Buona posizione e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Peccato per il piccolo armadio!!

"A charming hotel"
The hotel is clean and very well run. It has WiFi connections. Courteous staff and a lovely open interior. The rooms, bed, and pillows, excellant... Both the breakfast and supper were as good as it gets. Highly recommend we were there 5 nights.

Very good services and comfortable hotel. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Taipei. Breadfast is very good but could have more fresh fruit.
"Nice place"
The Riviera is clean and the staff is very accommodating. Kind of difficult to work around their wifi login system, but again, the staff was very helpful. Full complimentary breakfast buffet is well done.
"Bad hotel service and old style management"
The front desk staff team including Ms Lam, the whole management team did not offer professional way of treating their Junior suite customer, they were arguing with me the international standard of presentation of data for THREE straight hours at the front desk. They did not offer courtesy and respect to their customer. They are totally disaster - Ruining […] your day. They check out by phoning upstair housekeeping to check the room. And then let you go. What an old style of management that I did not experience such way of checking out for centuries. "Great staff and nice location"
The staff at the Riveria were wonderful - helpful and very nice. The breakfast buffet was also quite nice. The location was nice - across from some very nice parks and easy walking distance to some shopping and restaurants. Major sites were a cab ride away (the hotel does offer a free shuttle once a day to certain sights) Our Jr. suite was very nice […] though the cleanliness was not the best. nice service. 10 mins walk from metro. Breakfast is nice.

The room had extra space for an office and a sitting area . The bed was comfortable. You can also request for an omelet as part of the breakfast buffet.

Only reason I won't stay here is because of its horrible net connection. Most of the time there is no connection.

location wise not so ideal cos its abt 10 mins walk to the nearest mtr. there are places to eat around the hotel so not that bad.

"Riviera Hotel"
This hotel was very comfortable and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay there. They went out of their way to help us locate a brand of baby formula and other items we needed at a pharmacy across town. The breakfast buffet was well worth the stay.

my husband and I stayed there for 5 days. our room was clean and comfortable with a big anteroom/study. The breakfast spread had variety, catering to both eastern and western tastes. "Rivera Hotel in Taipei"
This is a real gemof a hotel - it is not teh gradest of hotels but is is clean, quiet and the staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. "Nice hotel"
Ok, so let's start with the positives because this is what the hotel has most of. The staff are great - very nice and welcoming service. Very attentive. Internet quality was very good - although wireless did not work for me neither on my laptop nor on my mobile and just for the record, I'm an IT professional with vast experience. Wired internet available […] in my room was flawless however. Breakfast was brilliant - I couldn't ask for better, especially at the room rates. I ate plenty and everything was delicious. (I'm a westerner by the way). But there isn't many places outside of the hotel (I couldn't even find one by walking around) that appeared to be healthy in any way or form. Dozens of street vendors, with meat exposed to the air that looked like a sure food poisoning, unless you're used to that type of food. There's a great little restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel with again, great service and surprisingly tasty food at a typical low cost. Back to the room. Clean and relatively cosy. Nice TV and lots of channels for keeping you entertained before going to sleep. Walls are very thing however, and noise from the adjacent rooms is not uncommon. I would arrive to the hotel extremely tired at the end of the day, so still managed to fall asleep, but wouldn't be able to on a normal day since I'm a relatively light sleeper. Shower leaves much to desire, however, water remained nice and hot and the pressure was ok. Toilet is lovely and modern, but again, the shower is one of those hand things that has a hose going to the bottom tap - although not the cheap ones you can buy at a hardware store, this is a permanent and proper type fitting. "Comfortable stay"
Stayed 3 nights on holiday. Quick efficient check-in and check-out. Attentive and helpful staff throughout. Free wireless in room. Clean comfortable room. Water boiler and various English TV channels. Some vehicle noise from road outside but not so bad. Little noise from inside hotel because of generous common space outside rooms. Good complimentary […] breakfast spread. Some changes on different days. Complimentary bus shuttle to some places was actually free cab service. I always stayed this hotel when I visited Taipei. It’s a very quiet and clean hotel for me to enjoy my trips in Taiwan. They don’t have everything you might excepting at a big hotel but hotel staff are make sure that your needs will be taking care through their professional services.
"Good value for money"
There's only a negative point about this hotel, just one: it's some 20 mins away of the nearest subway station. This will change a bit when a new line is completed and then the distance will be reduced to 10-15 minutes. Anyway, I'd come back to this hotel in a next visit to Taipei.

"great tourist hotel"
Very friendly staff. Always trying to be helpful. The room was the perfect temperature. Quiet. Excellent hi-speed internet. Wonderful breakfast. Recommend the almond pastry -- my favorite. A walk to the Yangshan MRT stop. 7-11 next door. Citibank around the corner.

"Great Value"
The Riviera Hotel is a great value in Taipei. The staff are very service oriented and the rooms have most every amenity. The complimentary breakfast is very good, no matter what kind of diet you are on. My only concern is the distance of the hotel to the nearest MRT station. It is about a fifteen minute walk.

They should cut the price as the park next to it has been closed at least for 1 year. Some roads are closed recently.

"Nice hotel"
I've stayed here many times and it is a good hotel for business travelers who don't care about the night life, but is convenient enough if you want the night life the taxi ride is cheap enough.

"Outstanding Hotel"
The room was large and very comfortable. The service was impeccable and very friendly. The breakfasts were superb, with the best salmon imaginable and excellent bread baked in the hotel. And one of the best restaurants in Taipei is a few minutes walk away. First class value for money.

"トータルではよいのですが…"
他のレビューにもあるように、全体的にはとてもよいホテルです。団体を入れないので建物だけでなく雰囲気も落ち着いており、スタッフの接客ぶりも含め、申し分ないと思います。 ただ、たまたま滞在した時が雨続きで例外的な寒さの頃で、部屋の空調で室温を上げようとしたのに上がらず、フロントに申し入れて対応してくれたはずでしたが、結果的にはまったく変わりませんでした。ゆったり部屋に滞在することを楽しみにしていたので、これは想定外でした。 暑いことの方が多い土地なので、空調の温める機能が弱いのでしょうか…。この点だけが残念でした。

2歳の娘と主人とでデラックススイートに3泊いたしました。 初めての台湾旅行でしたが、こちらのホテルに宿泊したおかげで大変満足できる旅行となりました。 当初リージェントやロイヤルタイペイホテルなどを探していたのですが、急に決まった旅行であったこともあり、予約が全くとれず、たまたま見つけたこちらのサイトで探していたところ、当ホテルに空室が2部屋あったので、そのうちの１つ子供と一緒でも大丈夫そうなキングサイズのベッドがあるデラックススイートを予約させていただきました。 部屋はとても綺麗で家具もかわいらしく、部屋もバスルームの広さも十分にあり、リビングも寝室とは別にありましたので、子供ともども帰ってくるたびに家のようにゆったりとくつろぐことができました。 スイートとありますが、1室あたりの料 […] 金は朝食も含まれていて、このような内容のお部屋から考えると、他のホテルでは考えられないほど大変リーズナブルでした。 朝食は洋食中心で点心数種とお粥、スープなどの中華が少しありました。小さな子供がいたので日本食が無くて心配しましたが、パンの種類もたくさんあり、新鮮なサラダ、自分で切り分ける数種類のチーズ、卵、ハム･魚、シリアル、フルーツにヨーグルトなど十分にあり、どれもおいしく全く問題なくいただけました。 そして何よりもスタッフの対応がみな素晴らしく、笑顔と温かいおもてなしで、いつでもどこでも気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 また、どこにいても素敵な家具が配置されてくつろげたり、ロビーでのピアノの生演奏、団体客がいないせいか朝食もゆったりと取れ、アットホームでとにかく自分の家のようにくつろげるホテルでした。 移動はすべてタクシーだったので電車での交通の利便性は分かりませんが、タクシーも安いので全く問題ありませんでした。 徒歩5分ほどで有名な台湾レストラン｢欣葉｣本店や徒歩3分ほどで地元でも人気の｢丸林魯肉飯｣もあり、どちらも利用させていただきましたが、安くてとても美味しく、その点も大変満足できるところでした。また、ホテルのすぐお隣にはコンビニのファミリーマートがあります。 こちらのホテルはとてもお薦めです。 他のお部屋もおそらくとても良いと思いますが、お子様連れのご家族でしたら料金的にもデラックススイートはお薦めです。 もちろん、また台湾に来る際にはこちらに宿泊したいと思いました。ホテルの内容･料金ともに大変満足です。 ホテルズドットコムも初めて利用させていただきましたが、海外ですと最後のお会計で不明な余計な利用料が含まれていたりとその確認だけでも大変ですが、こちらのサイトでは予約時に支払いも済ませていたので、チェックアウトもとても楽でした。 この度はいろいろとお世話になり、ありがとうござました。 Continua a leggere
"サービス、設備には満足"
2名一室、デラックスダブルを母娘で利用しました。 エレベーター近くの部屋でしたが特に音漏れもなく静かでした。 部屋は綺麗でした。前室みたいな所が広かったため、そこよりも2人利用でしたのでベッド周辺にスペースが欲しかった。 チェックインでは日本語の話せる男の人が対応してくれました。 他のスタッフも親切でした。 朝食バイキングは文句なし。パン、ご飯、お粥と選べました。 ビジネス利用の日本人を数名見ましたが、白人系の方も利用していました。 タクシーはフロントに頼めばホテルの前で捕まえてくれましたし、行き先もドライバーへ代わりに伝えてくれたので安心でした。 駅から遠いため、その点だけが不便に感じました（特に夜）。 ペットボトルの水が2本、無料で部屋に置いてあります。連泊でしたら、飲み終わ […] ってさえいれば補充してくれます。 お茶のティーパックもありました。 台北駅近辺のホテルにも一泊しましたが、対応や部屋の質が良かったので、私はお勧めです。 Continua a leggere

"The hotel Riviera"
12/9~10までの2泊利用しました。 MRTの駅からは少し遠いですが、とても快適に過ごせました。 部屋もUPGしていただき、ラッキーでした。変に日本語を話すことなく海外気分が味わえ、良かったです。 次回訪台する時にも利用したいと思います。

デラックス・スイートに宿泊しましたが、部屋は清潔でゆったりしています。コストパフォーマンスが大変良いです。都心部へのアクセスが少し心配でしたが、タクシー料金が安いため全く苦になりませんでした。また、ドアボーイのおじさんが子供に優しく接してくださったのもありがたかったです。

"値段の割にｇｏｏｄな部屋でした"
朝食が付いて、清潔でまずまずでした。 客室フロア（全階）までの吹き抜けは、初めての経験でした。 騒がしくなければ、空間が見事なのですが、バンケットから出てきたグループの騒音がすべての階に届いていました。
"きれいで静かなホテル"
クリスマス夜から３泊しましたが、 ホテルのロビーではピアノが演奏されており、廊下には素敵な雰囲気が漂っていました。 なんといっても、ツアー客がいないため静かにすごせたところがよかったように思います。みなさん、それぞれの時間を楽しんでいる方がゆっくりとした時間をすごしている、そんな印象のホテルです。 受付の方も、英語が通じ、人気のお店や観光に関するアドバイスをしてくださいました。 主要観光地から少し離れていますが、故宮博物院などの地区へもタクシーで安く行ける等利点も少なくなく、おすすめのホテルです。

"感動のホテル"
早朝５：３０には空港に向けてホテルを出発しなければならず、朝食はお断りしたのですが、なんと朝食を詰めてお渡ししますとのこと。早朝フロントに行くと素敵なパッケージに朝食を詰めて渡してくれました。空港で中を開けると手作りサンドウィッチ、ジュース、ヨーグルト、リンゴ、マフィン。。。 また、部屋に荷物を運んでもらった時にWifiのサービスについて質問するとわざわざフロントまで登録しに取りに行ってくれ感動。思わずチップをお渡ししました。 様々な国でホテルに宿泊しますが、こんな素晴らしいサービスのホテルは初めてです。 これからは台北に宿泊するときは必ずこのホテルに宿泊します。

"Great Pleasure"
I had two nights here and it was a comfortable stay; Every each staff did their best to make me feel at home, very kind and willing to help guests. I am sure that I will come back to Riviera for my next trip for business to Taipei.

8月13日~16日の3泊お世話になりました。 エレベーターを降りるとソファーと机があり、その横には、一階から吹き抜けでとても素敵なホテルでした。部屋は、ジュニアスイートで入ってすぐの部屋は、ビジネス用に机とFAX テレビ 冷蔵庫 ミニコンポ があり、奥はの部屋はベッド テレビ ヨガマットまで用意されていました。着いてすぐ夕食に、小籠包(鼎泰豊)に食べに行こうとホテルの方にお聞きしたら、本店はこの時間混んでいるから、支店に行った方がいいですよと教えて下さり、並ばずに入れて助かりました。 他にもいろいろお願いをしたのですが、直ぐに対応していただけました。朝はバイキングですが、パンも美味しかったし、サラダも新鮮でお料理も美味しく頂きました。またお世話になりたいとおもいます。 掃除のオバちゃまも愛 […] 想のいい方たちで文句無しの滞在でした。是非是非また泊まりたいです。 Continua a leggere
"Deluxe suiteに宿泊"
手頃なお値段でとても満足出来るホテルだと思います。こじんまりとした隠れ家的な雰囲気で、スタッフの対応は素晴らしく、品の良さを感じました。ドアマンの男性も、ホスピタリティに溢れ、第一印象が最高でした。 ロケーションは便利なところです。写真スタジオなども近いので歩いて行けます。台北で一番にぎやかな夜市も地下鉄で一駅ほどのところです。 お部屋は大きく、ゆったり過ごせましたが、部屋でお茶を入れる際に動線が悪く、少し面倒です。朝ご飯も満足出来ます。屋上のフィットネスは小さいですが、山の手前に圓山大飯店を臨み、気持ち良くマシンを使えます。

"快適なホテル"
立地上はＭＲＴの駅から１０～１５分程度で、付近にコンビニやレストランが多くあり便利です。 ホテルの方も日本語を話され、 大変親切に対応して頂けました。 朝食も種類が豊富で大変満足しました。 部屋も静かでゆっくり休めました。 台北に来た際にはまた来たいと思いました。
