My family and I stayed at this hotel before for the "I Love Dance Competition" and loved it! The indoor pool is nice, room service was great and the hotel restaurant was awesome. So we decided to go back during the winter recess Dec 26 - Jan 2. But this time it wasn't the same. I like to tip the housekeeper at the end of my stay but they changed everyday […] and sometimes I had to call the front desk to let them know that know one has cleaned up our room. The staff was not friendly at all, except for one named Gerome. They walked passed you without saying Good Morning or Good Evening or even Happy New Year. I even rode in the elevator with one and we both hadn't said one word. I didn't feel welcomed this time around. I was also disappointed that they didn't do anything for the guests for New Years Eve. I mean with a restaurant and bar, why not? I probably wouldn't stay here again. Continua a leggere

Excellent Hotel to stay. Very modern and exceptionally Clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Other guests were very nice as well. Close to lots of shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. Felt comfortable there and would highly recommend this hotel.

I come here every year for girl's weekend christmas shopping. The hotel is close to everything. The casino, shopping malls, restaurants, etc. We enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly. They even have a list of restaurants in the neighborhood if you can't decide where to go for dinner. There's also a restaurant/bar in the hotel. If you want a snack […] in the middle of the night, there's a 24/7 Diner around the corner. The only thing I wish is that they would have coffee in the lobby. All the years we've been going, I've seen cups, but no coffee. Maybe the coffee is for the weekday customers and not weekends. Don't know... but having a cup of coffee in the morning or afternoon would be great. The coffee in the room is not the same. But overall, its a very good hotel. I would recommend to anyone. My wife & I traveled to celebrate the arrival of our newest grandchild. During our 6 day stay..the Radison staff was extremely courteous and met or exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff maintained it in that condition. We selected the "Sleep Number" bed which we found to be less than comfortable but that was our […] choice. Next time we will opt for a "regular" bed. We will be returning to the area again (probably soon) for additional visits and I will select the same Radison facility...They have earned our business. I travel quite a bit and when I come to visit Philadelphia often for business or pleasure I stay at the Radisson. I enjoy my stay always, but this is the first time that I noticed that I did not have access to many television channels. My first stay at this hotel was somewhat nice and since its convenient to my work, I decided on a second stay. Throughout my 1 week stay, my room smelled like cigarret smoke and received no followup on my complaint. It was horrible!

Was promised a king suite but was provided with a double room. Bathroom space is very tight. Hotel is showing it's age.

Television didn't work so they changed our room and gave us free breakfast for our trouble. Room was clean and people were accomodating. The only negative was that breakfast was cold

I was a little disappointed with the buffet dinner provided along with our tickets to the Elvis Tribute. Other than that I thought the hotel was clean and comfy.

Friendly staff & super clean amenities. Manager held a champagne reception in the evening & the front desk assisted with booking my cab since their shuttle (to the NE Philly airport) didn't go in the direction I was heading. Comfy SleepNumber bed & the room had a refrigerator; a WaWa convenience store is in walking distance, so I was able to stock up […] on food items as needed. The location is great if you're in that area of Philly for business; however, it seems like a stressful drive to get to the heart of downtown considering traffic. If you're comfortable with city driving & don't mind being 30-60min out from downtown, then this is a great place to stay during a vacation. I did learn that most cabbies from the 30th & Market Amtrak station don't head in this direction, but the cabbie I got was super nice & even picked me up to return me to the train station the next day. WE stayed there only one night and the Price was Great! The Hotel was Impeccable and so was their staff! Loved it there so much I never want to stay anywhere else. I can't believe they had Sleep Number beds! That made us s leep sooooo good! and complimentary mimosa as we checked in. Above all the Best Stay Ever! The visit was fine. My kids really enjoyed the pool--especially the indoor, heated one when it was chilly. The distance from Sesame Place was short and not a problem at all for us. The bathroom was small and there was no refrigerator in the room (but I probably shouldn't have assumed there would be). Perfectly nice place to stay.

Visit ok overall, alot of resturants near by, shopping ect. Primary visit was to the Zoo, and Seame Place, drive easy to both. When we 1st cked in there was load noise outside the room. We called the desk, and were told it was the laurdry, located 2 doors down from our room. They turned it off, and the nouse stopped. We were on the 3rd floor, out side […] all we could see was the roof filled with air conditioners. Also the ice / soda machines andthe laundry right outside. Felt the room however old, ok,but my wife spotted several hairs in the sink, and tube.I would stay there again but on a higher floor. Continua a leggere

This is a very nice hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the bed. I requested an King size bed and received two twin beds. Because my stay was short I didn't complain, but when my husband and I tried to sleep together it was very uncomfortable. Pleasant surprise after a long day at sesame place. Although the hotel was 6 miles away, we found the room very large and clean. The select comfort king size bed was a plus, as well as the 12pm checkout. Just wished it was a bit closer to Seaame Place.

We asked for adjoining rooms for myself my Daughter and her two small children. Were told they had none and could not even provide doors side by side. 1 of the 1st two rooms provided was dirty and had plumbing issues. it was an average hotel. This one in phillidephia had a sweat like smell when inside . The hallways and elevator smelled like wet carpet..

I found a pair of used boxer briefs in the corner of my room. Almost the same color as the carpet, which is why it was missed by the cleaning folks. The room was just fine. Althought its time to upgrade to flat screen tvs. You can get a 32 inch Vizo for under $350. The TV rattled as well. Bad location to Philly main areas, but close to suburban sections […] of the area. The hotel is in a good, but not great location if your goal is to visit Sesame Place Park. It is a fair distance from downtown Philly, so you really aren't gaining much by choosing to go there. We didn't eat at the restaurant and can't comment on that. But overall, our impression was that it was a run-down hotel that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. […] It took until our third day before they put shampoo in our room (although it always had conditioner). The glasses we used were not cleaned or replaced. They simply put them back and put caps back on the top even though they still had juice/milk in them. This leads one to question how often they really ever get cleaned. Likewise, the carpets had not been cleaned in a very long time. Although the room was designated as non-smoking, there was a distinct smoke smell when we got there. We made complaints but they were only taken care of half-heartedly. I would avoid staying there again even if it was the cheapest option. On the whole, the experience soured me on Radisson hotels in general. It is hard to believe that a good company would let an asset like this be so poorly run. Continua a leggere

I was highly disappointed when I got the hotel and found out my reservation for 1 King bed was replaced with 2 double beds. This did NOT work for our family. There were dried stains on the comforter and bed skirt - use your imagination! The bathroom sink was not cleaned and the shower walls were all cracked. Had to listen to the air conditioning units […] all night right outside our window. Restaurant for breakfast was good food, warm and nice variety. I'd never stay here again. Continua a leggere

Great hotel for this area and near to Philadelphia

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We arrived late (midnight) on a Friday night, planning to stay through Monday morning. The lobby was busy with what looked like a wedding party. They had only two rooms left, one on the first floor, another on the fourth. The pleasant woman at the check-in desk suggested that the first floor would "be away […] from the kids", which, since my husband and I wanted a weekend together, was perfect, although I worried about the noise. As it turned out, we had a room that opened out on the pool area, and it could not have been quieter, despite the noise in the lobby. Once you closed the door, the lobby could have been on another planet. A refreshing change from rooms in which you can hear everything. The bed was fantastic, the sheets and pillows clean and soft. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and abundant soft towels. My only quibble is that the room's organization is fit only for being in bed, which, over a several-day stay, wasn't quite enough. We ate one dinner in the hotel restaurant, located in the lobby, which, while the food was good and the staff professional, left a lot to be desired with the noisy lobby ambiance. I would not recommend it on a weekend for that reason, unless you're entertained by the shouting of teenagers. I am so glad we stayed here. We have tried some of the other cheaper nearby hotels, and I have to say, this exceeded my expectations despite the significant difference in price. If you can afford it, this is one of the better hotels in this area. It is convenient to a number of places to eat, and the staff were able to handle Russian-speaking guests with confidence and grace. Continua a leggere

The hotel is conveniently located off a major thourofare, within 1 mile of a Nice casino and a Mall. Also less than 10 miles from Philadelphia Center City. Hotel landscape and decore were immaculate. The room had modern fixtures, a flat screen tv and was decorated nicely. (very nice beds) The hotel has a nice Bar (food not exceptional) and friendly […] service. There is also an indoor/outdoor pool (great for kids not so much for adults), They had an area set up in the lobby space for internet usage (if you dont have a laptop or in foom wi-fi if you do). There is a Resturant located in hotel and they offer room service. (I judged the resturant on the quality of the room service. The food was eddible (thats it). I ordered breakfast twice,one full (cold and greasy) and continental (nice service). We decided to stay 2 extra days (best hotel in the area) one day was offered same rate as hotel.com less 10% for AAA and one at an exceptional rate the last day, nearly half off. Front desk was efficient and personable, friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars had I been offered the second day rate for both days.( if you can offer me 1 day you can offer 2) I would recommend this hotel it is a must stay in the Trevose Area. It was a great place, the morning coffee with access to lemonade or ice tea throughout the day was very much appreciated. The evening 5-7 greeting to guests with champagne, juices, and small edibles was a pleasure. Thank you for adding this service since our last stay. I want to request room 338 for our next trip up to Philadelphia

For my purposes hotel is a convenient location but is becoming run down and hard to believe it meets Radisson standards. Room had peeling paint, run down bathroom and overall had a poor appearance.

Breakfast buffet was very good and servers were very friendly and helpful! Hotel had the smell of smoke like it once allowed smoking. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Out of date TV, but it worked. Wanted to stay in Philly, but this was the closest I could get for a decent price in a quality hotel.

Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was a sleep number bed, but neither one of us could get the setting right, and we spent an uncomfortable night together. Not my favorite. Would probably not stay there again.

The hotel was ok. However, my room was located next to a huge outside fan....noise thru out the nite...paid for a restless nite.

The room was very clean, the linens were soft, and room service let me have some complimentary milk for my coffee instead of that powdery creamer they leave in the rooms. Actually, I was a little surprised that the complimentary coffee in the lobby was put away before 10am. The wireless internet connection in the room was fast and free. I didn't get […] to use the pool or gym, but they looked nice. I noticed that the walls were a bit thin-- there was a family above me and we could hear the parents scolding their kids. Though I requested a king bed in my reservation, we got two full sized beds. I didn't bother getting it changed, but I wish I had-- they were a bit squeaky. All in all, I'd stay there again. First room I was given (on third floor) had the air conditioning units for a portion of the hotel outside my window. As soon as I walked into the room, I could hear the units running and knew that I wouldn't be able to sleep. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a room change. He asked if he could use our room to change his clothing.
