Inviato da Michele di "Foggia" il 11 mar 2010Hotel pulito ed accogliente in ottima posizione rispetto alle bellezze architettoniche di Ottawa (parlamento , musei , ecc ...) , personale cortesissimo e poliglotta (anche Italiano , Spagnolo ecc...) , stanze ben dimensionate fornite anche di microonde in linea con la categoria dell'hotel , buona colazione e piacevole caffè/tè nel pomeriggio. Consigliatissimo.

Inviato da C Gensini di "Firenze" il 22 set 2009Bellissimo Hotel la camera era grande come un monolocale con cucina salotto e terrazza.Ottimo per passarci molte notti.Quest'Hotel ci ha davvero colpito anche per la pulizia!Un pò piccolino il bagno anche se ha la vasca da bagno ma ne vale la pena soprattutto per il resto.Situato in una zona molto vivace soprattutto per quanto rigurda i locali a 10 min a piedi dal centro.Volendo si poteva usufruire della piscina.Attenzione il parcheggio è a pagamento a 19 dollari al giorno.

"Stinky smokey hotel"
I booked a non-smoking room for 3 nights. I believe we were directly beside or across from the smoking rooms. The halls reeked of cigarette smoke and my room reeked as well. It didn't matter whether we entered the hotel through the main lobby or through a back door, the halls reeked of cigarettes. On Thursday night the halls had smoke in them, so my […] daughter & I had to hold our breath to walk down the hall!! I had to put a towel across the bottom of my hotel room door to keep the stink out of the room. I will never book at the hotel again! Staff is very friendly. Beware that some rooms are smoking. Even if you get a non-smoking room, the smoking rooms are right across the hall. The room was clean and comfy. Didn't have high expectations for my stay here, but even with that said I was very disappointed. The room was supposed to be smoke free but stank of smoke, due to everyone outside smoking right below my windows. I couldn't even close the window because there is no AC and the room was very hot. I had my 3-month old baby with me so I was forced to choose […] between temperature and odor, not a good situation to be in. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We checked in late in the evening and only spent less than 12 hours there. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
