non mi aspettavo un gran che. e invece ,con mia sorpresa ho trovato personale gentile,camera spaziosa,pulita.certo andrebbe un po' rinnovato.

L'hotel dista circa 50 chilometri dall'aeroporto di Sydney, e circa 55 dal centro città. Pensavo che questa distanza fosse un problema, ma mi sbagliavo: in circa 40 minuti di automobile eravamo nel centro di Sydney, e non avevamo tutti i problemi che una sistemazione più centrale (ad esempio, il Ridges Hotel situato in North Sydney) avrebbe comportato. Se dovessi andare ancora a Sydney, tornerei sicuramente al Ridges di Campbelltown! E poi l'hotel è nuovo, moderno, pulito e col personale (24 ore su 24!) sempre gentile e pronto ad ogni bisogno. Inoltre il prezzo pagato è molto meno di quanto mi sarei aspettato, con un rapporto prezzo/prestazioni favorevolissimo. Quasi incredibile! Sono soddisfattissimo.

location wise, sebel paramatta is tops because it is surrounded by great eateries, is close to the shopping areas and to church. room was average, quite small for 4 people we booked for. we reported that tap handles are not user friendly, are very tight and not easy to operate especially with soapy hands.

Hotel on main restaurant strip, so is a little noisy at night. Secure off street parking, with good rates. Request for 1 double & 2 single beds NOT carried out but roll-away provided foc BUT made room very 'squishy' for 4 adults.

"Great Accommodation"
Had an excellent stay. Staff were very helpful! Due to Sydney Festival streets were closed and it was a little difficult to get into parking station.

It was a late decision to go to Sydney for NYE fireworks. Accommodation in Sydney CBD was booked out or ultra expensive. In the end we decided on Sebel Paramatta about 30kms from CBD. What a surprise!!! Close to ferry and trains (around $6 return) - no issues getting into CBD. 10 minute walk to Westfield shopping centre. There is also a free shuttle […] that you can use that goes around Paramatta - it stops outside Sebel. Information centre is adjacent to Sebel. Many eateries within metres of hotel along Church St. Great atmosphere. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. What more can you ask for. "Great location - very nice hotel"
If you were looking to stay in Parramatta - be it for business or pleasure - I would highly recommend the Seble. Location is great, many bars and restaurants within just a few min walk (Church Street), there is also a Westfields close by, with Village Cinema inside). You can also take walks along the Paramatta river which is just meters away from the […] front door. Did not get a chance to try out the pool, temp seemed ok to the touch, nor the hotels restaurant. They also had a nice bar area in the front of the hotel (foyer area). Room was very comfy and clean. We stayed there for a business trip, yet would be happy to stay for a leisure or combo business / leisure stay any time. Continua a leggere

"Sebel Parramatta"
Did not know parking and internet usage was extra. No hand towels and when asked for some we got wash cloths. Faucets leaked. Personnel were always cordial and room was clean although trash bins were not emptied after the first night. Nice neighborhood for restaurants and close to mall and downtown. Easy ferry or train ride to Sydney.

We booked online stating that we had a young child, we were situated right outside 3 elevators on a Friday night, the room was not up to standard only supplying a king sized bed, we went down to the restaurant and stood there for 15 min waiting for someone to come and seat us, and I know that we were seen, but they were too busy talking at the bar. […] Sub Standard compared to the Grace in Sydney (where we stayed 2 weeks before) this motel does not deserve its four stars, the service was poor, the room poor, I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
