Awesome, free omelets for breakfast!

While the building is not new...you would never know it. The hotels is clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast wonderful!!!

The hotel was great - clean, friendly service, amazing breakfast included with the room (not just typical continental breakfast - included made to order hot options). The only downside was that we chose the hotel because of the indoor pool pictured - but the pool had closed the day before for renovations. We have stayed at the Brookfield Suites a number of times before, but this time was very disappointing. The air conditioner fan was very noisy and maintenance could not fix it. Also, the bedroom was always cold even when we turned the temp up, it did no good. This hotel is not being kept up.

Cooked to order breakfast? Yes please! 2 hour complimentary cocktail hour? You betcha! Loved these add-ons, which made our suite a true bargain, The rooms are nice, plenty of space, although the handicapped room did not have a taller toilet. Placing handbars around a toilet does not help when you have trouble getting to a standing position. We stayed […] over a weekend with lots of swim meet kids, so the pool was not as enjoyable as we liked. The dry sauna was divine, but the steam room was not operational. :( The staff was very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the BBW toiletries! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area! (Hint for dinner: skip Outback next door, and drive a few more feet to the Charcoal Grill - yummy and no 2 hr wait!) Continua a leggere

Our recent stay at the Brookfield Suites was very enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms are quite large. The breakfast area in the atrium is the nicest I have seen; tables were well spaced and the cooks did a fantastic job. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is quite dated, but all of the extras more than make up for it. Loved the free made to order breakfast, nightly manager's reception, and fresh baked cookies and milk at bedtime. Staff is friendly. Great Value for such a convenient location.

Great hotel! The rooms are large and clean. Staff is very friendly & helpful. The breakfast (included in the price of the room) is amazing! Also, the evening reception is a very nice touch.

We stayed in one of the suites with 2 double beds with 2 pack and plays for our sons. Room was very spacious. At one point, we had 7 adults and 3 kids in our living area and was comfortable. Hotel is a "little" dated, but overall very nice place. Pool was excellent and clean. Great breakfast in the morning which for a family saves lots of money and […] time. One thing that I did not see are Bath and Body Works toiletries. They were general "hotel" toiletries but just fine. Cleanliness was good. One complaint is that the bathroom grout had some brown/black stains but other than that, bathroom looked clean. Wet bar with fridge and microwave also convenient and great for families. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Parking is free. Hotel right near 94 which makes it convenient to get on the highway and only about 25 minutes from airport. Overall, great value hotel. We statyed one night. I thought the accomodations and the cook to order breakfast were quite average. The bedroom in our suite had a seperate theromstadt that didn't work. After turning it to 50 it was still 80 in the room. We opened a window to reduce the temp. The desk clerk was less than helpful. Don't plan on using their services again.

We enjoyed our stay, our room was clean and fresh. I misunderstood the meaning of run of the house as to having 1 king and two doubles, it's either or with a sleeper sofa. We got a rollaway for our granddaughter to sleep on and it worked out perfectly. The pool area needs a little maintenance work, but overall was nice. Although the staff at the front desk were wonderful, the staff making breakfast were not. The hotel is in the middle of long overdue remodel. Our room was not one that was remodeled yet. However, the free cookies at the front desk, free breakfast and free snacks in the evening made up for all the peeling wallpaper.

Friends and family gathered and used the pool. Nice area but there was sand in the hot tub! Kids had a blast. There was other activities at the hotel and even with the layout, our room was quiet. Very nice and I will stay again.

We stayed here for four nights. The rooms are clean, but could use some updating. The beds are comfortable. The staff was nice. The 24 hour pool and sauna was great. Every room is divided into a bedroom and sitting area separated by a door. This is perfect if you are travelling with small children who need to sleep early. The sitting room has a dining […] table, couch, chair and mini-fridge. We stocked up on groceries in the mini-fridge and took advantage of the free hot breakfast. We stay here often when we come to visit family. Love the breakfast! The staff is very nice and helpful. Clean, large rooms.

The hotel itself was great the food was good the room amazing. However there was was a very distinct oder in the halls. At first I thought someone had literally gotten sick but by the end of the trip it was clear that it was just the smell of the hotel.

Although this was an older facility, our first stay at this suite hotel was an unexpected pleasure. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and quick to point out the facility's amenities (manager's reception, fresh baked cookies in the evening, cooked to order breakfast, etc.) A placard in the room announced that staff would even provide complimentary […] delivery of the food and beverages from the manager's reception to the room if the guest preferred. Restaurant orders delivered to the room were also complimentary-- no additional 15-20% service tax. Another nice touch. Although the hotel clearly needs updates in the rooms, it was pleasantly nice to stay. The bartender was quite nice, also the service desk agents. We would definitely recommend staying to others!

The room needed maintenance as the heating and air would not work properly and the tub leaked. These were repaired.

We were thrilled with our stay. Customer service was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful in the morning! Great value, great location. Would recommend this to anyone going to Milwaukee, WI!

Work out room was horrible, off of pool and spa? Otherwise everything was fine, nice area...

This hotel is one of the first I consider on any visit to SE WI. For the price it is a great value. I had a 6 year old with me and it was a welcoming stay for him. Quiet, the room had a nice configuation. You could notice things like a more plush carpet to the separation of the sleeping area from the tv entertainment space, great for letting someone […] sleep or get private space. The two receptionists were prompt and very friendly. Breadfast was included and cooked to order. Basically what you could expect. Closest hotel to stay west of Miller Park. Easy on/off access to I94. Breakfast was GREAT, chef had good attitude. Check-in clerk wasn't very friendly (short & alittle over weight) she was friendlier in the morning at check out time. Booked a King Bed room, but ended up with 2 small beds. Would stay again if they quarantied a King Room. Dennis

Overall Hotel was excellent for location to all. Only dissappointment was the "steam room" that looked like it had not been operating for quite some time. Pool and jacuzzi were also in need of updating. The room was excellent & totally comfortable, except when asking for a view of the golf course, the main street is what you are asking for with the […] golf course across the street and on the other side of the main street. All other views are of the parking lot, unless you stay towards the rear of the hotel & then you only see a tall pine that blocks all views! Great breakfast made to order. Comfortable, clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Nice pool for the kids. Very convenient to highway and the zoo. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

When we checked in, there was a couple at the desk wanting to know about the hot water problems. They had been in 2 different rooms & neither one had hot water. The desk clerk seemed rather indifferent and beligerent. Then when we got to our room & my husband went to take a shower, our shower head was broken. Our stay was great. We have three teenagers and it is sometimes difficult to find accomodations for families with five or more people. We stayed in a suite that had more than enough room and beds. The breakfast was a great perk! We would definitely stay again.

We didn't realize that booking a room that was listed as "run of the house" meant we would get an unfinished, dated, dirty room with an uncomfortable tilted pull out bed option. The carpet tacks were exposed between the bathroom and hallway - leaving us to "stick" our feet every time we walked barefoot. The pull out sofa was extremely dated, dirty couch […] cushions and the mattress was 3 inches thick and the whole bed was tilted so that our feet were a full foot below our heads. The hotel was booked solid and were unprepared with not enough staff to meet the demands for promised services. I won't stay there again. Nor would I recommend. Continua a leggere

The hotel was clean, the staff were excellent and the free breakfast was wonderful. They have an excellent 'happy hour' as well. One thing to note, if you are looking to use the shuttle service, make sure you call them directly to get the package deal that includes the shuttle. We were not aware of this when we reserved our room. They were very accommodating […] to us and made room on the shuttle even though we didn't have the package deal. leaky faucet dripped all night, dirty coffee pot had cloth fuzz inside leading me to believe it wasn't washed but rather wiped out, good breakfast though.

I had requested two beds since there was 4 in my party. I only got one bed and a pull out couch. But we made it work. The room was pretty clean. The housekeeper who delivered us extra blankets and pillows was a little sketchy. She kept a continous knock on the door until we answered it and never showed us a smile. She was also wearing gloves when delivering […] the blankets which made it appear the blankets could be infectios. The breakfast was amazing!!!! I have never had a continental breakfast in that fasion. Not only did I get to order my eggs the way I wanted them, but the cooks worked with a smile. I felt that they enjoyed serving me. There were lots of other breakfast food options also. The swimming pool and hot tub were having some temperature control problems. The hot tub was way too hot and the pool too cold. However, I was told it was getting fixed. The location was excellent for my purpose...Wisconson State Fair. Overall I would come back to stay at this hotel. Continua a leggere

This hotel was fantastic to stay at. We even asked for another night because we liked it so much. Our room was clean, hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was fairly close by. Restaurants and stores. You will love their "happy" hour from 5-7:30 with free drinks and snacks.
