questo hotel offre servizi e qualità superiore allo standard. il personale è gentilissimo, la colazione decisamente ottima ed abbondante. c'è un servizio di navetta con l'aeroporto molto efficiente. la stanza è pulitissima e confortevole. ottime le finiture ed il sistema di condizionamento/riscaldamento. per questo prezzo, la catena Hapton risulta decisamente la migliore in USA

un po distante dal centro pero' si trova in una bella zona ottima la colazione e personale molto gentile e cordiale consiglio qesto hotel solo per chi ha macchina a disposizione

If you need somewhere comfortable, clean, with a great breakfast and service, then this is it. For a woman on a budget, this hotel was perfect, and provided the things I look for: free Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, decent cable, nice bathroom and shower (plenty of hot water), a blow dryer, easily adjustable room temperature, comfortable bed, clean everything, […] and a filling breakfast! the only complaint would be that I wish their entranceways were better marked... but thats bout it. staff friendly, room spacious and confortable, breakfast good.
All of the staff were very accomodating. The only drawback was the breakfast...no waffle mix and slow to refill. But the front desk staff were great for entire stay...would stay again.

"comfort INN Hoffman Estates"
Hotel was excellent in every way. HOWEVER I asked for a hotel in Chicago and you index said "12 min to downtown". It was over 60 minutes to downtown Chicago"\!!.

"Very Nice Hotel"
We gave this place very high marks in all areas. No complaints or negatives whatsoever! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The guy at the front desk in the afternoon was very kind and helpful. I forgot to ask his name. However, Only issue with this hotel was the smell. I can't describe what kind of the smell it was. Our nonsmoking room was on the third floor. The smell was kind of old smoking smell. We did not like this.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very kind. It is located right by the interstate to get into downtown but the traffic is terrible getting into the city, so keep this in mind if you plan to spend most of your time there. There are many things that are very close and convenient for dining and shopping.

"Our recent stay at Comfort Inn"
We just stayed for three nights at this Comfort Inn in Hoffman Estates. Easy access to the tollway, tons of restaurants in area. Staff was very accommodating, our room was great. Would stay again, the nightly price was great for everything they provide, wi-fi, a couple of computers w/printer etc.

A 30 minute drive to Chicago, but is a very nice motel. All employees were very nice and breakfast was good and free.

Many bugs in my room even at hotel; No Shutter services as it was supposed; Some of receptionist were not competent at all.

We stayed one night at this hotel and found it to be clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Overall, a great hotel in a convenient location.

"Cool and Calm"
This hotel was a good stay.. Me and my boyfriend were just visiting and it was in a nice location..it was five minutes, walking, from the Woodfield Mall and there was a conveint IHOP right outside the door. The employees were nice and the room was fairly clean only complaint is that there was a dead bug on the floor and i dont think the bathroom shower […] had been properly cleaned...however, the housekeeper did fix our problem Continua a leggere
"Cheap, but not worth it"
I book this for a qwick overnight stay. It took 6 new keys to get me into the room and when I did get in the smell of damp-stale air overwellmed me. room was neat and clean but nothing special. It would also help if the manager could understand English and speak it better.

Their advertisement says pet friendly, they said they do not accept pets at this location, charged an extra $50.00 to allow our puppy to stay, had no choice but to accept it as we were there for my nephews funneral.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at Comfort Inn. The area is accessible to shopping and dining and felt safe. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and there were two computers for Internet access. Only the free breakfast could have been improved; it was not so good.
"Not bad for price"
The hotel was clean and well kept. They delivered a nice complimentary breakfast including eggs, sausage, bagels and waffles. The coffee was well brewed. The only complaint I have is that the hallway on the smoke free floor smelled of smoke, but the room was smoke free. Overall, it was a nice place for the price.
"Could have been better..."
We were put on the first floor despite wanting a different room on a different floor. As a result we had to bear witness to a wedding and unfortunately this took away from the enjoyment of our stay. The room furniture was beautiful but there were a few bugs in the bathroom, I flushed them and that was that. Our iron was given I'm assuming to a wedding […] attendee and although they stated they would furnish one we did not receive it when it mattered most. All in all it wasn't a terrible experience but we did feel as if we were receiving second or third rate care (a.k.a. sloppy seconds) behind the wedding attendees. Continua a leggere
"Renavated and Great"
Just stayed here as they were wrapping up some remodelling and overall the hotel was as high class as a double tree or Marriott without the expense.
