spacious apartment and very friendly staff. A short walk to King's Road where there are restaurants etc - The Summer House at the World's End pub using the Top Table offer is excellent! Take the short cut to the station through the car park. Free wifi in the lobby is a bonus and there is usually a taxi […] waiting outside. All in all, if you are in this part of London it is an excellent choice if you can get a reasonable price. The Wyndham was a lovely place to stay - We really enjoyed our stay. The room was a suite that easily accomodated 3 adults. The SPA was nice and the workout room was excellent. The breakfast was amazing, easliy the best I ever had at a hotel. Try the portobello eggs benedict!! It is the worst managed 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff could not understand English and I am gutted that this is supposed to be a flagship hotel representing the UK. I had to wait 2 hours for a room only to be offered a smoking room and then finally an unprepared corner room next to the lift shaft. The spa was shut. Colleagues with me […] had similar experiences with some being offered compensation and others not according to someone's whim. The uniforms of the porter team were ill fitting and sloppy. This hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about how to use public transportation. They could use a few more computers in the free internet area. The fitness area is a little small but has the basic machines. It would be nice if the pool was open a little later in the evenings. We will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is excellent - big rooms in London - very rare. Hotel immaculate, clean and big pool for children. The bus goes straight down Kings Road, Chelsea - great shopping, convenient for Natural History Museum and Science Museum .

I gambled when trying this hotel for […] the 1st time as I had meetings in the Chelsea area - always stayed in London in either The Cumberland, The Montcalm or The Ritz (which are all great), and this was a very good surprise. I do have one point as a criticism - I think high speed internet in guest rooms should be complimentary, it always adds bad taste when you need to pay for it, especially in these days and when you are using Wi-Fi. I wouldn't mind paying a little more on the room rate and get internet for free, I think it's a better customer experience. Overall - I really enjoyed my stay and will be happy to come back. I did not personally book myself into the Wyndham, this reservation was made for me. However, I would choose to stay here again, if visiting this part of town again. The hotel was very nice, comfortable, spacious, good service etc etc. I would recommend to those wanting the South West London area.

Stayed at Wyndham for a few days up from Dorset, really very comfortable, had very nice room with sitting area and excellent bathroom, Espresso Coffee machine was good fun, but found the coffee a bit weird. Car parking is very convenient, although check the prices with the NCP car parking attendant as the Hotel gets the prices wrong. I had the pleasure of staying at this property and it is Amazing. Although slightly off the beaten path y0u feel like you are on vacation. All of the rooms are suites,incredibly appointed and way above the spacious of any other London Hotel. Great location with large and quiet spacious rooms - particularly good if you don't need to be right in city-centre. We really enjoyed being right on the Thames and took advantage of the commuter ferry to get to the theatre in the West End and visit the sites near Trafalgar. In the very nice Chelsea Harbour area, the Wyndham is an excellent place to stay. All suites.. so separate living and bed room, very nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from Kings Road, Chelsea's main shopping street.

What a great hotel! Everything from the luxorious receiption/liunge area, the courteous staff (EVERYONE stopped and said hello as they passed) and the quality of the suite. We only had the basic suite (it's an all suite hotel) but it still ahd everything you could possibly want. The pool and fitness areas were well supplied with a decent sauna and […] steam room for both men and women. The location on the harbour was wonderful. We had a lovely evening stroll round the marina and then along the Thames path with fantastic views of London. The hotel is only a few minutes walk form the Kings Road, allbeit the far west end of it. However, a decent walk got us to the centre of all of Chelsea's attractions. If I had to find fault, and II really am struggling here, is that there were no biscuits with the tea/coffee making facilities. "Out of the Way and Expensive"
A long walk from public transportation and then a pretty substantial trip to the heart of London, the Wyndham Grand is a deluxe establishment suited to expense-account business travel.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel suite was roomy and modern with all the trimmings including a balcony which was very useful during the hot spell. The air-conditioning struggled to cope with the heat. Being in London I like to be central so the only downsize is its 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest tube.
