Internet connection was difficult to log out so that total hour pass without real connection. My shuttle bus booking to Messe was ignored. Water flow was not enough at toilet. Chair for desk work was broken and not deliveried after asking a change. Pub restaurant was not served the meal smoothly because of a few emplyee.

My son and I stayed in Stuttgart Messe. The hotel was very nice but we had a few things to say: 1. I booked two single beds, we got one queen size bed. It was not that great deal but my son is not so small any more and it would be nice to have two beds. 2. The sink in ithe bathroom was not working. 3. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that what we thought was a breakfast that was included with the rate that we paid cost us 36 Euros for two. The breakfast was really good but not sure it was worth 18 Euros per person.

the convenience of the location close to the Stuttgart airport and exhibition center does not justify the prices of room, garage and restaurant. The hotel was worn out and need a complete renewal. The furniture, bathroom equipment and all carpets appeared overused and dirty. The only reason to come back to this place was the extremely friendly and helpful […] personnel. Great value, but rooms were a bit dated. About what I expected for the money. Since I'm not one to spend a lot of time in my hotel (sleep and maybe breakfast), and If I had business in the SI Centrum area of Stuttgart, I would stay there again.

The Mecure Hotel in Stuttgart was a good place to stay. The room and decor is above average, but the staff and "extras" were GREAT! The information desk staff helped me with free WIFI, free shuttle to the airport and the restaurant/bar was great.

Charge extra for parking. Took 50 mins for the free hotel shuttle to pick-up from the airport. Service in the resturant was poor as not enough staff were available for the number of guests. Food was average. TV did not work properly. Overall the hotel was adequate.

used this hotel many times always very good apart from the limited meal menu they offer. more chice would be better rather than "fast food" provided Alternatively could information be provided by hotel re. nearby restaurants Breakfast at Mercure hotels is expensive if you eat only a small breakfast, have stopped having it for this reason

I stayed with my family while travelling to and from Italy over the Christmas holidays. Our first stay on 21st December we had standard rooms which were nice, clean and a good size. Our second stay on 27th December we had been upgraded to superior rooms which I have to say were very nice, they were the same size as standard but were furnished to a much […] higher standard. The staff were friendly, the only thing we found with the hotel was there wasn't much choice of food and what there was, was expensive. And there wasn't anywhere to eat within walking distance, not a problem if you have Satnav. Also don't park in the hotel carpark as it is 15 euro's per night park on the road it's free! We had a long flight from Canada via London so found this hotel very convenient especially with the free airport transfer. Next day we were headed to the train station and found that easy and reasonable to achieve (with the help of the staff) via metro tram. Good location all around. Hotel clean and comfortable, would go back in a heart beat.

The hotel is actually about 3 miles from the airport, the shuttle runs until 9.30 pm only... The rooms are OK, breakfast is abundant - paper cups for takeaway coffee a great plus. The transfer runs every 30 minutes to the airport - driver does not wait 1 minute even if you are "on the list".

For attending the Messe could not be more convenient especially using the hotel shuttle service to get back and forth.Please note you should book your place in the bus at reception as it is very popular ! Otherwise the hotel offers simple good service and good food.Staff are helpful and friendly.A pleasant stay.Recommended.

Staff were sympathetic with regards to all business needs. Gain Internet access free after system failed them and me. All the staff - particularly the restaurant manager were professional and friendly. a good stop off on a business trip.

I needed an overnight stay for an early flight next morning from Stuttgart Airport, and for that purpose the hotel worked out fine. The reception was nice, and service was prompt and courteous. Stayed at this hotel for 1 night after arriving at the airport in Stuttgart. It's close to the airport, payed about 12 Euro for taxi from the airport to the hotel. The hotel needs to be renovated. Breakfast was not included, was an extra 17 Euro per person, we did not have breakfast at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Der Aufenthalt war kurz und bündig - abends zum schlafen hin, morgens wieder zum arbeiten! Hat soweit alles gepasst! Etwas verwundert war ich jedoch (nicht vom Hotel, sondern von Hotels.com), dass ich beim Ausdrucken des Beleges festgestellt habe, dass keine Mehrwertsteuer ausgewiesen wird. Da es eine Geschäftsreise war, kann ich auch direkt beim Hotel […] buchen und mehr bezahlen, dafür aber die Mehrwertsteuer danach wieder vom Aufwand abziehen! Ausschließlich als flughafen-nahes Hotel geeignet. Es gibt weder Minibar noch Safe im Standard-Zimmer. Es gibt nur Frühstück als Buffet für stattliche 18 €, zuviel für einen morgendlichen Kaffe mit Toast. Eine Renovierung könnte das von uns genutzte Zimmer gut vertragen. Als Urlaubshotel für mehrere Tage können wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Der Kurzaufenthalt war zur vollen Zufriedenheit. Keine Probleme beim Einchecken (0:10 Uhr). Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen (2 Erw. und 2 Kinder) völlig ausreichend. Gute Verbindung zum Flughafen --> sehr kurze Entfernung. Preis war auch i.O.

Ich dachte mir ein 4- Sterne Hotel sei etwas Besonderes, leider wurde ich vom Gegenteil überzeugt. Wunschgemäß bekam ich einem Zimmer mit Badewanne. Zusätzlich war noch ein Zustellbett im Zimmer und somit 3 Betten für eine Person (sehr überladen und nicht gemütlich). Mit dem Zimmer (Standard) war ich sehr unzufrieden. - Türrahmen alt und abgeschabt - […] Bodenbeläge erneuerungsbedürftig - neue Farbe könnte nicht schaden - Fernseher uralt mit kleinem Bildschirm - keine ordentlichen Schränke - keine Minibar - die Badeinrichtung eine Katastrophe: - Waschtisch uralt und unansehnlich (Brandstellen und verkeimte Abflußgarnitur) - sämtliche Armaturen alt und sehr schwergängig - die Badewanne eng und der Abfluß undicht - Deckenverkleidung erneuerungsbedürftig - - Toilette i.O. - Betten i.O. Hotel: - Gänge mit wenig Tageslicht - Bodenbelag schmuddelig - Lift i.O. Saunabereich: - Saunakabine ohne Beleuchtung, daher ein Aufguß zur Luftbefeuchtung nicht möglich (das Aufgußwasser ist nicht am Ofen angekommen, sondern auf den Fliesen) - Holzteile liegen in der Saunakabine (2. untere Holzfläche fehlt) - Ofensteuerung nicht in Ordnung entweder 100°C oder aus - nur eine Ruheliege - dafür 2 Trimmdich-Fahrräder genau neben der Erholungsliege! - Duschtrakt mit leichten schwarzen Fugen Frühstücksraum i.O. und Fr.-Büfett sehr üppig und gut (leider keine einfachen Brötchen, nur Körner, Sesam, ..., Brezeln, Crousons und Brot) Meine Beanstandungen habe ich der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Dit hotel is de naam Mercure niet waardig, het eten in de bar, want het restaurant was al dicht om 18.30!?!?, was van matige kwaliteit en de tijd die we hebben zitten te wachten was veel te lang. De kamers waren van de minimale noodzakelijkheden voorzien.
