good loicated, good in general. the problem I had was that a very special facial cream dissapeared from my room, I talked to several persons and I was told that they could do nothing. Dissapointed to find out tat the hotel charges $30 to park your car. This information wasn't included anywhere in the booking information.

Although the layout was odd and the facilities are outdated, the location and cost is very difficult to beat. For a night or two this is hard to beat; however, if we spent a week in Snowmass Village skiing, we'd choose to stay elsewhere.

Beautiful scenery. That part was true! I couldn't get comfortable in either bed. We had a 2 queen bed room. I took every comforter feather down blanket anything to cushion the bed. I was stiff as a board the next day but that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was being up all night scratching the bed bugs. We were going to check out a day early […] and go somewhere else but decided we could handle one more night. That was a wrong decision. The room was exactly furnished as the picture showed. It was large and had plenty of closet space. But if your going to stay there take bug spray. When I got home I had to use de-lice from Walgreens. I also didn't appreciate the unexpected 20 dollar a nite vallet parking. I refused and requested to self park. It was a hell of a hike in high altitude thin air. The parking is about 1/2 mile away! Great, affordable room!

Good location. Nice staff. But the rooms are so out of dare, and there is no AC..not a good place to stay in the summer.

No AC means it get warm in the room during the summer. Small desk fan is ok but not as good. Staff was nice so no issues there. Room was clean but during a rain storm, the roof was leaking bad in the lobby, dining room, and several hallways. Comfort would be improved with better climate control. The location gets you "stuck" in an area that rips you […] off by overcharging you for little things like a bottle of water. It's worse than buying food at an airport or Theme Park where quality is lacking but price is eye-opening. Continua a leggere

This was a nice, clean hotel for a good value. The staff was very courteous. We would definitely stay here again. There was a festival at the hotel so there were revelers making noise late into the night but that is to be expected when such an event is taking place.

The Silvertree is extremely convenient for ski vacations, located slopeside with complimentary ski storage and discounts available for rental. Transfers to and from the airport were handled seamlessly, and the bell desk offers free transportation to and from restaurants in the area. The restaurant within the hotel (Brothers) was very good. Complimentary […] coffee in the morning, free Internet access, and no charge use of computers and printers rounded out a fabulous vacation. This hotel is in Snowmass Villlage, about 20 minuted from Aspen. The hotel's price is about half the cheapest rates in Apsen but just about everything in the hotel is excellent. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative and don't mind the drive, this is your place. They also allow dogs. The staff is excellent.

We quite enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was large and comfortable and the service was better than average. We didn't actually get a chance to use the pools and/or hottubs, but my wife said she passed by and they were very nice. It is right smack in the middle of Snowmass Village, among everything and about 20 minutes out of Aspen. Good location. […] The only "issue" is parking because you have to park outdoors a few blocks away, though I believe that is basically true of most hotels in the same area. We spent one night there. It is conveniently located in the center of Snowmass Village. Plenty of activities during the evening. Might be a little noisy for some people, but it is pretty quiet during the night. The room and bath are clean. The view around the hotel is beautiful. The air condition does seem to work. We have stayed at the Silver Tree before, nice hotel but like all others in Snowmass no Air Conditioning. Really needs AC.

Extras like dog surcharge and valet parking...added $ 50.00 to our room charge.

Desde que llegamos al hotel nos gusto la atencion del personal es muy buena, la habitacion que nos toco muy confortable desde nuestro valcon podiamos ver parte del mall y parte de la pista de sky, creo que si tengo la opotunidad de regresar lo aria sin pensarlo dos veces, cerca del area del hotel ahy busesque te mueven de un lugar a otro gratis y eso […] tambien es un ahorro. Instalación hotelera agradable, sin ser de gran lujo. Personal muy amable y siempre atento a ayudar. El entorno fuera del hotel es algo limitaodoen opciones para alimentarse y divertirse, con poca variedad y personal. Evidentemente en invierno debe ser muy diferente. Se recomienda tener automóvil, especialmente para movilizarse a Aspen y sus alrededores, […] de lo contrario, no se recomienda por más de tres dìas. Continua a leggere
