camere pulite, anche se per 3 persone lo spazio è limitato. colazione abbondante e personale educato e disponibile. hotel si trova in una posizione centrale con mezzi di trasporto molto vicini. il servizio biciclette potrebbe essere gratuito o con tariffa agevolata per i clienti dell'hotel. L'hotel è posizionato a circa 100 mt. dalla fermata della metro linea U5, che con 4 fermate porta ad Alexdander Platz, da dove partire per visitare la parte di Berlino Est e comunque linea di scambio per numerose altre metro e linee S-Bhan. L'hote si trova all'intero di un piccolo centro commerciale con alcuni ristorantini, è molto confertevole, pulito, unica pecca il WI-FI a pagamento e l'assenza in camera di frigo-bar. Non conviene fare colazione in hotel poichè prima della fermata della metro c'è un panificio ''BACCA'' che vende cornetti a prezzi allucinanti (massimo 0,90 a pezzo). Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, con un supermarket adiacente alla metro e per gli amanti del Kebab consiglio quello acanto ''BACCA'' favoloso e pulito.

The hotel staff were great in helping us find our way around Berlin. They were always ready to help or answer questions.
Hotel good, breakfast expensive. Booked a double room but was given twinbeds, was disappointed. Only one lift for all 800 odd rooms, too much waiting around. Rooms clean and bed comfy, location best part of it.

My girlfriend and I stayed two nights at the hotel, and were very satisfied. The room was comfortable and clean, the service was good, and the location is perfect.

The service was very friendly. The room was very clean. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and accommodating. The internet was free BUT limited. You just have to ask for another pass when yours expires or runs out. For the price, location, and amenities, there are few hotels in Berlin that can match this one.

"Great location"
The Hotel located in the center of kudamm and very near to transportation. The Hotel reception was excellent , Very helpfull and friendly . The room was a bit small but very nice and clean . The only problem was the noise from the street . The isolation of the windows wasn't good and you could hear every car or people talkin in the street below . "Outrageous telephone bill"
Was absolutely spokeless when they charged me 21, 70 Euros for 3 minutes and 36 seconds to the Dominican Republic., after asking the receptionist why is was so expensive he just answered that he was not in charge of deciding the price and I just needed to pay. Stay in this hotel for 4 nights. The service is almost inexistent, when you arrive there is […] nobody to help you out with your luggages, they even do not ask you if you need any help, amazing! After that, if you are on holidays you can be sure that early in the morning they will wake you up asking to clean the room, and even if you ask them to come back later, they will come and come until you almost feel that it is a sin to stay longer in bed. We used the mini bar, and they even did not bother to refill it. The room was cleaned probably in a couple of minutes because we found remains of the rubbish on the floor, really not that clean. The rooms are also quite small, and you will hardly have anough place to move around. without moving your suitcase. Do not go to this hotel with high expectations about art, if they think that to become a hotel boutique or something better they just need to hang some paintings, they are absolutely wrong! Great location just behind the Ka De We department store and within walking distance of the U Bahn. The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms are functional.

We were mostly comfortable in the hotel, apart from one thing. The listing states "Wireless (high-speed) Internet access - complimentary" (I have copied and pasted this exactly as it appears in the listing). This is misleading. Only the first 24 hours is free. After that you are invited to pay 15EUR per day. Our room was neat and modern, and the bed […] was really comfy. But the wifi issue really took the gloss off our stay. This hotel has a clean modern feel from the reception through to the rooms, this is accentuated by the sometimes quirky art work but hey it is called art'otel. The room I had was spacious and well presented, it was very warm but I could hardly complain I was visiting in February and there was the option of air conditioning if I wanted it cooler. The […] staff I encountered were polite and very much able to assist with any query I had. The location of the hotel is ideal for a weekend break or indeed a longer stay in Berlin, you're about five minutes walk to The Ku'damm and all it has to offer and even less distance to the nearest U-Bahn. "Clean but not so comfortable"
The room was clean, the people were nice, but having a roadside room meant the nightclubs that seemed to operate Sunday - Wed pumped a lot of noise into our room until the wee hours. That and overly warm rooms with a single-person, thick duvet only meant we were overly hot despite it being -13 degrees C outside. So not very comfortable. Only having […] one pillow each which compresses to the thickness of a couple of inches wasn't comfortable either, but the staff did give us more when we asked. Close to being a good hotel and good value, also close to the zoo/Tiergarten and KaDeWe so good on those fronts, but try to get a room on the non-road side of the building and ask for extra pillows from the start. Minibar was well priced also but woefully lacking in selection and capacity (only one beer!) Bar in the hotel has nice service though can be slow. Continua a leggere
"Not exactly"
Don't really feel like it is an "art" hotel. It feels more like a cheap motel with a few fancy chairs and a fancy bar right by the entrance. Carpet and walls are dirty. It has that cheapest type of shower which have one cheapy cloth curtain separate the shower from the rest of the restroom, expect possible flooding. WiFi free? no, policy changed. […] They give 24hr free wifi on the first day with a cap of 200MB only. That's nothing when you want to dig Google map. The hotel is 2 mins walk from the entrance to U1 and U9, which you still need to transfer to other places. It is within 5 mins walk from Kudam and a good 15 walk from the Zoo station. nach dem wir mit einem Zimmer unzufrieden waren, was wir erhalten hatten... konnten wir aber sofort in ein anderes Zimmer. dies war dann auch sauber. das Personal is sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

"Art otel i Berlin tæt på Kurfürstendam"
Fint hotel beliggende til sidevej til Kurfürstendam, VestBerlins hovedgade. Flotte værelser, fin service, til rimelige penge. Kunne parkere i kælder mod betaling. Overnattede 3 dage. Lidt larm ud til gaden fredag, ellers rimelig roligt. Vores venner havde værelse mod gård, her helt roligt. Morgenmad udmærket.

Vi bodde på art'otel Berlin kudamm, by park plaza, i fyra nätter. Rummet var relativt litet, men väldigt fräscht! Badrummet var trevligt, sängarna var bekväma. Städningen av rummet gjordes dagligen. Frukostbuffén var stor och erbjöd en del, men var rättså dyr om man som vi inte hade köpt med den vid bokningen. 13 euro per person (det var den inte värd). […] Läget var perfekt! Tar mindre än 2 minuter att gå ner till "shopping-gatan" och ca 10 minuter till KaDeWe. 5 minuter till U-bahnstationen som tar dig bokstavligen till ALLA sevärdheter. Vi tyckte att hotellet gav oss ett bra utgångsläge till det mesta. Om man landar, som vi, på Schönefeld flygplats så kostar det ca 30 euro med taxi till hotellet (vilket vi tyckte var ett helt okey pris!). Hotellet rekommenderas varmt. Das Hotel liegt zentral am Kudamm, ideal für ein Sightseeingtrip. Wir hatten ein XS Zimmer gebucht, was für ein Wochenende vollkommen ausreicht. Bis auf den Lärm bei Zimmern zur Straßenseite und der Tatsache, dass nach dem Duschen das halbe Bad schwimmt, waren wir sehr zufrieden.

"super Lage mit tollm Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis"
Das Hotel liegt total Ideal, wenn man zum Kuhdamm will. Sehr zentral auch für jegliche weitere Aktivität in Berlin, da U- und S-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe. Man sollte immer auch auf der Hotelseite nach Angeboten schauen. Das Frühstück kann man sich dort schenken, wenn von Montag -Samstag dort ist kann auch gut bei Karstadt um die Ecke frühstücken oder […] direkt gegenüber. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind mit offenem Fenster schon etwas laut. Aber es gibt eine Klimaanlage und das geht auch. Parken im Hotel geht ist von den Kosten ok wer will kann auch auf der Straße parken und lieber für kleiners Geld ein Ticket kassieren. Aber ich habe kein Auto gesehen, welches eins bekommen hat. Also alles in allem ein Hotel welches wir immer wieder buchen würden, wenn der Preis stimmt. Continua a leggere

Wir waren drei Tage hier und es war super! Sehr zentrale Lage. Eine Minute zu Fuß zum Kudamm. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber! Hier kommen wir wieder hin!

Schön ist es, wenn man in gewohnte Umgebung kommt wo man sich wohlfühlt (Hotel) und angenehm ist es, daß man auch zu Fuß schnell Theater, Kaufhaus etc. erreicht.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine zentrale Lage in der City-West, nur wenige Meter entfernt zum Kudamm und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt zum Bahnhof Zoo. Damit sind alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel unmittelbar und schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel verbucht weitere Pluspunkte durch sein ausgesprochen freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Standardzimmer […] sind recht klein, aber sauber und in gutem Zustand. Für Touristen , die ein Hotel mehr oder weniger "nur" als Schlafstätte nutzen ausreichend. Wer etwas mehr Platz bevorzugt, sollte die etwas größeren Zimmer buchen. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage werden derzeit für 12 Euro pro Tag angeboten. Fazit: Das Hotel ist aufgrund seines sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses, seiner zentralen Lage und sehr schnellen Erreichbarkeit des öffentlichen Verkehrsnetzes insbesondere für Touristen empfehlenswert ! . Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, alles sauber. Lobby sieht einladender und moderner aus als die Zimmer, das Bad etwas steril. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, gaben uns aber leider eine sehr schlechte Empfehlung für ein italienisches Restaurant nähe des Hotels; generell hatten wir uns bessere Tipps von den Mitarbeitern an […] der Rezeption gewünscht. "Licht und Schatten"
Eine bessere Position für Rundfahrten, Stadtspaziergänge und Schaufensterbummel ist in West berlin schwer zu finden. Extrem enge Zimmer, suboptimale Beleuchtung, billige Matratzen und haarsträubend unpraktische Designerwaschbecken sind Folgen des sehr günstigen Preises. Man muß also selbst abwägen was einem wichtig ist. G.L.

Jättebra hotell, med allt som man behöver. Vi var fyra stycken som bodde tre nätter. Fick bra parkering och kunde koppla av. Rummen var mot gården och det var otroligt tyst på nätterna.

Veldrevet, hyggeligt hotel med yderst venligt og serviceminded personale. Pæne værelser, høj standard mht rengøring. God beliggenhed i forhold til tog-/busnet - tæt på Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten, Ku'damm, Gedähctniskirche, Ka-De-We og andre interessante steder. Nemt at komme til-/fra, hvis man ankommer med fly: Fra Tegel Lufthavn tager man bus 109 […] (metro-/busbilletter: Køb til zone a+B). Superbra läge och mycket trevlig personal. Tyvärr så luktade det cigarettrök i rummet och i korridorer. Vi bodde där i tre nätter och de missade att fylla på med toalettpapper vilket gjorde att det tog slut.

日本人が宿泊しても普通にキレイで、便利なところにあります。最寄りの地下鉄出口から１分未満で便利です。 観光客が宿泊するなら、非常におすすめです。 ただ、ビジネス客が泊まる場合は、デザインが凝った椅子は仕事に向かないと思います。 また、このホテルに限らず、ヨーロッパのホテルのほぼ全てに当てはまる指摘ですが、洗浄便座はありません。また、シャワーの水圧は「ホドホド」とまりです。 とはいうものの、この金額でのこの質の宿泊はとても満足しています。

"Sehr zentral, aber zur Straße laut !"
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln sehr schnell zu erreichen. Kudamm, Hardrock-Cafe ect. in 2 Minuten zu Fuß !
