Hotel situato esattamente di fronte all'ingresso dello stadio Re Baldovino (ex Eysel (lapide commemorativa della tragedia sul muro alla sinistra dell'entrata)), comodo per la vista all'Atomium nonché alla minieuropa. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metrò: con un semplice cambio di treno si arriva in centro in 15/20 minuti. Le camere non sono enormi ma comunque molto confortevoli con un bel bagno e tv schermo piatto con parecchi canali tv (sia belgi che italiani). Le camere che si trovano sul lato interno sono silenziose e non si sente il traffico automobilistico; si avverte solo il passaggio di qualche aereo. La colazione è abbondante e varia sia per chi la vuole fare alla "tedesca" oppure all'italiana con varietà di croissants, pain chocolat ecc. Nell'area circostante sono presenti negozi e ristoranti. Per chi è in automobile si posteggia facilmente davanti all'ingresso dell'hotel (la sosta è gratuita tutto il giorno). Inoltre si trova in posizione strategica per raggiungere l'autostrada.

La prima notte mi è toccato dormire con la finestra della camera fuori dai cardini accostata alla meglio al telaio perchè sotto manutenzione con intervento non terminato. Temperatura esterna: 5°. Alla mia segnalazione all'atto dell'ingresso in camera molto gentilmente il personale di albergo mi ha spiegato che tutte le stanze erano occupate quindi non c'era alternativa, il tutto tirando la tenda dietro cui si trovava la finestra, come a dire "E poi cosa vuoi che sia...". La sera dopo mi hanno cambiato stanza

"Solo per famiglie"
Il leopold è un buon hotel anche se rimane molto standardizzato nella scelta degli arredi e il servizio non è il top. Ma la cosa più importante è la sua posizione non adatta a chi voglia scoprire le strade dello shopping o della cultura. "Strange dinner arrangements"
Mostly fine. Good location opposite park, near station. Rooms clean. We saw an advert in the lift for a pleasant-sounding fixed-price menu, and went to the restaurant to order it. However, staff claimed that this was "yesterday's", and they didn't have it at weekends. When I went to reception to complain, the manageress hastily dashed into the lift […] to tear the advert down. It was quite unseemly, and I almost walked out. However, to her credit the manageress offered to construct a fixed-price meal from the fairly basic standard menu, and good relations were restored when she offered us a glass of fine each, and a coffee at the end. "Quiet & nice"
Room 212 was quiet and relatively large with fresh deco. Spent WE on business trip. The hotel was walking distance to Station, pedestrian center, 15 movie multiplex and even 50m from the only Sunday opened Carrefour mini market.

Upon returning to the hotel at 1:00AM after working 16 hours straight, I was utterly surprised and actually quite upset that instead of replacing the used hand towels from the previous day, they simply hung over the shower rod to "dry out". When I complained to the front desk in the morning, their only reaction and rsponse was: "No problem, I will have […] my colleague bring fresh towels to your room". To be honest, if practical, I will most likely refrain from staying at this hotel again. "Leopold Hotel Antwerp - very nice modern hotel"
We stayed as a family in this hotel and the room was very nice, modern and comfortable. We have an 8 year old and they had made up a separate bed, which was perfect. Reception staff were extremely helpful, spoke excellent English and were able to advise on the best places to go. It was about a 15-20 minute walk down into the centre of the town, or you […] could catch the underground tram at 'Opera'. We took the ferry and drove across to Antwerp, and maybe I should have asked first, but the parking was not an insignificant cost. It cost just over 50 euro's for three day parking, so something to consider. The hotel car park was apparently quite small and so we parked in 'Diamondland' about 500m away. "Hotel Leopold was a great choice"
My husband and I really liked this hotel. The room was very nice, and the staff was very helpful. The price was great and the location was perfect. As others noted, the breakfast was expensive (12 Euro PP) but we didn't opt for it, and instead enjoyed the coffee in the room and went out to breakfast at the many nearby places. Our only complaint was […] that the room was extremely warm. No cooling available, and the window was difficult to prop open. But even with that, we would stay again, and recommend to others! "Ideal for the diamond district"
We found the hotel idealt located for the diamond district and about a 5-10 minute walk into the centre. The staff were lovely although it took an age to get served in the bar area. Breakfast was excellent. I would definately stay again if we went to Antwerp

Everything was great and suitable for a few nights of business travel. Only downside is that the wi-fi is quite slow

"Great Little Boutique Hotel, Great Price"
Great little hotel for the price. Clean and comfortable. The only downside is the Wi-Fi is a little slow but otherwise it was a great hotel
"Horel Leopold in Antwerp"
Check in was friendly and efficient, as was check out. Both the double rooms for our party were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with well-equipped en-suites. The beds were incredibly comfortable for hotel accommodation, as was the fold-up bed for our young son. We were allocated the non-smoking rooms we requested. "Close enough to the action without being too close"
I've traveled to Antwerp 4 years in a row now for the Devoxx developer conference. In that time, I've stayed in three hotels. By far, the Leopold has been the best hotel experience. The hotel is close enough to the main downtown area (between Central Station and Grote Market) without being too close that it would be noisy. In fact, the Leopold is surprisingly […] quiet because its positioned directly across from Stadt Park. It's a reasonable walk to Central station (hint, Opera is closer) and a nice stroll to the Cathedral. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The beds comfortable. Breakfast was decent, definitely one area for improvement. If you like Belgian chocolate, you'll be happy to know that there is a Neuhaus shop attached to the hotel! "Leopold Hotel - excellent staff"
We had a lovely stay at the Leopold Hotel - it's very close to the Central train station which was convenient and it's a short walk to the city centre. Staff were excellent, and our room was great - nicely decorated and v clean. Would have loved there to be an iron in the room and a fridge, but apart from that, everything was perfect.

The hotel is very stylish and modern, the reception staff were extremely courteous and willing to assist. The room itself was comfortable, cosy and very suitable for our overnight stay. We did pay for breakfast, which was satisfactory, although we felt there was room for improvement with this service.

"Leopold Hotel Antwerp"
It was nice for the family and child to have a park right out the front door of the hotel. Although it was a bit of a walk (10-15min) into the main area of Antwerp the hotel was very nice inside. The breakfast was one of the best values we had in Europe. Overall very good value for the price!
"Great location, decent service, park view?"
I had paid for a "park view" room and didn't get a view of any park but I didn't complain as it was only a few dollars extra and may have been better than the alternative. Bed was ok, standard european fare, two pushed together rather than a proper adult-sized bed. Breakfast was acceptable, but get there early as the use of sternos is frowned upon in […] this hotel and the food just gets colder by the minute. I loved the location, check the map it's pretty good, but the parking is hilarious. What a rundown dump they have you parking in, it's protected by a door and a gate on the street side but the rear is wide open. Hopefully thieves realize hotel guests do not leave anything of value in the their vehicle seeing as they have a room. The parking "garage" is comical, it would make a good setting for a soviet-era drama. Just park a Lada or two in there. Continua a leggere
"Good hotel good location"
Hotel is in a good location, great for the train. Walking into the old part is fine. The rooms are modern and excellent, reasonably quiet even on the side of the main street. My only real concern was the massive wait to check out. There was a huge queue and it took more than 30 minutes. They need to improve this element greatly.

"A great hotel near the diamond shopping district"
I stayed at Leopold Hotel for 3 nites on 19 August 2010. If you're looking for a clean and modern hotel for a few nights that's a short walking distance to the Centraal Train Station/metro station, the diamond museum as well as the diamond shopping district, this is the hotel for you. I was even able to check my emails for free using the in-room TV. […] As a female travelling on her own, I felt very safe in this area. The American buffet breakfast had plenty of food to offer, even fresh ground coffee. The local Sunday morning market is close to the hotel (10 minute walk). A 5 minute walk to Franklin Roosevelt Plaats provides you with a selection of local buses including a local bus to the International Airport (I paid 2 Euros and took about 20 minutes). "Great low key design hotel in excellent location"
Fabulous little hotel halfway between the train station and the old town, across the road from a delightful park. Funky styled rooms with extremely comfortable beds. A quiet little gem!

The airconditioning in the rooms leaves something to be desired but otherwise, we found the hotel a pleasant place to stay. They were very accommodating in terms of holding our luggage for us a day before we actually checked in. It would have been ncie had they instructed us beforehand how to turn on the lights in the room! One other major complaint […] - they charged me 15 euro per person for a rather skimpy breakfast that I had thought was included in the cost of the room. I was so upset about this that the second morning, we ate in our room. They tried charging me for a second day's breakfast but I caught them on it. "A Work in Progress, And Not Yet Ready for Prime Time"
Recently changed hands, and undergoing a significant overhaul. Internet connection spotty, business center not yet available, air conditioning underpowered, phone and tv service required multiple trips to front desk to be enabled. When up and running, will be good value for money.

In spite of staying in a renovated room and being upgraded to a junior suite since the first room had no shower curtain, no electrical wall outlet in bathroom for shaver etc., no shelves for toiletries, no towel rails. The worst probelem was the lack of adequate Air Conditioning in all rooms with opressive heat and no ventilation. This made sleeping […] almost impossible and the stay very uncomfortable. We arrived at 19:30 and the room wasn’t ready (they said they were struggling being fully booked). The room was good (clean and spacious). But anything requiring staff interaction (service at breakfast and checkout) was painfully slow...

De kamer was veel te warm, zodat het slapen bijzonder onprettig was. Een flesje water als welkomstdrankje vind ik wat armoedig zeker als erbij staat dat een volgend flesje 3 euro kost. Het personeel was niet op de hoogte van openingstijden van het belangrijkste museum in Antwerpen. Een hotel in een stad zou wel wat informatiefolders mogen hebben.

De kamer zijn niet goed geisoleerd, waardoor je anderen hoort sexsen, braken en andere dingen... Geen minibar in de kamer, tis niet dat ik dat gebruik maar erg handig om je eigen drank erin te plaatsen. Ik had een kamer vol stof, overal stof. 2persoonskamer met 1 badjas. Wat wel super is.... Thee en koffiefaciliteiten.

Déçu de notre séjour du fait que j'avais réservé une chambre en payant le supplément pour avoir une vue sur le parc alors qu'on nous a donné une chambre à l'opposé qui donne sur une cour très sale. De plus le room-service et d'une piètrre qualité surtout au niveau de la nourriture qui est insipide. Enfin de compte ce fut une très grosse déception.
Prima, net hotel met goed verzorgd ontbijt. Op loopafstand van het centraal station en het centrum, dus goed te doen om per openbaar vervoer een stedentrip naar Antwerpen te maken. Goede bedden, schone kamer. Alleen jammer dat badlakens niet voldoende aanwezig waren bij aankomst. En geen badjassen, hoewel dit wel in de omschrijving vermeld stond.
Fin stil og centralt beliggende. Perfekt til forretningsophold, men garanteret også til familieophold. Hyggeligt!
