Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

Giudizio sostanzialmente positivo sul soggiorno nell'Hotel Valganna. Una nota negativa deriva dal fatto che il personale addetto alle camere dovrebbe dedicare maggior attenzione alle pulizie, non lasciando contenitori vuoti di bagnoschiuma nel box doccia e nel rifare il letto che, nel mio caso, è stato semplicemente ricoperto senza tendere le lenzu […] ola. A parte la perificità dell'hotel,questo hotel è molto tranquillo e abbastanza pulito.

"Bad location when you only have a few days!"
Overall the hotel did the job. It was quite small and the rooms were a bit old fashion. The toilets were very clean. Most of the staff was kind and serviceminded, beside from the night staff. They were rude and inpolite. Bovisa is not the right location if you only have a few days in Milano.

Excellent service, very kind and helpful staff, excellent cleanliness - room was cleaned daily and towels and bed sheets changed daily. Location is not very convenient as it is not so close to the city center, but the excellent service quality makes up for it.

The hotel is conveniently located near to Bovisa train station. The hotel staff are attentive and professional. I can recommend this hotel to any one visiting to Milano. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean.

The Valganna is minutes from public transport and only 10 minutes from the heart of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bedrooms need a fresh coat of paint- not as flashy as the reception area. But overall, very good hotel. Would stay there again.

Although the neighbourhood might not be ideal the Room and breakfast are more than adequate. The bathroom is amazing and from the outside you definately would not expect to find this. The subway is 1 - 2 stops from the centre of town and there is a supermarket around the corner (ask at reception for directions) so great for the budget traveller. "Only positive, close 2 train 2 Malpensa Airport"
The hotel lobby is beautiful. Then you get to your room. Toilets that don't flush, showers without working drains, cracks in the wall foundation, in the worst possible neighborhood (unsafe). I would NOT reccommend staying here.

I stayed here for a few days at the end of September 2009. The staff is very friendly and answered all my questions that I had, even allowing me to speak what little Italian I knew. I was a little put off by the location. I had chosen this hotel because it was "near" Malpensa airport, but it was actually a 33 minute ride by train or a 90 Euro taxi ride. […] The Bovisa station is near by so you can train it into town which is nice. I didn't enjoy sleeping on a hard bed. No give whatsoever and I woke up with sore joints. The location and neighborhood is a little on the unsavory side. I never really felt comfortable walking around at night. But there is a pizza place within a half mile that has good pizza. На этом все преимущества и заканчиваются. Начинаются недостатки: - платные некачественный интернет (за 12 евро в сутки модемный интернет в номере с низкой скоростью и постоянными перебоями) - скудные завтраки (один вид колбасы, нехватка кофе) - облезлые номера (трещины на стенах) - не клиентоориентированный персонал (на просьбу распечатать 2 листочка […] с посадочными талонами получен отказ с ссылкой на то, что принтер только для работы) - не своевременное пополнение туалетной бумаги в номере. "Ideaal voor Bovisa en Politecnico"
Verwacht geen bijzondere luxe bij dit hotel. Het ligt op een ideale plek als je bij Bovisa trein station moet zijn of bij bijvoorbeeld Politecnico di Milano. Ik vond mijn kamer (301) wel redelijk gehorig. Ik kon de tv van de buren horen en als er iemand in de burt onder de douche ging of naar het oilet leek het water vlak achter mijn hoofd door de pijp […] te stromen. Heb al met al goed geslapen en redelijk goed ontbeten. Vanwege de locatie bij Bovisa aan te bevelen, maar verder niets bijzonders. Continua a leggere

Positiv: Freundliche Personal, sehr saubere Zimmern, zentrale Lage, sehr gute Preis/Leistung, reichhaltig Frühstücksbuffet. Negativ: Zimmer sehr klein, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht.
