Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

L'hotel è tenuto bene e pulito, ma situato in piena Chinatown, sopra un centro commerciale che dà più l'idea di essere a Pechino piuttosto che a Toronto (anche il personale è tutto di origine cinese). Comunque le camere sono spaziose e pulite, è situato su Spadina Ave quindi in buona posizione per raggiungere CN Tower e porto a sud, e parco e università a nord. Il quartiere circostante non è granchè, ma non dà l'idea di essere insicuro. E' dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo condiviso col centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

Classico Hotel della catena. Camera grande, pulita, letto immenso. Frigo bar ben fornito. Unica pecca una strada, a poche centinaia di metri, dall'hotel piena di barboni e gente poco raccomandabile. Comunque posizione comoda per girare Toronto a piedi!

We did not enjoy our stay at all. At approx 2 am in the morning we kept hearing loud noises that sounded like a faulty compressor and this went on until 5 am. We were in room 501 and did not get much sleep which kind of ruined our first day on vacation.

you SHOULDN'T have two hotels with the same name in the same city!! We were very disappointed that we had to wait for the hotel bus to take us to the wrong hotel and then had to take a 40.00$ taxi to the right one.The hotel was Four Points by Sheriton but Dixie road. I happened to get Frost bite on my big toe because of all the waiting and travelling.We […] had just arrived back from Mexico and had no closed shoes or boots.Not fun.Th hotel itself was great but do we want the inconvience again probably not.... "Chic Hotel!"
This Hotel was Fantastic! The room was spacious, clean and had some very nice modern furnishings. The bathroom was clean and although it didn't have a tub, the shower was still up to par. The sheets on our King sized be we fresh and were very easy to sleep in. Climate control, tv, Sofa bed, blackout curtains, a fridge and plenty of FREE PARKING all […] made our stay all the more comfortable. The location of the hotel was close enough to plenty of restaurants and there was even one in the lobby BUT be prepared to do alot of U-Turning as the island in the middle of the road does not allow you to just turn into the hotel if you decided to go out. Despite my concerns that I would be spending New Years in a hotel surrounded by parties I was surprised that this hotel was quite on New Years. I have stayed here before and will stay here again the next time I am in Toronto its a clean and comfortable hotel fully renovated with everyone you might need and with a great pool. "Excellent Stay"
Stayed for 3 nights, room was clean and comfortable. Beds were very nice. Only complaint was a toilet that ran for about 15 seconds every few minutes, but was able to easily ignore. Overall, a great stay!

this hotel was a nice place to stay even though most of my time was spent downtown. I did have problems with their Wifi connection that seemed to hang up my computer. Food was good, service was excellant...what more could you ask for

"Awesome hotel for aAwesome Price, Free P and WIFI"
Hotel was located close to Toronto maybe a 10 minute drive, and Dtown Mississauga. Also Located close to Polish stores and Restaurants. Only 1 mile away from food places if you are hungry and wanna grab something to eat. Room was very contemporary,nice and clean. It had a plasma tv and the bed was really comfortable. We had a room on the 4th floor […] across elevator and never had any problems with noises.(Except some kids running in the morning for around 30 minutes). Hotel has a free Parking and free WIFI which is very good addition to its value. I requested a fridge and there was one in the room. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who will use a car around Toronto Area. Other hotels charge you like 14CAD per night per parking which is ridiculous. "Clean but small"
The members of this staff are all spectacular. Every single one of them was friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. Our room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the decor was modern and very nice. However, the room was tiny! There was not even a dresser to keep clothing in. Once we got ourselves and our luggage into the room […] the only place left to "live" in the room was on the bed. We were also a little nervous because they assigned us a room that was joined with another room. Overall our stay was good, but the location was not what we were hoping for (kind of in the middle of an industrial park) neither was the size of the room. a convenient hotel for airport facilities. We enjoyed the bed a lot and the complementary coffee in the lobby every morning. If you forget some of your personal belongings in one of the drawers and turned them in by the cleaning employee, Do you inform your customer about it?

the hotel is located at a very noisy place, the rooms are not isolated at all, you can hear everything outside even when you on the 15th floor! its a very 80's hotel, the packages are expensive and you can even get a decent dinner. i didn't like the food quality at all. low quality for high price.... it looks ok from outside, and the pictures looks […] great, but in real life, nothing worth it. defiantly not for couples without kids. This hotel was great. The staff was friendly and treated us as family members, The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very confortable and the pool was great. It was centrally located to all. I highly reccomend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in toronto or its surroundings areas.

It was an amazing hotel the rooms were very comfortable and the rooms were nice. Every time I needed something the front desk had a rapid response definately a place to stay. The only minus is that the pool is really small.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga for 3 nights. The hotel is nicely renovated to give the look and feel of a modern spa resort. The staff was friendly. We had an infant with us and asked if we could check in 3 hours early and they had our room ready. The beds were soft and comfortable. Location was good as well. The hotel had recently been remodeled and appeared to be well maintained. It is located on a very busy road with a lot of truck traffic as is typical of hotels located near the 401.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the space for putting close away was prettty good. The price we got was excelent and if I ever go back to missisauga I would stay in this hotel again.

Check in was very quick and we were upgraded in room at no extra cost to my family and myself . Nice and relaxing atmosphere and very quiet even though close to the airport did not even take notice of the planes from noise.....beautiful stay
The rooms desperately need renovating. some of the baseboards are rotting in the bathrooms and there are stains in the sink and tub and carpets. The parking is not convenient and the parking attendents were always confused and did not know how to process our pre payment. The room was clean and updated. Not very sound proof. The pool dissappointing and no jacuzzi. We still had an enjoyable stay.

but we were not advised. Greeted at the hotel by guys in paint covered overalls and work boots carting large gurneys full of drywall. Pool was closed and the elevators were beaten up. Negotiated for over an hour to be moved to another Sheraton or cancel the reservation. The manager tried to handle the situation as he had ensured all websites knew the […] hotel was under renovations. One day this may be a nice hotel. hotels. com was very supportive and helpful - we were transferred to the Delta at my request - unfortunately this is an awful hotel. We were exhausted by this ordeal vowing never to stay at overpriced properties near the airport again. the staff was very friendly and nice. the room was clean. however, my problem was that you couldn't even close the curtains so you had light coming through the sheer curtains!!! there was nothing in the bathroom where you could hang your clothes or anything when you shower. the room was very small and had a fridge but no microwave. the room didn't even […] have a mirror near the dresser as it is standard from what i've seen at other hotels with a 3.5 rating!!! the walls were pretty thin because you could hear the people in other rooms and also in the hallway at all time! it was VERY annoying! if this room was a 2.5 star hotel, then it was great. otherwise, not so much! This hotel was listed as three star. Seems far from it. The lobby and elevators are very outdated and in poor repair. While the rooms were fine, walking into the hotel set up for a poor first impression. This should be listed as a 2.5 star.
"Nice, but not what it appears to be"
Used the Hotel to stay the night before a trip to Punta Cana and use parking and Airport Shuttle. No hot water, but they tell you you have to run it for awhile. After 30 minutes it got jusy below Luke warm. The best was the Airport Shuttle. When I returned and called for the pickup, I was left in 9 below weather in a sweater and running shoes for 40 […] minutes waiting for the Shutttle. "The Hotel is across the street!!!".
