Hotel semplice,pulito e comodo,adatto sia a soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Bella camera e buon colazione (inclusa nella tariffa); ampio parcheggio gratuito e vicino alle principali vie di comunicazione,oltre che ad un centro commerciale ben fornito.

Hotel tra i migliori che abbia mai visitato; si trova in un parco immenso con diverse piscine, giochi acquatici e laghetti anche per la pesca. La struttura è molto curata, l servizio è efficiente, il personale è gentilissimo. La camera che ci è stata data, era abbastanza grande e confortevole; purtroppo, come in altre occasioni quando prenotato con Hotel.com, la posizione era pessima, nonostante avessimo scelto una di categoria superiore: la più lontana dalla lobby e con vista sul parkeggio! Tutto sommato è un hotel che consiglierei anche se con una camera migliore della nostra.

Onesto rapporto prezzo servizio, per un motel di passaggio lungo l'autostrada. Scarsa la varietà del menu a colazione.

L'aeroporto di Phoenix si trova a circa cinque chilometri a est del centro della città. Pur essendo prevalentemente industriale, la zona dell'aeroporto offre anche attrazioni culturali. Vicino alla pista dell'aeroporto, il Pueblo Grande Museum and Archeological Park valorizza le rovine di un villaggio Hohokam di 1500 anni fa. Nelle vicinanze si trova anche il Chinese Cultural Center, con negozi, ristoranti e laghetti.

"Wrong Room"
Had booked a king room when I arrived at 1130pm the staff informed me there were no king rooms available. I questioned how this could happen when I had a reservation for a king and I was told "you can go across the street to Comfort Inn Suites and see if they have one". "Excellent"
Simply put: the hotel was affordable, stylish, and the service was excellent. The King room was comfortable. My stay was short but pleasant. I also had the benefit of working with management and found them to be very accommodating.
"Hyatt What a God forsaken place."
When a plane isn't going through your room the train is. No place to eat anywhere close. Worst place I have ever stayed.
"Ask for a room facing the rear and away from main"
The room was comfortable and very well equipped but the hotel in its close proximity to the airport is loud. And I was woken at 2 in the morning to loud train horns from the tracks that were close by as well. Other than that, no complaints on room or comfort.

"Hotel near Sky Harbor Airport"
Hotel is very corporate, great location near airport. Nothing close by (i.e. restaurants or shops). Nice small snack bar area to take away or take up to your room. Only complaint - can hear every door slam in your hallway whenever anyone goes in or out of their room.

Requested and paid for king bed,-received 2 double beds, room smelled like mold and smoke-requested nonsmoking, drain in tub didn't work, overpriced, could stay in a better hotel for half the amount spent at this supposed "nice" hotel
"Easy Access to Tempe and Phoenix Metro"
Was possibly in the best location to move around to different meeting locations in the Tempe and Phoenix metropolitan area. There is also a great river walk/bike path around the corner for morning runs (just beware of the heat :-)!

I have stayed a couple of Hyatt Places now and am always pleased with how well they are run. Everything is always in order, friendly staff (not fakey friendly either) and I really like the set up of the rooms with the living/office area and the bed area. "Hyatt Place as Football Lodging"
Not as close to ASU stadium and downtown Tempe as I would have liked. Everything else about the place was altogether satisfactory. They were in the process of upgrading bathrooms and I was not sure if ours had been done yet. Didn't look like it needed a remodel, but didn't look freshly done over either. Breakfast was quite adequate and saved us wasting […] money going out. But then I am not a big breakfast eater anyway. Only other negative: I left some expensive flip-flops in my room. "Close to all, but needs some work"
The service was great, we had a choice of all six floors and we chose the top. The hotel was under some maintenance and the elevators were dirty, in fact the whole 6th floor seemed to be VERY dirty; grime on the walls and discolored carpeting. BUT our room was great. "Hyatt PHX airport"
I thought the service was superb. The receptionist was so helpful and the room was huge for the price. Great bang for your buck. The only complaint is the comforter wasn't comfy but aside from that our stay was splendid.

"Good Basic Hotel"
Everything I needed for a business stay - internet, breakfast included. Bar and food available until 11. Quick from the airport and super convenient to where I needed to work around Tempe.
"Good room, great price and location"
We only stayed for one night but I found the room very large and perfect for one night. The hotel itself was undergoing some construction but other than that, it was just fine. The parking lot is a little cramped but the room itself was clean and comfy. The location is very convenient to go anywhere in the Valley. I'd stay there again.

"Good Rate comes with problems"
It was a good rate, but all kinds of maintainence problems from bad refridgerator, bad elect plugs, weak wyfi. They were very understaffed says is off season, would promise anything but not always respond. They are under construction but some things should not have been. The owner needs to hire more help

"Any Hyatt Place is a good stay"
Whenever a Hyatt Place in any location meets your price and geography requirements, you should stay there. The good thing about this brand is they are always the same. You could be in any city and they are always the same. Large suite like room, good bed, nice work area, huge flat screen TV, OK bathroom. GREAT SERVICE and great rooms! I had to get my girls to the airport the next morning and we had a rental car to return. The front desk ladies told me to return the car that night, they came to pick me up from the airport that night. The next morning not only did they serve a great breakfast for us but they got us to the airport with out any delays. […] It was so nice not to have to worry about doing all of that by myself. My girls want me to write down that the Hyatt has a full kitchen 24 hours a day, so they got some awesome wings at 11pm at night and enjoyed them in the lobby. Continua a leggere

The room was musty and had a couple dirty spots... Other than that, it was good. Quiet place and comfy beds.

I enjoyed staying here. The interior of the hotel is greatly decorated and designed. The breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. It's close to the airport but if you want restaurants or shopping, you will definitely have to drive.
The hotel was convenient to the airport and offered transportation within 5 miles. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only possible improvement I might suggest is that the airport shuttle begin earlier than 6 AM because several flights depart before 7 AM and there is not enough time to get to the airport and through security. "UNDER CONSTRUCTION"
I PICKED THIS HOTEL DUE TO THE FACT THAT LAST TIME I STAYED THERE IT WAS PRETTY NICE. THIS TIME WAS NOT SO GREAT.THERE WAS A WEIRD NASTY LOOKING SMUDGE ON THE CURTAINS.THE A/C ONLY COOLED OF THE PERSON LAYING RIGHT NEXT TO IT. THE BATHROOM WAS FALLING APART AND IS VERY TINY. "Good access to airport"
Very good service from airport pick-up to check-in and back to airport. The driver dropped us directly at the car rental building so we didn't have to take the airport's shuttle bus. Buffet breakfast was good with lots of room to sit. Hard to beat the value for the price we paid.
"A Pleasant Experience"
Staying at the Hyatt was a fairly good experience. The staff was extremely courteous and kind, and the room was very clean and nice. Really, my only complaint is that the bed (while comfortable) was very noisy! It creaked whenever you moved on it. Other than that though, the Hyatt was wonderful.

Our stay was really nice...the staff were all very kind and helpful and the room was terrific! My husband's favorite part was the great breakfast. We will definitely stay there again! It was a great value for the money!

So far I haven't had a bad experience with Hyatt. This is no different than the other ones. Great customer service and comfortable rooms.

Helpful staff, quick and easy check in and out, all amenities required, not really a lovely location and nothing nearby for evening entertainment, but close to the airport.

We were very please with the set up of the room and the furnishings. Having a refrigerator and sink was a plus. The shuttle was available for us to take us to our destinations allowing us to not drive and find parking. The shuttle returned to take us back to the hotel as planned. This hotel is great for being very close to the airport. There is no shops around the hotel but they do offer a complimentary shuttle to two shopping malls. The shuttle also runs on time to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

This is our second extended (more than 3 days)stay at this location and is always a pleasant experience. Great Staff, very helpful and knowledgable about the area. Close to the airport, ASU and Mill Ave. which is about all we need when we are in Tempe. Good Shuttle service to airport, Mill Street, just about anywhere you need to go in the area. One […] negative: The pool is not kept clean enough for my standards. It just needs more attention. It is swimable but the sides of the pool have a greasy film which looks like it could be jet exhaust that settles in the pool from the constant landing fly-overs. Could just be sunscreen and dirt. Either way, this is way to nice of a place to settle for a dirty pool.The hotel is quiet, clean and very affordable if you use a travel service like hotels.com. Great Beds and huge flat screen. Nice exercise room and breakfast. I like their experiment with hot oatmeal or bisquits and gravy as part of the free breakfast. both are a good addition.
