"Falsa partenza, ma ottimo hotel"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 8 ago 2011Al ns. arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche/non cambiate. Fatta presente la questione alla reception, dopo un attimo abbiamo ricevuto una nuova stanza. Per scusarsi ci hanno offerto la colazione gratis. L'hotel è molto pulito, al di là dell'incidente iniziale. Posizione proprio a downtown, vicino allo stadio di baseball e a tutte le altre attrattive. Ottimo anche il business center aperto 24h, con computer e stampanti. Al ristorante si mangia bene e più economicamente che negli altri ristoranti del centro: tutti piuttosto cari.

Inviato da Velia F di "Catania, CT" il 25 lug 2011Avevo qualche perplessità per l'estrema economicità della tariffa da riferirsi a 4 persone con inclusa la prima colazione. L'hotel è in ottime condizioni, ben curato, il personale estremamente gentile, la colazione ricca e abbondante. E' presente anche una piccola piscina e una lavanderia per gli ospiti. Bella anche la zona, nei dintorni di un elegante centro commerciale e del museo Henry Ford (che consiglio di visitare) raggiungibili a pochi minuti di auto.

"Just add carpet"

"Very Disappointed."
Although the bed linens were clean and the beds comfortable, this hotel was long past the need to replace carpets & paint. It would not be possible to clean the carpets as they were obviously very soiled. The hall way carpets were also soiled in places. The staff was pleasant but did not know how Expedia worked and so could not inform us of next steps […] when we were very unhappy with the state of our room. There was breakfast available but after the state of the cleanliness of the room we were not comfortable eating there as who knows the state of the kitchen. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room appeared clean, but the stains in the rug were disgusting, hair dryer did not and the smell of smoke on the first floor was terrible. This is my hotel of choice every time I am in Windsor(twice a year) to visit my elderly mother.Their rates are the best and it is close to the airport. "Out dated"
Stayed in room 205. The carpeting in the room has grease stains and other stains to the point we were un comfortable to walk in bare feet. Non smoking room with a cigarette burn in the main comforter. The toilet nneded to be repaired. Given the price, this was a good value. It was clean, and while the room was small it was adequate for our needs. It is close to Applebee's (just across the street) and it backs on to a fairly large shopping mall for those things you forgot. There is a SilverCity theatre about 1 km away. If you are looking for an amazing hotel experience this is not your stop, but I was looking for a clean, affordable stop to allow for most of my time out with colleagues. Brought 6 year old grand daughter along. Plan was to grab a swim in the morning before we went out for the day. Our little girl was terribly dissapointed when we were told the pool opened at noon. Checkout was 11:00. Had I known this, I would not have booked. Washroom door was hanging off the hingesand scrapeing the floor. Tightened with my Swiss army […] knife and reported to front desk. "What an old, dirty, dilapitated dive! Thank goodness for helpful staff."

While the location, breakfast and price were all fine, the cleanliness of this hotel was so severely lacking that I would never stay in this hotel again.
