Appena tornata a casa dopo una bella vacanza tra Wisconsin ed Illinois e, dunque, un bel soggiorno presso questa struttura! La mia esperienza è stata davvero soddisfacente, pulizia, cortesia, organizzazione, insomma, io che sono spesso "on the road" sono rimasta piacevolmente sopresa da quest'hotel! camera grande, spaziosa, pulita, cambio giornaliero di asciugamani e risistemazione della stanza, colazione ricca e sala breakfast pulita, con l'addetta alla colazione, la signora Margareth, se non ricordo male, presente e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. A proposito di questi ultimi, persone tranquille, distinte, famiglie, e, nel mio caso, anche tanti jammers accorsi lì, come me per il PJ20...go and check! Io la consiglio a tutti e di sicuro tornerò presso una delle loro strutture per il mio prossimo viaggio negli States! Rock on!

"Calm and fun weekend"
My husband and I stayed at this hotel. It was a relaxing weekend. I had to go to a work conference in the area. The rooms were comfortable. The hotel staff was great!! The pool was awesome! Most of all it was quiet which is why we came there. We liked going to the stores and restaurants in the area. We will return next year!

I had a very nice stay at the Best Western Waukesha Grand. The staff was very friendly and helpful plus the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again and reccomend it to others.
Conveniently located near alot of venues. Easy access from hwy. Room was clean and stay was good.
"Pleasent Stay..."
We were very pleased with everything. The pool was nice, ,We had a handicapped room and it was very good. Breakfast very good, nice assortment of things to eat. The desk person in the early afternoon was very helpful. We had arrived about two hours before check-in, and she checked to see if the room was ready , so that we could get in earlier. "Convenient, clean, would stay again"
Great location right off of I-94, close to both U of WI - Waukesha and the Tech school. Easy check-in. The room was clean and even had a few extras: all mirrors are framed, including the bathroom, which gives it a more decorative look. Additional shelves and hooks in the bathroom for personal items, along with plenty of towels. Continental breakfast […] included, a nice variety. "Strange desk clerk"
The hotel was great except for the weird front desk host when we checked in. Kind of spooked us. The website didn't mention free wifi and free breakfast but it was part of the rate.

"Would recommend...very convenient and clean"
Check in was fast and easy. The room was in great condition. Very clean and neat. Everyone was very helpful. Check out was also very quick and convenient.
"typisch amerikanisches Hotel"
Wir haben in diesem Hotel 11 Nächte verbracht. Dieses Hotel ist nicht teuer, bietet aber auch nicht mehr. Wir wollten nur dort übernachten, dafür war es in Ordnung. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war, dass es kein richtiges Frühstücksgeschirr gab - nur Plastik, Styropor und Pappe - haufenweise Müll also!
