Camera curatissima, un'atmosfera incantata eppoi ti coccolano veramente: ogni sera trovi davanti alla camera biscotti fatti in casa con burro e cioccolato, in camera cioccolatini e poi, la mattina, una colazione ricchissima con quiche fatta in casa, uova, prosciutto, formaggi, marmellate fresche, latte e caffè e la simpatia della signora Joan che ti fa fare un tour della casa. Se volete un perfetto punto di partenza per gli outlet di Wrentham e Attleboro, non cercate altro.....

The hotel is okay. Nothing great. If you need a quick place to stay and don't want to be in the city (Providence), then this is a decent option. I liked the room (119) but was a little weirded out that when I arrived the bathroom window was open to the courtyard and it doesn't even have a screen. Also, I LOVE the free weights and bench in the fitness room but cable on the lat pull down machine needs to be lubricated. "A little misleading."
Everything was great! Loved the room, the size was perfect. The only thing that was disappointing was the bed. The website said it was a Sleep Number Bed and when we got into the room it was a Simmins Beautyrest. The bed was still great, just not what we were expecting. Everyone was so accommodating, all my needs. I was vacationing, disabled, visiting long lost family not seen in over 30 yrs. For 8 days. The staff shuttled me to meet with my family anytime the shuttle was not busy. Most helpful, kind and appreciated by my family who could not drive and my disabilities. I stayed at this hotel when my house lost power for a few days following a snow storm. Wasn't overly thrilled with the experience. I arrived about 7PM on a very cold evening. Desk personnel were pleasant and friendly. That was nice because I was traveling alone and am a senior. The room was clean, nice, etc., but cold. Thermostat on the wall read 52 degrees - I couldn't make the heat go on - called the desk and assistance was prompt. The problem was dead batteries in the thermostat […] which she replaced. But it took a good while for the room to be comfortable. I think housekeeping persons should check that routinely as part of the daily room procedure. "Clean hotel, friendly staff was worth the stay."
This hotel was clean, welcoming and convenient to our needs. The staff, students of J&W Univer., were very accommodating, friendly and attentive. (especially in Libations, the restaurant). The sleep number bed was the icing on the cake. We will definitely stay there again when traveling to R.I.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Clean, Comfortable and great service"
Great value and really nice hotel. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which was so handy. Stay on the 2nd floor that way you will hear no footsteps above you. Overall a great choice! There is also a Legal Seafood restaurant right next door so you can walk over and get a great meal. Very satisfied customer.
