La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

Percorri Eighth Avenue, a nord dell'hotel. In soli 15 minuti raggiungerai Columbus Circle e lo spettacolare Time Warner Center. Per fare una pausa tra un acquisto e l'altro attraversa la piazza fino a Central Park, un'oasi verde di circa 340 ettari, che include un lago e chilometri e chilometri di sentieri. Se preferisci tenerti in forma anche in vacanza, il Milford Plaza dispone di una palestra ben attrezzata, aperta 24 ore su 24. La hall, invece, propone snack e bevande, per fare un pieno di energia per l'allenamento.
Il Milford Plaza non dispone di ristorante, ma ad appena 1 isolato dalla struttura potrai scegliere tra i locali e i ristoranti della 46ma Strada. Specializzati nella cucina di tutto il mondo, in questi ristoranti potrai gustare una cena deliziosa, prima di assistere al tuo spettacolo teatrale preferito. Al termine dello spettacolo, fai tappa in uno dei locali notturni della zona, dove sorseggiare un buon cocktail ascoltando musica jazz dal vivo.
Dopo una lunga serata, rilassati nella tua camera con vista sulla città guardando un film. Speravo decisamente meglio. La scelta è stata fatta a seguito della descrizione e delle foto riportate nel sito, che si sono rivelate purtroppo non corrispondenti al vero. La camera doveva essere "grande" ma di grande non aveva nulla. Lo spazio disponibile era ridotto all'essenziale anche per una sola persona. Condizioni di manutenzione generale pessime. […] Moquette vecchia e sporca, muri anneriti, bagno al limite della decenza. Vasca da bagno ingiallita con doccino fisso. I mobili erano vecchi e macchiati. I piani d'appoggio insufficienti e nessun gancio disponibile per appendere le giacche. In Italia questo hotel, decritto come 3 stelle, non ne avrebbe presa una. Altro problema il rumore. La camera non era ben insonorizzata e si avvertivano i rumori provenienti dalla strada, dalle camere vicine, per non parlare poi di quello del vano ascensore. Mi spiace ma ne sono rimasto decisamente deluso. Perchè non me ne sono andato? Perchè il costo della camera mi era già stato addebitato. Note positive? Ho prenotato una camera per due e mi hanno rifilato un letto più una brandina, dopo averlo chiesto in reception mi sono sentito rispondere che ho pagato per una singola, nel bagno c'erano capelli di altra gente che ci ha soggiornato prima. Uno SCHIFO

Posizione a parte, hotel di grande dimensioni mal organizzato e assolutamente sconsigliabile per chi non ha un minimo di dimestichezza con l'inglese. Nelle camere e nei corridoi moquette vecchie e lise e relativa tapezzeria scollatta dalle pareti. Nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono ottime alternative a prezzi più competitivi. "OTTIMO SOTTO TUTTI I PUNTI DI VISTA"
Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Milford Plaza Hotel per 10 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Stanze spaziose e pulite, personale gentile e disponibile...posizione ottima proprio alle spalle di Times Square...fermata del metro e autobus a pochi passi. Consigliamo a tutti questo hotel...buon viaggio!!

La posizione è centrale, a due passi da Times Square, ma in effetti è anche molto caotica. L'hotel ha una struttura vecchia e si riflette sulla qualità delle stanze, soprattuto del bagno. Hotel datato, polveroso, rumoroso, avrebbe bisogno di un profondo restauro. Comodo come posizione ma le camere sono piccole e polverose. I bagni sono piccoli e vecchi. Lavori in corso che rendono gli ambienti molto polverosi.

Bellissimo hotel, effettivamente un pó datato con qualche piccola necessità di ristrutturazione, Ma Che sposava appieno le nostre esigenze. Non parliamo Di un cinque stelle lusso, ma Di una grandissima struttura capace di contenere Ben oltre 1000 camere. Io Ho soggiornato al 17 piano, non ho avvertito nessun rumone e fastidio. All'arrivo mi Hanno chiesto […] come caparra x eventuali danni la carta di credito nominativa, questo va specificato perchè prima Della partenza non l'avevo letto nelle condizioni dell'hotel. Le camere sono un po' piccole ma sempre pulite, comunque se ci si ferma solo per dormire e non si hanno grandi esigenze lo spazio è più che sufficiente. Buono il rapporto tra qualità - prezzo - posizione.

l'albergo è dotato di ben 1300 camere. se si ha la fortuna di alloggiare a piani alti (>15) allora non si sente il rumore della 8 Av. (l'albergo si trova a Times square). camera condizionata (il condizionatore faceva rumore), con moquette ovunque. la pulizia èok. cambiano biancheria ogni giorno.

Considerando che alle 9 del mattino eravamo già in giro per la città e che tornavamo dopo cena, l'albergo non è che l'abbiamo sfruttato molto. Quello che posso dire è che all'ingresso ci sono dai 2 ai 4 concierge che ti chiamano i taxi, ti danno informazioni, ti aiutano con le valigie (magari dategli un dollaro). Noi eravamo al 26° piano e ci sono 6 […] ascensori che funzionano perfettamente controllati a vista da un'ottimo servizio di sicurezza (se dimenticate la chiave della stanza dimenticatevi di salire in camera!). La stanza è stata pulita ogni mattina con cambio di almeno 8 asciugamani per volta.L'albergo si trova a 2 minuti da Times Square ed inoltre proprio sotto ci sono fermate della metro. Very bad first day. We were told we would need to be moved the next day as we are checking in. I had to debate with clerk and manager. The reason is that Hotels.com had overbooked that hotel. The hotel has reasonable prices for its location. The only problem we had was that people in the next room were smoking and the smell of smoke was so overpowering that it woke us up when they came back to their room at 4AM. Since the rooms were nonsmoking I was surprised at their total disregard of the policy. They left the next morning so we didn't […] report it to the management. Bathroom heat was to HIGH.. Had to keep bathroom window open alittle. Can tell bathroom door had water damage. Rug was little dirty.

The rooms were clean, but have been remodeled cheaply and hazardously; there was no cover over the only extremely bright bedside light and almost caused me to burn my hand, but worst of all: there was no hot water for the shower in the morning and all we got was a shrug of the shoulders with the explanation that a boiler was down.

Long line to check in when I first arrived. Hallways and rooms looked like they needed to be vacuumed. Ice cold shower in the morning. Front desk manager offered nothing but an apology and late check out. I didnt want to stay past 12 noon so that did me no good.

The management was rude and not very accommodating to its guests. Check-in times were not honored. I was charged for 3 days of parking when really it should have only been 2 days. An additional hour or two should be pro rated. I will not come back to the Milford, nor will any of my friends and family. "Location is the only good thing"
This is the fourth hotel I've stayed in NY, and by far the worst. It's not worth the price I paid. It felt more like a hostel. The room was right at the end of a long grayish black hallway. The "newly-renovated" twin bed room was too small and the bedroom door could not be closed - the door frame doesn't quite fit the door!! It felt unsafe! This is […] just an old hotel trying to spruce up its look. Currently the facade and several floors are being renovated. The hotel is conveniently located within 3 blks of the PABT and the subway. Lots of shops & restaurants close by, and right off Times Square. I like the feel of older hotels, but the best thing, is that the rooms have all been renovated & modernized. When I got to my room, it was tastefully decorated in a modern, clean, Euro-style design, but it was […] very small, with a window that looked out between two other walls of the hotel - not much of a view. The bathroom was modern, small, but efficient, but there was a terrible odor - smelled like the subway. I called front desk, and they promptly moved me from the 21st to 26th floor to a much larger room w/ a fantastic view of Times Square. They also sent a bellman w/ the new keys and luggage cart so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. Friendly and efficient staff. Love the computerized elevator system that will get you right to your floor quickly. Bed was very comfy. Tub nice and deep for a soak after walking about the city or dancing the night away. Great shower heads - good water pressure and very hot water - not always possible in older hotels. Love the lit mirror in the bathroom for applying makeup. Nice desk space for working. Great big full length mirror for getting ready for a night out on the town. Nice window treatments, lots of hangers. Had a cool European feel. I was relieved that this was just what I was hoping for- clean, comfortable, and close to Times square. "Satisfactory value for the money"
Was in NYC alone on business and stayed one night to meet friends for dinner. Service is satisfactory for that purpose but it's not a place I'd want to stay for more than a night. The bar is small with tiny plastic tables/chairs and drinks served in plastic cups. Front desk personnel were pleasant but the area was cluttered with messy desk behind the […] reception counter. Room was satisfactory though the thermostat was set on 77F and I couldn't change it, so turned it off and opened the windows. Room was quiet and reasonably comfortable, but if outside temperature was cold or hot the open-window option would be less favorable. Good water pressure in shower! Didn't use internet access. Flat-screen TV worked. Don't know about restaurant (if any). Reminds me of hotels in Europe that cost much more.
