L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Il mio soggiorno è stato ideale per la vacanza che mi aspettavo. Non cercavo un 4 stelle che mi facesse spendere troppo, volevo un posto dove dormire vicino al centro e comodo per gli spostamenti. L'hotel è vecchio e ci sarebbero tante cose da sistemare ma io e mio marito siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo dormito senza problemi, e appena usciti dall'hotel sei in pieno centro, a due passi dal port autority per ogni tipo di spostamento. Times Square appena girato l'angolo, posizione strategica per tutto. Da consigliare e sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Per arrivare ogni mattina all'autobus c'era una bella salita e l'ultimo giorno con i bagagli è stata dura. Nel complesso molto pulito e silenzioso, colazione modesta ma sufficiente, personale sintetico ma cordiale. Prezzo moderato in sintonia con la struttura. C'è attaccato Dunkin Donuts e un baretto vecchio stile per gli hamburger ottimo! Abbiamo prenotato con facilità qualche giorno prima e siamo molto soddisfatti. Kikka e Ale

Ho chiesto una stanza tranquilla sul retro e ho ricevuto una stanza carina, ma buia perché a poca distanza dal muro dell'edificio vicino. Non si vedeva nulla. Per il resto tutto a posto, pulizia, personale efficiente e gentile, nessun problema. Per colazione macchine del caffe in camera e ottimo supermercato dietro l'angolo. A pochi minuti dalla metro.

Ottima posizione ottimo arredamento molto moderno e con una dell lounge piu belle di new york all'ultimo piano con vista mozzafiato. camere spaziose(a new york rarissimo) forse unica piccola pecca sono i piani piu bassi con vista sull strada un po troppo rumorosi per il mio modestissimo gusto.un ristorante eccezzionale al piano terra e poi....penso sia tutto. Un gran bel posto detto da una persona del settore alberghiero .

Overall the hotel was nice, very clean and staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the tv was nice. I was however disappointed that when I booked the hotel I believed the hot breakfast advertised was everyday however it was only Monday thur Friday and on the weekend it is only continental so plan accordingly!

"ok stay"
the hotel was dealing with the after effects of flooding, so i understand. nice room, clean, and has a kitchenette with a place to sit and eat. overall, ok for the money, but certainly not disappointing. i'd stay here agin, if i didn't have more options.
I would stay again.
"Perfect for a night"
Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, flat screen tv, seemed to be updated recently. Towels and shampoo took a little while to get there but thats just nitpicking.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the night that also had free breakfast. Got the reservation at the last minute. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. "Fairfield Inn in Parsippany NJ"
The first night was distressing because guests in neighboring rooms were extremely noisy until very late. The second night, when we returned to our room, we found that the room had not be serviced. Our used towels were still on the floor of the bathroom and no clean towels had been brought in. Our beds were unmade and the waste baskets were not emptied. […] When we pointed this out to the personnel at the front desk, they were only marginally caring. The hotel stay was supposed to include a breakfast buffet. "Fairfield/Parsippany - Great Place for Wedding gue"
They took great care of me, made my stay pleasant and easy. Shuttle to bus stop made it easy to get into NYC for the day. Wish they would stop using styrofoam dishes, etc. for breakfast - be more green!

"Thin Walls"
The hotel was 30 minutes away from out friends in NY and was really easy for us to get to. We liked the clean lobby; courteous staff and the breakfast buffet was very generous in it's offerings. The breakfast staff were so efficient in refilling the coffee pot, pastry trays, etc. and were very friendly as well. We liked the hotel and its location, except […] the noise! The walls carry far too many sounds. We could hear our next door neighbors and their children opening & closing drawers, talking & watching TV until they finally decided to sleep after 1 am. "Great stay, hospitable staff, very good breakfask"
This was a pleasant stay. Truly Marriot quality. Comes with great choice of rooms. 1K or 2Q. Smoke-free hotel too. Though the price is on the higher side, we saved on a few things.. - Free Parking - Great Breakfast (real breakfast, with pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, sausage, cereals, juices, etc. Can't get any better) - Free roll-away bed since we had […] an additional member in of of the 2 rooms we booked Its a bit away from NYC, so be prepared for the drive (about 25 miles, can get stuck in traffic if you start late).. "Great Stay at this hotel"
This hotel had the best location, on Rte. 46, 1 block away from 80E and 80W and only miles away from 287. The breakfast offered was not just your donut and coffee bar; it had everything accomodating, waffles, eggs, cheese, english muffin, bagels w/cream cheese, hot cereals, cold cereals, ff milk, reg. milk, o.j. coffee, tea. That alone saved us at least […] $20.00. The people at the desk were very accomodating, and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, easy access to WI-FI. I myself, did not use their business services or the workout room. The only thing I found a little annoying was the thin walls in between our room and the next. We could hear everything. The beds were as comfortable as any we've experienced in a hotel. The directions to the hotel were a bit complicted and I'm not sure we ever got it quite right. However, for a good place to lay your head on a visit to this part of NJ, it is a good value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a small issue right after checking in but the staff resolved the issue in a very timely manner. The hotel is a little out of the way but the staff was helpful with directing us back to the interstate.
