L'accoglienza è sorprendente, oltre alla gentilezza dello staff ed alla bellezza della struttura, siamo stati sorpresi dall'ottimo happy our offerto dalle 17.00 alle 18.00 - quasi una cena - e dall'abbondante colazione a buffet. Un vero trattamento di mezza pensione. bella anche la piscina.

I rented the room for my mother who is elderly and disabled and had to go back and forth up and down the elevator because the key did not work on several occasions each day. "Very nice stay"
Hotel is conveniently located just off I-270. There are no restaurants (except an attached Applebees) in the immediate vicinity, and you do have to make a U-turn at the light if you want to go to 270 from the hotel, but otherwise the location is very good. The common areas and room were all very clean. Adequate towels and good water pressure in the […] shower. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety and not too crowded. Free popcorn and soda in the evening. Only minor complaint is we could hear people in the halls a few times during the night - never late enough to wake us, but the door really doesn't block any noise. Hotel was older but nice - seems to have been renovated in the past. Amenities were fine and hotel was clean. Room shower was great - whirlpool spa and pool were good. Mainly just a lot of people stay there because it is a large hotel. For the prices, the hotel definitely needs to improve the Happy Hour dinner and Quik Start breakfast food quality. "Close to St Lukes Hospital"
This is by far one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed at and since my job involves travel I have many to compare to. This Hotel offers many amenities that are included in the price which is quite unusual and sets it off from the others. The room was very nice and the staff were exceptional in every way. I had a medical procedure performed and needed […] some extra services I did not plan on and the hotel staff went out of their way to help me with this. Usually there is something that was not quite right with most stays but I can not come up with anything that was suboptimal here.
