This hotel was very comfortable and quiet. I was able to get some work done in my room and found everything I needed in the little kitchen area. Not fancy, but a great value, and I would happily stay there again.

"Extended Stay in Waukesha"
The hotel looked nice from the outside and the lobby but the rooms were not. The sheets were dirty with stains and lots of little hair. It was gross!! I probably would not stay or recommend them.
The hotel was fine, great service, clean rooms. My only big complaint was that the room reeked of a mix of smoke and curry. It was a none smoking room, but we had to open a window and let it air out for a while before we it was a livable smell.

"Uncomfortable Beds"
The Extended Stay in Waukesha, WI had the most uncomfortable bed that we have ever slept on. Would not recommend this place.

All hotels I've stayed at have had this problem: stained pillow cases and bed sheets. I personally think it's gross because it determines the length of time they've been used and they shouldn't be used forever. The bed was VERY creaky. "Gone no smokin, but haven't comleted the transitio"
In 2010 the hotel converted to a non-smoking hotel. However, the blanket on the bed still has holes in it from cigarette burns, and there are cigarette burns visible on the bathroom sink. Loud, musty room. Promoted as a non-smoking room but bathroom and mattress was clearly enjoyed by smokers. Since it was 1am, I just dealt with it. Clerk: "How was your stay?" Me: "Not great. Room smelled like smoke." Clerk: "Okay." Just like they teach you in customer service training I guess.

I went to Walmart to get cleaning suplies because bathroom was not clean. Floors were not vacumed under furniture and in corners of the room.

I was informed upon check in that there was a $4.95/day charge! I told her that I was sure the hotels.com web site showed that this service was complimentary (i.e. FREE) & that I wouldn't pay for something I know I can get next door @Super 8 for FREE & that I'd call hotels.com & complain & get my reservation cancelled. The desk clerk (Nikki) wisely […] chose to comp me the internet charge & I was a Happy Camper! 1 of the best properties I've stayed in & will choose this chain in the future whenever it's affordable to do so! The room was great, price perfect, easy to get to... but we saw one ant on a wall in the evening before bed. In the morning, I had a beverage on the nightstand and within minutes, there were ants all around. When I mentioned it at the front desk, the person stated they had the problem taken care of in one room and didn't know about our room. Seems […] to me as though if there are ants in one room, you might want to do a spray in an area around the room as the ants will move! Bed was a little hard for my liking, woke up with a sore back from the hard bed. The front desk staff seemed very rushed on the one hand but a little lazy on the other.

I really like the kitchen at Extended Stays. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Janet, at the front desk - let's just say if your airline loses your luggage, she is the warrior you want to get it back!

Our room was in a corner near an exit. There were a lot of construction people staying at the Extended Stay at the same time. So that meant the parking lot was full of big noisy, smelly trucks. The walls are paper thin, so each time someone came in or out (all night long) it sounded like they were coming into your room. Starting at 5am trucks were starting […] up. The absolute worst part was that the bathroom was over-run with ants. We tried to change rooms, but they said there were no other rooms. The room was clean, but there was construction in the other part of the hotel. Internet connection was terrible which made it difficult to finalize the next step of my vacation plans. This was nothing special but it works for a clean room to stay for the night.

We were looking for a hotel that was near the Milwaukee area, but still had a private feel. This was perfect, it was apprx 9-12 miles from the dowtown Mil area. The city is small and everything closes early, we found a 24 hour walgreens 3 miles away in another cute little country town (no alcohol can be purchased after 9pm.) There were some resturants […] near and in Brookfield which was about 3 miles away. Upgraded to a king and got a large flat screen televison, much more room and bigger bed. My only con was that the hotel recently changed to completely non-smoking, therefore some of the rooms smell like smoke, but not much. Also sometimes guests smoke in the rooms. "Waukesha Stay"
This hotel is conveniently located next to 94 West, which gives it instant access to the Milwaukee area. The Waukesha area is entertaining with several quality restaurants and shopping avenues. The cost of our stay at this ExtendedStay was more than fair. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

"Map and directions to motel"
The location of the motel does not allow for easy access from Interstate 94. The map was incomplete and there were no specific directions. We had to call the desk for directions after chasing around trying to locate the facility. The lady at the desk was both accommodating and understanding and got the job done for us. "Hotel just recently went non-smoking"
Rules have changed recently in Wisconsin. No smoking in hotels, so when you book a non smoking room, it could still smell of smoke. While there is no smoking inside, the hotel appears to be letting guests smoke right outside the front door, so you must walk through smoke on your way in most of the time. first problem - window in room wouldn't close - therefore mosquito's coming in. switched to different room that smelled so musty had to ask to be moved again. finally ended up with a room without issues

First they sent us to a room that was not clean and reeked of cigarettes. Then they moved us to a room that did not have the requested (and paid-for) two double beds, and had no coffee pot. Then they supplied us with a coffee pot from the front office, but it did not work. All in all, a rather sad effort.

Hotel was convenient to a major highway, and there were tons of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel staff were marvelous. On three separate occasions, I made requests of the front desk staff, and they were very helpful--with printing a boarding pass, providing a handy map to a wine store, and even finding a corkscrew for me. This hotel was just what I expected. It was inexpensive, so I wasn't expecting a fancy place. However, the room was comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was very convenient as well. Nice hotel right off the I-94, with good access to metro-Milwaukee, clean, comfortable, pleasant. Hotel tucked behind some buildings so planning route and location ahead of time important. Very reasonable price.

Waukesha County is just west of Milwaukee. Direct access to I 94 and a quick few minutes to downtown. Facility was clean, Personnel was very pleasant and helpful. Sound did not carry in the building, so we were not awaken by some other rooms shower or toilet, running water or television. "Helpful staff"
Excellent welcome by staff. Very helpful and seemed sincerely interested in making our stay positive. Nice location. Room didn't provide information about Internet access. Otherwise a good stay and a positive experience.
"One night - okay"
The front clerks were extremely polite and helpful. The bed/sheets were clean and comfortable. There were several food spots on the furniture that needed to be spot cleaned. (I wiped off some cheese stains) The bath tub finish was very worn as well as the sink. For the price it was okay. The refrigerator and stove/ microwave were all very clean.

We loved the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We were running late and one phone call had us checked in, but when we arrived later in the evening we had trouble spotting the building from the road. Overall it was a good stay.

The name of the hotel say it all, its a good option if you are going to have a extended stay, and want to cut some costs not only in the hotel, but also the food. They got the complete kitchen, with dishes included. So I would recommend it.
