Al ns. arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche/non cambiate. Fatta presente la questione alla reception, dopo un attimo abbiamo ricevuto una nuova stanza. Per scusarsi ci hanno offerto la colazione gratis. L'hotel è molto pulito, al di là dell'incidente iniziale. Posizione proprio a downtown, vicino allo stadio di baseball e a tutte le altre attrattive. Ottimo anche il business center aperto 24h, con computer e stampanti. Al ristorante si mangia bene e più economicamente che negli altri ristoranti del centro: tutti piuttosto cari.

Avevo qualche perplessità per l'estrema economicità della tariffa da riferirsi a 4 persone con inclusa la prima colazione. L'hotel è in ottime condizioni, ben curato, il personale estremamente gentile, la colazione ricca e abbondante. E' presente anche una piccola piscina e una lavanderia per gli ospiti. Bella anche la zona, nei dintorni di un elegante centro commerciale e del museo Henry Ford (che consiglio di visitare) raggiungibili a pochi minuti di auto.
Posizione
La Quinta Inn Detroit/Warren Tech Center si trova a Warren, nei sobborghi e non lontano dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: Zoo di Detroit, Motown Historical Museum e Istituto di belle arti di Detroit. Nelle vicinanze è inoltre presente: Charles H. Wright Museum of African-American History.

The hotel was clean when you walked in but the itself was not really clean. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the wall. The toilet was not clean either.

If you're looking for a smoke-free environment, keep searching. Lobby and rooms had a very strong cigarette stench. For the price, I expected everything to be a bit dated, but I couldn't take the smell.

Hotel was clean , front desk staff very friendly, the breakfast well we had hot & cold drinks only & went out & bought our breskfast, as they had very little to choose from at hotel. the hotel is getting old , but for the money it was ok , & very clean. we only wanted to sleep there so it was perfect for us.

The telephone did not work at all and they said all the lines were down. The deadbolt also did not work on the door. When I contacted the front desk, the clerk did not care at all. To me this is a huge security risk. When the deadbolt doesn't work nor the telephone.....How many people would be satisfied with with service. I would not recommend this […] hotel because of my problems. You always here about danger in hotels and how important to use your deadbolts and not to answer door until you check with front desk but neither would have worked in my situation. Continua a leggere
Staff was friendly, the price was decent and the quality of the room was great.
"Laqunita Inn"
This is a very good hotel for the price, I stayed here 1 of my 3 nights during a recent trip. If you have a chance though, stay at candle wood suites instead.."it is even better and in the same price range. All in all a good, affordable hotel.
Not fancy by any means, but acceptable for the comparatively low price charged.
"Generally OK"
Overall, the experience was OK. The "stopper" on the sink did not function. I crawled under the sink and got it to work, but it was a temporary fix. The "fitness room" consists of another facility 1/4 mile away that was very shabby and run down and, thus, a bit of a disappointment.

This location did not live up to the La Quinta quality I am used to. It was not bad, but it is an older building in a more industrial area, and it showed.

"Better than expected"
Got a cheap rate at the hotel, so I wasn't expecting much. Our group arrived, the staff was very friendly and took the time to help each and every one of us with finding our rooms. Continental breakfast served every morning. Even room service staff was friendly.

La Quinta is a pet friendly hotel with no extra charge for bringing a pet along. The hotel was more than adequate. I would have liked thicker towels and blankets, but we managed well enough
"Nice hotel for the money"
Looked like they had recently done some improvements. Clean, comfy beds, breakfast was decent. Overall it was a good deal. Definately would stay here again if we are back in the area.

"Easy access, decent motel for the money"
It was old, but clean and the staff were all great. I inspected carefully for bedbugs due to the current epidedmic. The front desk staff's assurances were verified- no bedbugs!! The continental breakfast was subpar at best, but there's plenty to eat in the area.

"A bargain"
Definitely not fancy; perhaps needs a little upgrading -- but a great bargain for the price paid, and in a very convenient, accessible location.

"Good for an over night."
Myself and 3 people stayed in a room over night. The people there were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, water was hot and breakfast wasn't extensive but it was good for an early morning wake up. We didn't have any issue checking in. If I am ever in Detroit again I will definitely stay there again.

I'd return- There was an ethnic wedding right next to our room. I was worried that the noise would disturb us but the rooms must be sound-proofed very well. Still, I think party goers should be put adjacent BUT it was not a problem. Breakfast was better than I expected for the price..

The hotel staff was actually the best part of the experience. Good people will take of imperfections. The hotel was clean, nice and comfortable. The contenental breakfast left me wishing for another hotel I stayed at but it was at the least, available and free. I wish the fitness center was on site but it was within walking distance and it too was free […] thanks to the agreement made between the hotel and the fitness center. It was a great stay we felt safe, especially safe enough to walk or run to the fitness center and for the money it was worth the week in the Warren/ Detroit metro area. "Very good value"
Hotel was very clean and fairly quiet. Rooms are a bit dated, but day-to-day maintenance seems fine. My limited interactions with the staff were all positive. Continental breakfast is very basic, but sufficient for my four-night stay. TV stations, including Showtime, worked as advertised. The only major drawback - and this is true in so many suburban […] locations - is that taking a morning walk is nearly impossible and very uninteresting. There are sidewalks, but a pedestrian is faced with busy traffic on one side and large parking lots on the other. "Small, but acceptable"
Room was pretty small. Bathroom was claustrophobic - a toilet facing a shower (no bathtub). An external sink was just outside. Bedroom was big enough to accomodate a bed, a small chair and a ledge to put your laptop on (no desk). Room was mostly clean, but carpet was old, soiled by traffic and wrinkling up. "Excellent Service"
The staff at this hotel keeps up the property very well, and it shows. They are friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had a room I was happy with. Be warned: This is a business stay hotel and not a resort property. There is no pool or recreational facilities. But, the place is clean and comfortable and in a decent neighborhood […] with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Warren city center is within walking distance, and Downtown Detroit is a 20 minute ride. Frills are minimal, but price was excellent. I will stay here on my next trip to the Detroit area.
