We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. Please bear in mind that it's reasonably priced, and that it doesn't pretend to be a 5 star hotel. We found the staff to be very helpful, and you can't beat the view. The hotel was difficult to get in and out of with a stroller aged kid. There are stairs, but otherwise we had no complaints. My husband and I go regularly to Paris and this is where we always stay... we love the location, so close to everything and this neighborhood has fantastic cafes and brasseries and one of the best places for croissants in all the city is just a few blocks away. We reallly had a great time there but unfortunately got stuck on the elevator for 30 minutes one evening. The rooms are not very big and do not have much closet or drawer space, but the staff was great and the location is fabulous. It is a bit loud at night since you are on a very busy corner

A fantastic central location, great room and very comfortable bed. My only negative comment is, i would have liked a towel rail in the wet room/shower room; as we were staying more than one night we showered on arrival and that meant damp towles next morning.

The hotel is located across the Seine from Notre Dame cathedral, which I could even see from my bed, floodlit at night. A perfect location, in the midst of Paris at its most magical; left bank, Shakespeare & Co. bookshop, etc. I've stayed here a few times, & it has been renovated recently - all rooms have been designed by an artist - very unique & artistic. […] If you like views, do pay the the extra for a Notre Dame view - courtyard view rooms overlook a dark & dingy yard. Absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!

The hotel is great, nice location, great view and nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast is very simple though, so in the weekends you might consider to go to one of the cafes in the vincinity instead.

I like this hotel, I only stayed one night, it is a small hotel, but the staff spoke good English and the room was okay. You are definitely staring at Notre Dame. We stayed in Le Notre Dame for our Honeymoon and were very impressed, the location was perfect with fantastic bistros all around us and Notre Dame across the road (which we even had a view of from our room). Fantastic Hotel, Fantastic location, Fantastic friendly helpful attentive staff. Wonderful break, would highly recommend this hotel. super close to the metro and lots of sites. I loved the unique rooms and the bathtub! We had room 44, great view. I'd say the only downfall was the TV had no english options or movies. So after walking around all day and night you couldn't just decompress with some tv but hey it's paris you don't really need tv anyway. but otherwise this place rocked. […] they would call and make reservations for us and helped us with tourist tips. great spot. This hotel is in a super convenient location. Metro was literally across the street, Notre Dame across the street, on the Seine (beautiful!), Pompidou within 10min walk, fabulous restaurants & cafes within walking distance too (plus many more!). Rooms are small, but it's Paris and this is typical. Rooms were clean & comfortable & have a great view […] of the Seine & the Notre Dame. This was an amazing experience at this hotel... I have been to Paris numerous times and have always loved the places I stayed, but this took the cake. We opened our windows to the view of the River and Notre Dame and it made Paris even better than it already is. This is a definite must and totally worth the price.

We spent a few minutes ascertaining we had a room -which had been fully paid for in June. The receptionist was looking at the departures list not arrivals. It was somewhat tense. The entrance was shabby and hoovers were strewn around the reception area even though it was midday. The room wasn't ready and we didn't get to see it until that evening. We've […] stayed in the Peit Moulin & La Bellechasse - we couldn't believe this was a Lacroix hotel. The room was tiny, cramped, had 2 big TVs (?) and full length french doors which opened onto noisy, smelly, hot industrial pipework. The muslin covering the windows was creased & ill fitting. The bathroom was awful. The towels were really old. It seemed as though the signature Lacroix wallpaper had been tacked over the previous hotel's interior. We felt ripped off. This hotel was wonderful - staff were all so helpful and friendly, room was so comfortable and classic - great location, beautiful view - wished we could have stayed longer - all fantastic.

Straight out of our hotel window we can see Notre Dame Cathedral. Wow! Hotel room was clean with a bit quirky hotel decor. The hotel is next to adjacent to a street with lots of nightlife. So, it's a noisy at night. (bring some ear plugs). Very convenience location.

We spent three nights at this hotel for our Wedding Anniversary. We have visited Paris many times but this is the best hotel we have stayed in. We were delighted to find that we had been given a corner room with a wonderful view of Notre Dame and the Seine and the hotel was just around the corner from the many little restaurants of St Michel. Also the […] station for the train direct to & from the airport was only a couple of minutes away, as was the Metro. The room was spotless, bed very comfortable and staff very friendly & helpful. This hotel completely misrepresents itself. The view of Notre Dame was only available if we hung out of our postage size sixth floor window. In addition, the hotel is across from a police station and hospital and the sirens are going all day and night. Futherrmore, to enter the hotel you must walk through a block of tacky souvenir shops and people hawking […] wares to tourists. On day two the elevator broke and the staff was entirely unhelpful in attempting to come up with an alternative room (since we had to climb six steep flights on a winding staircase. When the elevator was finally fixed on day four, the hot water broke, and again, the staff treated this with a smile as if this happened all of the time. At night, the one window could not be open because of the noise and also because if you did not hold onto it, it would fall off its hinge, and the air turns off so the room is stifling. The phone connection does not work to the the front desk.All in all, in terms of service, staff and maintenance, it was the worst hotel experience i have ever had and I have traveled extensively around the world. Right next to Notre Dame -- amazing location. Pay the extra 30 euro for the view of ND -- you'll regret not doing it. The Christian Lacroix designed rooms are great--very original. The rooms were pretty good size for a small Paris hotel. The front desk staff was fine. Not unfriendly, but not a true concierge service. The room was perfect with respect to both the location in the hotel, as well as the hotel itself. The room was the best in the hotel: top floor, corner room with views of both the Seine and Le Concergerie and Le Notre Dame. However, the room was absolutely terrible with regard to size and amenities. The bed took up almost the entire room which required […] that when one was seated as the desk, the other needed to jump on top of the bed to get to the window or bath. Even worse, there was no dresser in which to put clothes; therefore, most items remained in the suitcases. At best, this room is suitable for only 1 person, likely only a male, and definitely not for a couple (or probably not even a female). Also, the hotel begins on the second level, above a restaurant, without an elevator to bring up bags. Making matters worse, there was no concierge or anyone else to help bring up the bags to the lobby of the hotel. What a nightmare for anyone other than a single person without significant luggage. However, the girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful, and even spoke English. While the location of the hotel was fantastic with respect to the City and the Neighborhood, on the west bank on the river Seine, and right at the foot of the bridge from the left bank to the Notre Dame, we decided to move after the first day, and did so for days 3, 4, 5. We would definately never stay there again. The price was absolutely outrageous for what the room was, despite the great location and views. Continua a leggere

Hotellet ligger rett ved Notre Dame og med latinerkvarteret bokstavelig talt rundt hjørnet. Det er imidlertid en svært gammel bygning som også preger rommene, men badet er moderne og fint.

Spännade inredning, trevlig personal och mycket bra läge med utsikt mot den gotiska katedralen Notre dam.

Kan varmt anbefale Le Notre Dame. Super hotel, god service, flotte værelser og ikke mindst en rigtig god placering lige overfor Notre Dame. Alle pengene værd.

Vi havde nogle dejlige dage og kommer gerne tilbage til dette hyggelige hotel. Unge sevicemedarbejdere som bare var så hjælpsomme og hyggelige.... Vi havde værelse mod baggården og det var dejlig stille og roligt, så vi fik en god nats søvn så vi var oplagte til at gå på opdagelse i en praktfuld by. Beliggenheden er perfekt - kort vej til alt.....

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra läge och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kommer att boka det igen vid nästa besök i Paris.

Dejligt hotel, perfekt beliggenhed hvis man er i Paris som turist, venlig og god service. Speciel interiør i værelset. Kommer meget gerne der igen!

Veldig fornøyd med dette hotellet. Årsaken til dette er først og fremst den fantastiske beliggenheten i Latinerkvartert i Paris. Vi hadde utsikt mot Notre Dame, samt gåavstand til flere av Paris største turistattraksjoner som f.eks museumet Louvre. Standarden på rommet var også veldig bra. Generelt veldig fornøyd på alle punkter. Vedrørende frokost […] på hotellet så kan jeg ikke uttale meg da vi ikke ønsket frokost inkludert. Continua a leggere

Alt i alt et fantastisk ophold. Beliggenheden fås ikke bedre, men nok specielt hvis man får et værelse forholdsvis højt oppe, da der er en del trafik. Vi boede på 6. sal og det var SUVERÆNT :-). Kan varmt anbefales...

Ett perfekt hotell om man vill ha nära till allt. RER-stationens uppgång var på andra sidan gatan. Vi tog hellre trappan två våningar upp istället för hissen p.g.a. den vackra trappan. Bra service i receptionen. Utsikt över Seine och Notre Dame vid frukostbordet. Trots rum mot innergård hade vi "utsikt" mot Notre Dame via direktkamera och stor monitor […] på väggen.
