Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 6 nov 2012Rapporto qualita prezzo ottima,con 25 dollari in taxi si arriva al centro di boston oppure con 2.50 in metropolitana.Pulizia dell hotel perfetta,piscina piccola ma carina e colazione abbondante.Se pero vi recate dall aeroporto in metro all'uscita della fermata non troverete taxi percio occhio!Lo consiglio!

"4 kids under 4 years old"
We were at the end of a two week trip with 4 kids, 4 years old and under. The staff was wonderful and helped us with everything from unloading the rentals cars and returning them, getting to the rooms, dinner at the hotel restaurant and the 4:00 A.M. shuttle to the airport. "Comfort near Logan airport"
I stayed very briefly before a morning flight out of Logan and was very pleased with the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of Boston across the water and the bed was quite comfortable. A hotel shuttle got me to the airport in 5 minutes. This is a beautiful Hotel located at Boston's Logan Airport. There are no extras whatsoever. No Free breakfast. No fridge. No microwave. Charge for WiFi. $5.00 bottle of water. "Just what we wanted"
We had an early morning flight out of Logan and a late night back. We stayed at the Hyatt Harborside on the way out and on the way back. The room was perfect, better than we'd had on vacation. The staff are very friendly, and the view is just wonderful. I would stay here for a visit to Boston. "Brilliant"
Great location and lovely hotel. My only complaint was the per historic hair dryer in the room. For such a modern hotel, it was useless. Good job my hair isn't too long. I really loved this hotel it was beautiful the rooms were perfect and the hotel staff were accommodating respectful and extremely nice. Hannah was my favorite, when she learned that my boyfriend and I were there for our anniversary she immediately upgraded our room and gave us a free dessert I was so taken back by the hospitality that I was momentarily […] speechless. Hotel was very upscale. Finishes in the room were very nice. Banquet facilities were well maintained and the food was very good. Beautiful view of the Boston Harbor and the city sky line. I had a room on the top floor (15th) that over looked the harbor and down town. It was a great view of the city. my room service was fast and tasty. There was a free shuttle to the Blue line or for 20$ round trip the water taxi would drop you off at the aquarium. "on airport property and quiet"
the hotel view as everyone has said is beautiful!! We were on a runway and never heard a plane. The dinner was also good. The only issue we had is that the shuttle was supposed to come in "6-8 minutes" when we came down just before 6 am. When asked a second time it was "on its way" and we only saw it pulling in after we got into a cab at 6:25! We had […] to rush through straight to our gate and onto the plane. "Wanted to stay longer"
What a fabulous place to stay. Beautiful, luxurious, wonderful, friendly staff. Fabulous view of Boston Harbour, great dining room. We were just passing through between flights, but we really wished that we could have stayed much longer. "View excellent, hotel OK+, bit pricey"
I actually stayed for vacation because I wanted to see the view back across the harbor to the city skyline of Boston. This certainly didn't disappoint, and the premium for the harbor view room was modest. The hotel is an airport hotel, which generally takes the edge off things compared to a boutique-type hotel, yet if anything you are paying a premium. […] For those - I guess a minority - who are **not** staying purely for proximity to the airport - this takes the edge off one's view of the place. Room slightly tired though basically good quality, with decent space, a sofa, and useful leatherette "cube" things. Three complaints: firstly, poor soundproofing, why do airport hotels of all hotels so often fail this hurdle!? Secondly, the staff make a **lot** of noise in the morning tapping on doors with the "HOUSEKEEPING" mantra, talking in corridors, doing the cleaning itself (couldn't fault the results of their noisy efforts though). Again, kind of airport hotel territory I guess, but a lot could be solved by simply providing a PLEASE CLEAN MY ROOM card as well as a "privacy" card - and they don't do that!? Thirdly, the wifi is awful, unpredictable and mostly terrible speeds in my room for sure. What's more they make you pay AND lock it to once device per payment - compare this with what's for free these days in so many places. However, good points: the airport shuttle works well, and the restaurant is really rather good. The hotel is rather remote for everything but the airport. "Convenient for the Airport"
