Hotel pulito e funzionale. Ottima posizione. Camere piccole ma pulite. Bagno piccolo con doccia adeguatamente grande. Purtroppo un lato delle camere dell'hotel affaccia proprio sulla ferrovia, si deve forzatamente tenere la finestra chiusa.... In generale siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

L'hotel si trova accanto alla stazione centrale, quindi un ottimo punto sia per visitare la città che per prendere i bus per le gite nei dintorni. Camera nuova, abbastanza pulita, bel bagno con ampia doccia ma stanza di dimensioni ridotte per essere una tripla. Il terzo letto è ricavato con il ribaltamento della scrivania, quindi un pochino scomodo. L'hotel […] si trova sopra i binari della stazione e nonostante l'ottima insonorizzazione, potrebbe risultare rumoroso per alcuni. La nostra tariffa era prepagata quindi comprensiva di colazione che giudico varia e abbondante. Unica pecca la presenza di un distrubutore di bevande calde contenente latte e caffè liofilizzati, poco gradevoli. Tra le scelte delle bevande putroppo manca il latte caldo. Hotel was comfortable and very close to the Amsterdam Central Station. Walkable distance from main attractions in Amsterdam. Service was good. Only problem was that the rooms were a little overheated.

Very convenient in terms of connection to every part of Amsterdam and nearby locations.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It is unbelievably close to the central station and very easy to walk to different parts of Amsterdam center. One thing you should know is that the hotel is right OVER (yes over) the train station and tracks! I was looking for a place to be at the very heart of Amsterdam and with good and free internet access and therefore […] I chose this hotel. However, if you are so sensitive to noises, you might try to double check. In the breakfast saloon, you can easily see passengers right next to you from the windows, sitting in the trains :) Talking about breakfast, it was not luxurious but still very nice especially with the availability of different fruits! Also in the rooms (or at least the one I was staying at ) there was no fridge, if you may wonder about that. The reception of the hotel were also very nice. The location of this hotel could not be better for exploring Amsterdam. We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to be excellent value for money, clean, in a perfect location for us with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are not large, but designed in such a way that you don't feel cramped.

Next door to Centraal station and excellent transport system nearby. Staff very helpful, good choices for breakfast, hotel is comfortable and quiet (even though it was full). The only thing I did not like is that to use the wifi you need a password from reception that is only valid for an hour. And sometimes the reception is so full that it is not worth […] it to wait... i think the aircon was malfunctioning, the air in the room made me feel stuffy, i had to open the window a bit to let the fresh air flew in...other than that, the hotel is okay!

great place to stay at the heart of a magnificent city(probably the best in europe)!only down point was probably the price :).

This hotel is very nice and a great location. We took the trains to come and leave from Amsterdam and to also do day trips. The hotel is right next to the central station making it so easy to get around. The hotel breakfast was good and available from 4 am.

As a business traveller this hotel definitely does the trick. Very central to the Central station from which you can make your way anywhere in the town. The rooms are what you can expect. They are clean and the bed is comfortable. Internet connection is not ideal though. I was in a room on the 9th floor furthest away from the reception and couldn't […] get online in the evening. I got on in the morning but it was slow and dropped a few times. The connection in the lobby was much stronger. My only complaint was that I had to walk quite a bit to get to the room and take two elevators. This is a "developed country" problem though and just shows how fickle I am. :-) All in all a good experience. Continua a leggere

Fairly small room - as expected. Very much appreciated early check in after long flight. Rainy day put some strain on restaurant - suggest crossing canal and selecting from variety there.

Really pleased we picked this hotel. Couldn't fault it at all. The staff were pleasant and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble at all. The reception area was nice, the rooms were spotless, although a little on the small side, but then, you only sleep there, so does it really matter? Our stay included a buffet style breakfast, which consisted […] of eggs, sausage, variety of breads and pastries, fresh fruit and yogurts and a selection of fresh juices and hot drinks. Really good location, even though its next to the station, we never heard a single train. The trams run from right outside the station, and the hotel staff were happy to explain how to buy tickets and which trams we needed to get to all the attractions. They even gave us a map with a list of all the tourist hotspots. The hotel is a 1 minute walk from Damrak and less than a 10 minute walk from Dam square. Highly recommend Ibis Central. Very pleased overall with this hotel. Got there about 9:00 a.m. and they had a room ready for me within the hour. The breakfast was very good, fruit, cereal, all kinds of bread - no complaints. It is near the train station and you can hear the trains but that didn't bother me. Would certainly stay there again.

The triple room is a bit too small..not even space to walk around. Room a not cheerful. No coffee making facilities. Internet accsess is not free ..need to pay. Most hotels around the world has given free internet usage. But location wise is good.

Rooms are small (as expected), but very clean with all of the essentials. The location is extremely convenient; just next to central station and walking distance to central amsterdam.

Convenient location spoilt by the cycles all over the footpath making front door difficult to access. Hotel has a "tired" and worn appearance and only supplies basic amenities in the room and while the rates are comparable in Amsterdam which is an expensive tourist destination, it is not good value compared with IBIS Dresden which is modern and very […] good value. Very functional hotel - staff friendly. Room a little small but comfortable. Delicious meal in restaurant and breakfast buffet substantial and delicious. Very close to all major attractions. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Location was great! Rooms were fine just no A/C and it was hot. Didn't pay for breakfast because it was rather expensive and not necessarily appealing. Neighborhood was walkable, with lots of cafes. Lots of bicycles everywhere!

This hotel has the best location in Amsterdam - located adjoining Central Station giving full access to train, tram and bus networks and within walking distance of all Amsterdam's many atttractions. For a short city-break hotel the Ibis Stationsplein was the perfect hotel for me. I shall be back!!!

I am wheelchair-bound and would not have been able to cope with the hotel facilities on my own. Although I do have to say the staff are excellent. In the bathroom, the floor tiles are slippery, the toilet is too high off the ground, there are no drop-down bars either side of the toilet, and the seat provided for the shower is slippery as well. Ibis Amsterdam Central sits right next to the Central Train Station which is linked to Amsterdam's Schipol Airport. In other words, you don't have to take another tram/bus or even walk much further especially for those who travel with big bags and luggages. Rooms are small and compact but clean. A very convenient place to stay. The hotel is just outside the Amsterdam Central station, which makes it ideal for you to drop your bags and visit the rest of Amsterdam.

As expected room was small but location excellent next to Central station. We were on top floor so not noisy at all when the window was closed. Value for money if you need convenience. Buffet breakfast was excellent with coffee machine. I was only expecting filtered coffee.

Very good hotel. Not to big room, but ok, it's only to take a shower and sleep. Clean and close to all must see places.

Very central, literally right next to the main train station for connection from the airport. The wing we stayed in was very modern and clean, I didn't hear any trains all weekend. They were also happy to accommodate a large group of fifteen, which would otherwise be rather difficult in a smaller hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The above hotel is in a most convenient location. You can take train from Airport and come to Centraal Station (Central Station) by train. The hotel is just outside. Hotel was good. convienent to everything shops several market areas and restaurants, came from the states, took the train from the airport right to the hotel which was next to train station. Rooms were very small though. Be sure when checking in to ask if room is facing away from trains. A well placed hotel. Flew into Schipol airport, down the stairs to train station and 15 minutes later was walking outside train station, next door to the hotel. Although the room we were in was very small it had everything we needed for a short break and was extemely warm - which I love being cold blooded. It was only okay, the day manager was rude & unwilling to go out of her way, her abruptness & mannerism to me & my observation of other travellers had me wondering how she had this position.

This is a great location - feet away from Amsterdam Centraal and just feet away from the canals of Amsterdam, the red light and the green light districts. Trams and other transportation links are right there in front of the hotel. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the hotel's services and rooms are what ones is expecting from this hotel firm. […] The one downside is that some of the hotel room (floors 5-9) are actually over the train lines. The double room was a bit on the small side and also the bathroom. The only issue during the whole of our stay was a plumbing problem with the lavatory water cistern which was fixed as soon as I reported it.

the rooms were small. Not comfortable in you have more than one big bag. Breakfast was really good and had a wide spread. Even the breakfast timings was long so one can go even late at 11 am. Location is very convienent if you have train connections to make as it was just outside the station.

Excelent llocation if you are going to use the train and ferries, not so greatif you are only touring. Very small rooms-adequate at best. Very small bathroom. Good breakfast. Not a good value for the money. WiFi is extra.

Bra Hotell med bra centralt läge

Vårt rom var lite og hadde dårlig lufting og airconditioning. Bortsett fra det var det et supert hotell, med blide og behjelpelig pesonale, rent og stilig. Perfekt lokalsjon for oss som kom inn med tog for en dag og en natt under feiringen av Queen's Day.

Nærmere Sentralstasjonen kommer man ikke. Veldig godt da vi ankom sent en kveld med toget fra flyplassen. Frokosten og servicen var upåklagelig. Trodde det skulle bli støy fra togene, men vi merket ikke det i det hele tatt fra vårt rom. Bare noen minutters gange fra handlegaten. Bestiller der igjen om jeg skal tilbake til Amsterdam.
