"A 1 night stay"
I stayed for 1 night in this hotel. It was nice overall and the food is nice there too. I liked the that the hotel has free wireless internet with a decent speed. What I didn't like about the hotel was the very slow room service, it got them around 3 hours to get me an adapter and the location is far from the airport.
"comfortable"
Overall very good. Only drawback was a poorly equipped and inadequately stocked club lounge. While I will stay again at the hotel, I am unlikely to pay extra for club room facilities
"family with kids"
it's quite good hotel , even it's over prices compared to the 5 stars hotels in the gulf area. Only two staff at the reception , I waited more than 30 minutes because someone checking-out before my arrival. There is no any kids swimming pool. Generally it’s OK compared to the services in all Kingdome hotels
"Le Meridien Jeddah"
Good accomidation, a little on the expensive side. Neighborhood has deteriorated somewhat over the years. Have stayed here in years past and would stay again.

Le Meridien is located on the road from the airport into the city center. Very comfortable beds, decent WLAN speed, excellent fitness center and next door to a shopping mall mall makes this location a good stay for a business trip

"great hotel at good price"
i stayed for 4 days room was comf . location is near to airport and main attraction in jeddah . staff was nice and professional . breakfast selection and quality was great as well we enjoyed our stay there cons: - internet wirless need code which change every night ( annoying ) -Valet parking was unavaliable at one day. - no window on the room so no […] fresh air. "Le Meridien Hotel - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia"
Hotel staff were very attentive. I had to get to a location they were not familiar with. They found a staff memeber who was and specifically then asked him to drive me there! He only knew a bit of English, but once near the actual project site, it was a bit confusing and he stayed and interpreted until we had the right place. Very helpful.
The stay was great. I was on a business trip. The only drawback was that I requested a king bed room but was given a twin bed room which is connected to another room. Luckily my neighbour stayed for one night. So make sure to get a kingbed room which is totally disconnected.

"Good hotel - some issues"
Mildew in the bathroom of the suite. If you're a business person note that even though this is a five star rated hotel, they can't handle a suit pressing at night for a morning meeting. Earliest a suit can be available with nighttime check in is 9 a.m.
"Nice one"
I think Le Meridien is nicely located on the boarders between old and new Jeddah. Having Jeddah International mall right across the street is a plus. I believe the dollar value for this hotel is very very good. The only downside is the missing iron in the room. After a few hours flight, suit and shirt are screaming to be treated. :-)
