Besides my room being very clean, the exercise room was very well kept. Also the free breakfast had a lot of options for the health conscience person, which was a nice change.

This was my first hotel stay at a Hampton Inn. Incredible hotel stay! We received amazing customer service. Every hotel associate was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! Variety of hot coffee available in the lobby all day. Clean and inviting lobby. Hotel room was immaculate.

I recently had to attend a funeral in Altoona, PA. Not knowing the area at all, I chose the Hampton Inn -- I must say I was completely satisfied. "Great room; breakfast crowded"
The room was great and spacious. The breakfast had good food, but it was crowded. The food bar was set up in such as way that it was difficult to get to it, and you had to wait on other people.

I will stay at this hotel everytime I am in the Altoona area. The hot breakfast was great every morning. The staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful two weeks.

At the last day I asked the front desk to help me get a taxi for next day. But they totally forgot. I was so angry. And i almost miss me airplane.

Everything was perfect (or near perfect). Only disappointment was not having connecting rooms but they did their best to get our rooms (we needed two) as close together as possible (hotel was sold out for the night). The staff did a good job keeping everything in good supply. All in all, a good stay. The hotel staff was attentive and strove to satisfy any issues by a guest.
