Ottimo Inglese, ottima colazione a buffet.

Circa due milioni di persone attraversano soltanto la stazione ferroviaria. the hotel is very well located and very clean. The metro and the station is close to the hotel. The room is very small as all the room in Japan.
"Without free wifi service in room"
Close to East Exit of Shinjuku JR Station, number of restaurant nearby, quiet enviroment wihtin the hotel. But the room is very small when compare to other hotel with similar price range (no closet and not that much area for tidy up your lugguage). Also, they didn't provide free wifi service in room, only available in the reception floor with poor network […] (with very limited resting seat in this floor). Continua a leggere

"Great Hotel for a Great Price - Food suggestion."
Excellent location. Cannot beat the central location to the Metro station, and the awesome Shinjuku side streets. Best place to eat: exit the hotel and as you are standing in front of the Escalator that goes up to PEPE (the shopping mall) with the escalator to your back, turn right. Go under the bridge. Cross to the left at the light as soon as you […] exit out from under the tunnel and on the other side of the street to the right is the entrance to the very famous "Memory Street" it is an alley with maybe 20 different little restaurants, some only as wide as a closet with stools sitting at the bar. We LOVED the food here! Try them all! We walked all over this area at all hours day and night. Lots of good food, and apparently a pretty active "adult" community. When I (the male) was out late or early to look for food or just to explore I was approached many times by "vendors" selling all sorts of Adult related activities. While I did not imbibe, it is good info to note that this culture is out there and thriving in Shinjuku. All in all it was an excellent hotel, and excellent location. Continua a leggere

"Great location"
The Hotel has a great location since itś close to the big Shinjuku station but there is also a lot of shops and options for food near the hotel. The area feels quite safe though som Japanese people told us it was the most dangerous in Tokyo ?? The view from 22:nd floor was amazing but the room was not very clean...
Staff is very helpful.
"Shinjuku Prince Hotel in Tokyo"
Room clean and smart, but extremely small with no storage space i.e. only 4 coat hangers and no drawer space. You will need to live out of your suitcase, if you can find a space to place it open other than on the bed. OK for single day travellers but hopeless for longer periods. If you unfortunately pay the full charge rate for room, extremely expensive […] for what you receive. For stays of more than 3 nights look elsewhere. Continua a leggere

"Nice location but fair connection to the station"
The hotel is next to the JR Shinjuku Station, but the connection is fair. The fastest route is leaving from JR Station East Exit then walk for few hundred meters on ground. If you wish to navigate through the fantastic underground streets, you would probably get lost thanks to the insufficient sign and spending more time for the indirect route. The […] room is dusty (yes, the room supposed to be cleaned every day), but you could find dust and dirt on the curtain and walls). And a smelly toilet. Still one more point to note. You would be rewarded for a 500 yen resturant coupon if you opt to skip the room cleaning service. Continua a leggere
"Great hotel to be in!"
Hotel - The hotel is strategically located in the middle of Shinjuku, the center of it all - laterally. Quick check in, great customer service (they can help you store your luggage first even if you arrive early at the hotel and not able to check it), newly furbished carpets and room deco, comfortable size and with outstanding amenities provided in […] your bathroom: what's there to be unhappy about? The stay was just great! Pity we didn't get to stay in the hotel for that many days, given that we need to travel to other parts of Japan. Use of internet at the lobby is free, so its great! There's also internet usage in the rooms (both wired and wireless) but at a fee, so why pay? just head down to the lobby area and make use of free wifi. Internet should always be free! There's also vending machines that you can grab a soft drink/beer or even food at every floor of the hotel. So even should all shops around the hotel close (which it will never happen), there is still hope in the vending machine. Food - nearby the hotel in Kabuki-cho area has quite a number of food establishments for you to choose from. So you are laterally spoiled for choice. There are quite a fair bit of 24 hours food outlets, so if you are hungry for supper - no worries! Shopping - minus shibuya, shinjuku got to be the next best place to shop around. Don't put your expectations too high for shopping though, given Japan's high prices when it comes to shopping. In short, shopping in Japan is never that cheap. Except maybe Uniqlo or G.u (a new outlet akin to Uniqlo). Crowd - Given the night life and a great number of bars around the Kabuki-cho area, Shinjuku always seems to have a lot of people just practically walking around. Even in the daytime! Lots of people (and yes tourists) are just walking around in Shinjuku shops - Electronics shops (Labi Shinjuku), clothing shops (forever 21, zara etc), music shops, departmental shops, etc etc etc etc Transport - Shinjuku is the start point/end point (depe Continua a leggere

"Interesting location, cheap rooms."
Good location for transport and alot of food locations around. Room we stayed in was very smelly perhaps an ex smoking room On the positive it was very cheap Did not like the location in the evening. "Shinjuku Prince -- ok for a short stay"
Pros: Close to the train station Trustworthy staff-- left my ipad downstairs in the lobby and they returned it to my room Close to bars, restauraunts and shopping Cons: limited wi-fi rooms are very small Hotel food wasn't that great.
"Badlisted Hotel for Non-smokers"
I booked non-smoking room and when I checked in, I also emphasized I booked non-smoking room. The room I stayed wad full of cigarette smell. Not just the room, even the bed sheet and pillows were soaked in that annoying cigarette smell. I finally found out that this hotel had very limited number of non-smoking rooms. When I complained, the hotel staff […] said sorry but from their facial expression, I know they did not feel sorry at all. They just wanted to sell more room nights. If you are a smoker, then this hotel is your best choice because you can smell it in every corner. Continua a leggere
"Great choice of hotel in Tokyo"
Location is great, which is right in the hub of Shinjuku. Transportation is very convenient. Room is quite small by the non-Japanese standard, but has everything. If you choose to skip cleaning of your room for one day, you would earn a coupon of 500 yen to use in the hotel shop and restaurant. But you can't do that for consecutive days, only alternative […] days. The only conplaint, which is minor really, is that the reception staffs are not up to the Japanese standard of top service. They serve for sure, but not in the typical go-out-of-the-way style, which you would find in restaurants, shops and other places in Japan. All in all, it is well worth the money we paid. Nice hotel good location and very convenience ,near station .
"新宿王子大飯店 (Shinjuku Prince Hotel)"
Everything is fine. Nice service. Noisy to live on 12/F non-smoking rooms. Facing the night club or the railway until 2 o'clock in the morning Remember to take the JR East exit, then chose the Shinjuku exit to walk out in about 1 minute walk to the hotel. Very convenient. I will chose this hotel again. If you chose do not need to clean up your room, […] they will give you a 500 yen redemption coupon. I use the coupon to redeem a box of chocolate for Free. Recommended. "Nice & Handy in happening Shinjuku!"
Knowing nothing about Tokyo this choice turned out to be a good one! The hotel is not flashy but clean and very handy to the subway and the colourful Shinjuku East. The hotel is a great tall building so proved to be a handy landmark to navigate from teh subway station, helpful when 3.5m people go through the station every day! Would happily recommend […] the Shinjuku Prince! Continua a leggere
"No free internet in rooms!"
There is no free internet in hotell rooms, you have to go down to the reception and sit on the floor because all the chairs are busy with other people surfing, lobby is closed on evenings. Internetlandline in hotell room that cost 500Y per day, cheaper hotels offer free wifi in all of hotel. Hotel is located in Shinuku, the red light district so dont […] be surprised to have people comming up to you and offering you stuff. But this is tokyo, its a very safe area, nothing will happen you here. Very close to Shinjuku station, perfect as a place to make excurions from, we were gone all days and back by midnight. Very hot rooms, AC did not work we had 24-26C always but it was nice though cause it was in winter. Rooms weere fresh and clean. Continua a leggere

Excellent hotel - it was lovely and clean, right in the middle of Shinjuku and handy for all for the Shinjuku stations. The staff were as helpful as they could possibly be, and I had no problems whatsoever during my stay. Most highly recommended!
"Shinjuku Prince Hotel - Conveniently located"
Good points - English speaking staff - Great location (just beside Kabuki-cho) - Near JR & subway - Near to shopping area (Isetan, Takashimaya, Lumine, OIOI...) - Very helpful concierge - Toilet is very clean - Promotes green environmental by encouraging alternate house keeping Area for improvement - No AC during winter (room is pretty stuffy) - No […] free internet in the room Will definitely be one of my top choice in Tokyo. "extremely good location"
Had a good stay there as the location was perfect for my business meetings in Shinjuku. However, I do prefer smaller hotels with more personal service.
"Shinjuku Prince - close to trains and main area."
We really enjoyed the location of this hotel and the rate we got through this website. It was easy to find from the train station and there was so much going on in Shinjuku you didn't feel like you were somewhere off the beaten path. The rooms were very clean and modern and we had a beautiful view of the city. They're japanese size rooms so they're […] tiny, but we still had a small chair in the room, small fridge and a small desk that all came in handy. There's a mall attached to the hotel which we loved and there was a McDonalds right across the street, which was also very convenient. There is internet for a very reasonable rate. Also since Japan is going Eco, they have a great incentive for cleaning your room every other day if you're staying for a longer period of time. You can get some cash back to use in their cafe or store. Makes it helpful to buy last minute gifts. We'll most likely be back to this hotel since it's really close to Harajuku & Shibuya, where we spend most of our time while in Japan. Continua a leggere
"Small, Clean and Cramped --- no gym"
A very small room awaits you at this hotel. Although the built-in shopping center is fun (don't miss the 100Yen store on the top), we were surprised by the tiny size of the room, the lack of a fitness room, the charge for Internet access, and the hotel's insistence that I sign a legal contract stating that there are no valuables and nothing irreplaceable […] in our checked baggage. Overall a top-rate Japanese hotel, but perhaps not what a traveler used to American hotels would expect. (We had a much nicer experience at the Sheraton.) Rooms were reasonably warm in the winter. The noise from the city outside was largely blocked by the window. The windows were large and not insulated, but lowering the blinds took care of that. Continua a leggere
We are shocked that the room were filled with dust after a night sleep. Not sure where the dust comes from. Even with the steamer given to us has not been helpful. The layer of dust on our mobile phone after a night sleep was disgusting. Very bad environment for anyone who stay in room n for person who has Asthmatics issues. We did feedback to hotel, […] hoping that they will retify this issue. There is also a strange smell in the toilet. Continua a leggere

Difficult to find even when I followed the directions given by other reviewers telling me to exit from the EAST exit. When one exits from the EAST exit keep the railway tracks to the left and in sight at all times while travelling away from the station. Look for a tall brown building adjacent to the tracks on the same side of the station. Strange to […] have the lobby below ground, you have to walk down stairs upon entering from the street. Lobby and common areas dated and badly in need of rennovation; however, guest rooms have been redone. Size of room is typical for Tokyo but very difficult to navigate and affects the overall comfort of the room. Not a country for tall people. Continua a leggere
"Shinjuku Prince Hotel - Tokyo"
Excellent Hotel ! Convenient for Shopping and Transportation. Highly Recommend !!!
"The hotel is located in the red light district"
If you are traveling alone, it would be an ideal hotel for you. It's not a hotel for family vacation as the rooms are extremely small and though it says that a train station is within the hotel building, the train line only takes you to farther places, not for you to travel within the Tokyo famous places for examples, Ginza, Shibuya, Harajuku and so […] on. The hotel doesn't offer limousine bus pick up and drop off, it's rather inconvenient. If you need to go to the nearest train station, you have to walk for about 8 to 10 minutes. Food around this area is not as nice as another side of shinjuku. The thing i didn't like it most is because it's a red light area. Otherwise the hotel is still 'okay', the staffs are very helpful, hotel is rather old but well maintained. Continua a leggere
"Location"
very good location. The hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku. Room is new. overall is very good
"Location works for it and against it."
The Prince was a surprise in both good and bad ways. For convenience to the JR station it cant be beat - you're 5 minutes from the east exit of the station, walking with luggage. Its a great base to work from as well as being in the heart of Shinjuku. The downside is that while some people can enjoy the color of having the red light district directly […] across the street it seems the pimps have gotten extremely aggressive often to the point of not taking no as an answer and following you back to the hotel in one instance. Just keep this in mind when you choose. Hotel staff acted friendly but weren't always the most helpful to a western guest. Lots of "yes sure no problem" and no real answer. Was told wired internet was free at check in - was billed for it and no one seemed to care or listen when checking out to resolve it. Oh - be careful. Rooftop bar charges a cover that no one mentions until you get the bill. No signs - it just shows up on the tab. Quite a surprise when you go up for one drink to enjoy the view. Main registration lobby is set up like some kind of thrift store thats only open during the day. Not sure what that was about. All in all for location and access to the rest of the city it wasn't bad but you need to be aware of where you're going to be staying. Deluxe Single was very comfortable with a great view from 22nd floor. Continua a leggere
"Shinjuku Prince"
An adequate and usually low cost place to stay in shinjuku. Pluses: usually cheap, close to shinjuku station, friendly staff. It's a pretty distinct building so when I'm lost around shinjuku station I can find my way back if I spot the hotel. Minuses: can be loud at night (trains on one side and bars/clubs on the other), restaurants aren't any good, […] wifi is only in the lobby. I've stayed here a few times and it's a great place if you're looking to stay in Tokyo but not spend a ton on a hotel. I bring my airport express for in room wifi (wired Internet in rooms for a charge and wifi in lobby) and I'm fine. If you want a great hotel stay at park Hyatt. If you need a place to sleep, relax, shower and change clothes when you arent out exploring Tokyo, this will do nicely. Continua a leggere
"The Shinjuku Prince Hotel"
The Shinjuku Prince Hotel is located within close proximity (5-10 min walk) to JR rail network so ideal for getting around Tokyo. Overall the hotel was good, however there were no sitting areas within the main reception, and we were not allowed nor felt welcome to sit in the adjacent breakfasting area out of hours as it was cordoned off, and so ended […] up by sitting on the floor. There was wireless in the reception but it was dead slow to non-existent, although there is Internet in the rooms, if you want to pay 525yen for a day (and the 500yen if you opt out getting your room cleaned, is not refundable against internet). The reception as we had heard was dated, but to be honest was acceptable. The rooms had recently been refurbished and were comfortable but compact, however they obviously don't clean under the beds that often. I am probably being unfair but I am only saying it how it is, although having said this I would stay there again and recommend to others. The staff are polite and helpful, but then that is a general for all Japanese people. Continua a leggere
