L' hotel si presenta bene. Personale gentile e cordiale.Le stanze sono un po' piccole, ma questo non giustifica assolutamente la scarsa qualità dei letti che sono corti e con materassi assolutamente insufficienti che pregiudicano la qualità del riposo. Non consiglio questo hotel.

La sua posizione nel cuore della città ad un passo da tutte le principali attrazioni assicura una efficace visita di San Francisco. Molto apprezzato il complementary aperitifs con vino californiano prima di cena.

L'hotel non era all'altezza di quanto pubblicizzato e di quanto ci si aspetterebbe. Il Staff poco utile, letto troppo morbido, stanza piccola. avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione sostanziale. Semplicemente il prezzo non vale il prodotto.

Posizione comodissima a due passi da china town e da union square, l'hotel è delizioso e la prima impressione nella hall viene confermata dalla camera, che seppur non enorme offre tutto il necessario (dal sapone ai cottonfioc). la pulizia è buona e la stanza silenziosa. Consigliato vivamente, promozioni expedia permettendo!

L'hotel ha davvero una buona posizione ed è curato, con tutto quello che serve... Union Square è a pochi minuti.. L'ingresso di China Town è dietro l'angolo... A nice boutique hotel in the City for the price. I would stay here again if traveling alone on business, but it might be a little too tight for two people. Perfect location, decent amenities and they even offer wine everyday in their swanky lobby between 5:30-6:30pm.

The only thing I can be negative about was the hotel room looked out on a wall with an alley below. That alley was quite noisy with delivery trucks, garbage trucks, etc. however, the room price was good and maybe that is just where they have the cheaper rooms. I stayed here with my friends for my 21st birthday. Walking in, the lobby is really nice. we loved the fact there is a free wine hour! We mentioned to the girl at the front desk we were visiting for my birthday. After coming back from dinner, we got a knock on our door, and it was the girl from the front desk. She brought us a present! It was a birthday […] bag filled with snacks and a card wishing a happy birthday. It was the sweetest thing! We had a great time, and in the morning we got to drink our coffee on the 3rd floor outside garden. I am planning on staying here for my future trips to the city. Our party of 3 arrived early hoping to leave our luggage, we were delighted to be permitted to check in early. The rooms were a good size for a city centre location but showing signs of wear & tear. We had a lovely weekend at Galleria Park. The location is unbeatable for the price. Friendly staff and the wine hour is definitely a plus. Rooms are on the small side and we didn't have a view. Great location if you are here to see the sights. Union Square, Ferry Building, cable car, China Town, all within walking distance. Hotel is older, but elegant. Very nice wine reception every evening.

The Galleria Park Hotel has done an excellent job upgrading the physical facility. It has a beautiful lobby and guest rooms to match. The room size is more European but plenty if room for a single business traveler. The front desk staff were outstanding, cheerful and always helpful with directions. The hotel has been renovated tastefully. The location is convenient, especially since the city has Bart, street cars and buses that go everywhere. The staff could not have been nicer and more pleasant. However, they could be more knowledgeable, but they are willing to try.

It was a great stay overall - very attentive staff, and a really lovely hotel. The only problem was the construction during business hours. We stayed over Presidents' Weekend and the construction started at 730 am on our floor that Monday. When we called the front desk, they said that it was "soft construction"- but unfortunately soft construction consisted […] of scraping paint or wallpaper off of walls and not at all conducive to sleeping in! Hotel was so nice. Room clean, quiet, bed comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasantly decorated. Walking distance to cable cars, Union Square shopping, Chinatown and other neighborhoods. We stayed here because we were touring The Academy of Arts University, which was very close by. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a friendly, comfortable mid-sized hotel with a great downtown SF location. Big enough to provide 24 hour help and attention if required; small enough to feel at home in the cozy lobby. Excellent service from staff, especially concierge/valet guys. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel was great. Located in the heart of the financial district walking distance from the China Town and much of what SF has to offer. Tons of boutiques, stores, shops, restuarants, cafes, and bars around. Desirable area. Staff was great. All in all my experience was great. The bed was a bit bouncy. Firm, but bouncy. And the one thing that I did […] not like was that because there is no parking around due to it being in the financial district, you have to park valet. Yes there are in and out privaleges if you are a guest and yes you can call to have valet bring up your car so when you take the elevator downstairs, the car is waiting, but it is $48 a day. Needed to spend a Saturday night in the city and picked Galleria Park for location and amenities. We had a high floor room so street noise was absent. Comfy furniture in the lobby and a fireplace was a welcome sight at the end of a late night. Even though it was 1:00 am, the gentleman at the desk brought us bottles of water and made us feel wonderfully […] welcome. And free street parking was a big plus! Very close to Chinatown and Moscone center. Neighborhood is great. Nicely renovated hotel with a friendly staff. No problems whatsoever. This is much easier to get around than large box hotels that surround it where elevators take forever. The Galleria is nicely decorated, and the staff were terrific. Easy access to Chinatown and financial district amenities. Given the recent renovations I expected better quality mattresses than I found, and it was very inconvenient that the on-site restaurant was closed. Rooms are tiny and the TV package is very limited so don't plan on spending much […] time relaxing in your room. Be sure to ask for the interior rooms to get a quiet location. Beautiful small boutique hotel in super location for Union Square, Embarcadero and North Beach and great to be able to walk to fine restaurants. Room a little small but everything else excellent, beautiful finishes throughout.

The hotel cleanliness and comfort was great. If your room has a window facing outside towards a street it could be a little loud with the sound of cars, I heard garbage trucks and they were kind of loud but I'm a heavy sleeper so was not too bothered by it. I would assume you can ask for a room not close to the street if you are a light sleeper.

Despite it might be a bit noisy at night, it is indeed a well-located and clean hotel. The only downside I would say is the weak wifi reception. All other things are good at the price I paid.

This is a quaint little hotel in a great central location in SF. The room service is limited however and the restaurant attached to it is Japanese. So if you want other cuisine, you have to go out and get it. That was the only bummer.

We have been staying here for many years at least 7 if not longer. After moving away from San Francisco it always feels like we are going home when we stay there. The staff remembers us, the rooms are always clean and tidy the housekeeping staff is very good.

The outside rooms are very noisey. Maybe new glass, thicker or double glazed would help. There are inside rooms away from the street, looking on to a courtyard, that would be much quieter. Ask for one of these.

I love the high ceiling. The room smells and looks very clean. Friendly staff! Keep the window closed and it is very very quiet. Open the window if you want to hear the city bustling.
