Affascinante sotto ogni punto di vista, accoglienza, locali comuni, colazione, tutto a un livello eccellente. La fermata della metro è vicina ma noi eravamo in macchina e ci siamo mossi sempre con quella. Lontano dal centro, scordatevi di andare a piedi... L'unico altro neo doccia e water, entrambi molto molto rumorosi, ma proprio per trovare il pelo nell'uovo. Bellissimo!

"Delta Hotel Chelsea Toronto- ottimo per bambini"
E' l'albergo più grande del Canada (+ di 1500 camere). Posizione centrale, molto comodo ad Eaton Shopping Centre e alla metro. Consigliabile soprattutto per chi ha bimbi (checkin dedicato con regalini, ha un piano dedicato con piscina con scivoli e asilo, con varie animazioni). Attenzione al parcheggio interno (solo auto di altezza minore di 1.70 m, […] quindi se avete un SUV non potete usarlo, ma ci sono vari parcheggi pubblici nelle vicinanze). "A good stay...not a great stay..."
Original room - mould by the heater, bedside lamp broken, all the lamps mismatched, heat didnt work - and the windows were extremely dirty. Hotel Staff - Ashley was extremely helpful and transferred us to another room which was great. Acoustics in the hotel are bad. Elevators werent all in service due to the strike. "Only problem was parking"
I founf my stay at the Delta Chelsea very nice, the staff was very polite and helpful. The only problem I ran into was I drive a full size truck and it would not fit in the free underground parking. I recently stayed at the Delta Chelsea for approximately a week for work and relaxation. I found the accomidations very nice, my room was always cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. I found the fitness area to be better than I expected, with cardio, machines, some free weights, and of course the pool and hot tub. Our son had surgery at the Toronto Western hospital and taxi service was right at the door. There was a problem with the elevators one day as elevator people were on strike, but the staff did everything they could to keep things running smoothly. This hotel has definitely seen better days .The room I stayed in had wallpaper which was visibly peeling at some points and there was a disconcerting hole behind the TV aerial socket. "Comfortable, but showing it's age"
Good: The lobby and common areas were clean and presentable. The staff was polite, friendly, and professional. My room was clean and neat, and reasonably sized for the price. I was in a corner room, and although the hotel was bustling, I didn't hear much in the way of noise from the hallways. The bed was really comfortable, and unlike many hotels, […] I fell asleep immediately and woke up feeling good - and not like I'd be in a medieval torture device. Internet was free and acceptably (but not exceptionally) fast, with both wired and wireless options. The meh: The room was drab. Tan walls with tan carpet, tan drapes, a tan chair, lights with tan shades and coffee brown furniture. It was definitely an 80's feel. Minor cracks and blemishes on the ceiling and joint areas, and the shower/tub. I'm pretty sure I had that exact same shower head in my apartment in 1990. The same "worn down" condition existed around the hotel. Example: One down button on floor 22 would never call an elevator (thankfully the other one worked). The S2 parking garage door stuck so badly that I thought it was locked the first time I tried to use it. The bad: Road noise from outside, particularly construction sounds, were really loud in the room. Somewhat surprising given that I was 22 stories up. "Pleased with stay"
I found the rooms to be in good shape. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and no air conditioning. When I called the front desk, I was told they only heat; no cooling. It is early fall, not a huge deal. The balcony door was bolted shut and no windows for fresh air. I found the beds hard as a rock. The service however was a different story. From the beginning […] to the end, the service and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. A little disappointed with the pools. The kids pool on the second floor (which is seperate from the adult only pool located on the 23 floor), was only open at 8am and the slide didn't open until 4pm. stay was good however the noise from the street was excessive. I was also awaken several times due to inconsiderate people shouting, carrying on in the halls and neighbouring rooms and slamming entry door and patio doors (every 10-15 minutes for smoking.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
