Lo staff e' molto disponibile e gentile, la camera e' dotata dei principali ed essenziali confort, accogliente, pulita. La posizione dell'hotel mi e' parsa un po' defilata e quindi e' necessario possedere un'auto per potersi muovere verso le attrazioni della citta'.

Ovviamente da un Hotel a 2 stelle non ci si deve aspettare chissà cosa, ma aveva tutto il necessario per stare bene. La colazione era buona, e la sala colazione molto pulita. La signora alla reception molto gentile

Staff cordiale, stanza spaziosa e pulita,colazione discreta. Economico rispetto ad altri alberghi con gli stessi servizi e pertanto davvero consigliato. La zona circostante offre ristoranti ,supermercati ed altri servizi; insomma è una scelta azzeccata.

"Excellent hotel"
We recently had to stay at the Hyatt for business trip. I cannot say enough about the hotel. It was excellent. The free breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel. Most of the time a free breakfast consists of bagels, cereal or oatmeal. They had egg, ham and cheese on English muffins, french toast and pancakes. They also had fruit and danishes. […] We ate there every morning of our trip. The room was very well maintained and was the perfect room for business or leisure. The exercise room was very nice as well with the newest equipment. The only complaint I have was the noise late at night. I believe if you have a security guard or some one making rounds that this could be eliminated. Other than that, It was a very clean room. "Hotel is Wonderful! Watch Out For Television Fees!"
my stay was excellent. The hotel and the service was wonderful. My only complaint was the fact that you have to pay a premium for TV channels such as Bravo, etc. I think that is a travesty. The Hyatt Place Nashville Northeast is a very nice and the staff did their best to help us considering the problems they were dealing with. Unfortunately, the digital room key machine was broken and the staff had no way to make room keys and fortunately for them there were few guest staying. A staff member had to be called every time the room was going […] needed to be opened. The location is a long way from I-40 and if you're coming from the east Google maps will direct you through a lot of construction so the location isn't that great either. "Great for family."
Stayed overnight on the way to Graceland. After checkin we ordered from the menu and had great conversation while waiting for our order. Computer access was available and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding. This was our first visit to Nashville, so we were not familiar with driving distances to attractions. This hotel was a little far from downtown Nashville, but was located in a clean, quite neighborhood in Hendersonville TN. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. There are no vending machines and if you stay on the first floor, you have […] to go to the front desk for ice. The pool is not heated and was closed for the season (End of October). The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and there are several restaurants near by. If you don't mind the extra driving to get to the attractions, this is a very good hotel. "No significant issues"
Other than the thermostat on our AC being a little unreliable, the hotel is great. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Always love the comfort of the room with the TV and sofa/ottoman, and the free breakfast experience is excellent. "Right in the middle of activity"

"Disappointed this time"
We normally have a great stay at Hyatt Place Hotels. However, this stay was not good. We left for the day and our room had not been cleaned - no new towels or other room amenities. Fridge was not working. We had to wait until the next day to get a new one. Front desk staff was very nice.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
