Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

L'hotel è tenuto bene e pulito, ma situato in piena Chinatown, sopra un centro commerciale che dà più l'idea di essere a Pechino piuttosto che a Toronto (anche il personale è tutto di origine cinese). Comunque le camere sono spaziose e pulite, è situato su Spadina Ave quindi in buona posizione per raggiungere CN Tower e porto a sud, e parco e università a nord. Il quartiere circostante non è granchè, ma non dà l'idea di essere insicuro. E' dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo condiviso col centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

leggermente fuori mano rispetto alla zona dei locali. di sera intorno c'è poco e niente. comunque pulito e ben tenuto.

Classico Hotel della catena. Camera grande, pulita, letto immenso. Frigo bar ben fornito. Unica pecca una strada, a poche centinaia di metri, dall'hotel piena di barboni e gente poco raccomandabile. Comunque posizione comoda per girare Toronto a piedi!

I booked at the Comfort Downtown because the hotel was literally around the corner from the workshop that I was attending. The hotel was a great little spot. Parking was difficult to find in order to check in BUT the parking garage was handy! Location was also handy for walking downtown Yonge Street for meeting friends for supper. The location is good and the price is acceptable

There was paid parking available, at an extra charge but very good to have for me. Unfortunately, nowhere to park in front of the hotel and since I called Central Booking they did not give me the procedure that i could have used to save myself arguing with the metre maid who was going to give me a ticket when I did park in front, after having to go […] around a long block looking for a place to park.. James (the General Manager, I think) was very kind. Before 6 the next morning the buzzer on the alarm clock went off. It took me a while (and listening at walls) to determine that it was indeed the next door room. When I called the front desk they had someone come up quite quickly to shut it off. I asked the young lady at the front desk, when I signed out, if I could have my parking as complimentary due to the mishaps of the stay. She told me I couldn't. My understanding was that it was because I had prepaid. When I looked at my bill at home I had not prepaid the parking, When I looked at the bill when I got home I realized it had not been prepaid. Talked to James and her very kindly said there would be a credit issued to my card. Some of the 'nicer' hotels in the city were offering better deals in comparison but they weren't as handy I would recommend the hotel but only with a caveat.. Continua a leggere
"Comfort Hotel-Downtown Toronto"
The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. When we looked the room on line, we were to receive 2 double beds - but the beds were 48" (3/4 width) not 54" wide, a bit too cramped for comfort. Service was excellent. Fire alarm went off at 5:30 a.m. - no fire, just false alarm. Difficult to get back to sleep.
No fridge. Not as welcoming / comforting. I would go for a higher quality hotel next time. Location was decent.

"Almost perfect except the shower.."
Almost a perfect stay. Only problem is the water pressures of the shower is not adequate. Hopefully they adjust it properly.

"Bad Experience"
The hotel is in a perfect location down town however uUpon checking in, we didnt have any towels for the shower, the toilet wouldnt flush properly. The shower made the entire experience the worst ever in any hotel by any company I have ever stayed with. "Rude Staff"
Never been to a hotel where the staff is so rude and accuse you of doing something when it's not true. Room was dirty and smoked in and I highly DO NOT recommend that you stay at this obnoxiously staffed hotel. "Needs Improvements"
My stay at the Comfort Inn was exhausating and not comforting at all. Me and my girlfriends had to change rooms four times and we only stayed at the hotel for two nights. We constantly got locked out of our rooms and had to go downstairs to get our key cards reprogrammed. The bathrooms were severly small and not properly cleaned. The aroma of the hotel […] smelled like mold and feces. This was the worst customer service and hotel service that I have ever experienced. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse! Très bon rapport qualité/prix, super emplacement avec plein de restaurants autour.
