The service here was fantastic. The people at the front desk were so helpful and kind. The room was very nice and well kept. However, the shuttle service was not very convenient. It only runs on the hour and the bus only fits 30 people. So if you can't get on the bus, you have to wait another hour. We were forced to rent a car because of this incon […] venience. I've stayed in this hotel 3 times. Everything is great, location, the rooms, bulding and facilities. The night shift front desk was not too nice and helpful when we asked to change our room (since it was not as described in the booking form), but the guy in the morning shift did the job and got us a pretty nice room. Overall, recommended.

The staff and accommodations were excellent. The buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious. I ran the Seville marathon and I was able to access the stadium very easily.

Beautiful hotel and great service. Difficult to find enven with GPS, although not far from Sevilla if you drive.

The hotel was a pain to find as it is not in Seville itself but having said that once we found it the hotel was easy to find again. The hotel is situated in Tomares just outside of Seville City. The hotel is a little bit dated but very clean and the hotel staff were so eager to help. A few other guests staying at the hotel at the same time as us had […] problems with the airconditioning in their room. The hotel reception fixed the problem pronptly without fuss. I needed directions to Cordoba from Seville and the reception staff helped me find the directions to the hotel in Cordoba, it took about thirty minutes and it seemed to be no problem for them to help me. The food was good in the hotel and being a vegan the staff rallied round to make me something that I could eat again it was not a problem for them. I very friendly and inviting hotel to stay at. Wow--if you can find this hotel, you get to stay there! Signage is not great and the hotel is definitely off the beaten path. It's massive--hundreds of rooms and we had a two room suite that gave three of us plenty of room. But the place looks like a throwback to the or 70's or 80's (or maybe 1992 when Seville had the World's Fair?)--a little over the […] top in decor....and it doesn't seem that much has been done to upgrade or change the look since then. Pool was closed as were most of the shops. The hotel was close to a big Corte Ingles though, so that's how we spent our evening--it was just too far and too difficult to go back into Seville. Too far to town. Even with a shuttle it was restricted on time to take shuttle back. Had to pay for an expensive cab back from town one night. I wouldn't recommend stay.

The location is far away from the city center and the places to see, but for business meetings and such it probably works just fine. A car is needed to get to and from the hotel, whether it is a taxi or your own car. There is a supermarket nearby. As for cleanliness, the bathroom floor was not clean, there were at least ten to fifteen strands of hair […] on the floor. It is comfortable and value of money. It provides hourly shuttle to and from city during the week end from 9a.m. to 11 p.m. A pity that the swimming pool does not open during our stay.

Room was clean and large. But its location is far from city center, and difficult to find, Its free shuttle service was very useful, but it was not operated from 13:00-17:50.

Extremely hard to find and even more so in the dark. We had a GPS and missed the exit a few times. The hotel is a bit dated but clean for the most part. It is a good value especially if you are visiting Seville and use the free shuttle bus which operates on the hour both directions until 11PM. Finding the hotel was a challenge as it is situated on a trading estate just outside the city. However parking is free and there is a regular (free) minibus service to the City centre. I would certainly consider using this hotel again.

Pouco interessante. Durante os primeiros três dias a água quente esteve fora de serviço. O mini-bar estava vazio. O cofre do quarto estava desligado e foi necessário solicitar na recepção que o ligassem. A casa de banho tem bidet, mas não tem toalhas de bidet. Das Zimmer war gross aber wie das ganze Hotel vom Stiel her verbrauchte 80er Jahre. Frühstücksraum wie in einer Kantine mit Plastiktischtüchern. Alles abgestanden, Kaffee ungeniessbar und das Brot konnte nur getostet gegessen werden, das Trinkwasser war chlorhaltig und der Orangensaft Zuckerwasser, zudem war und wirkte alles unsauber im Frühstücksraum. la estancia ha sido satisfactoria. el hotel es grande y bonito. internet wifi gratis. las habitaciones estan bien y el desayuno es abundante, variado y bastante bueno. recomendable.

Cuando llegamos al hotel pensamos que era un 5 estrellas, impresiona porque parece un shopping mall. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas, si bien podrian modernizar el estilo que se ve un poco antiguo. Tuvimos que llamar al tecnico para que arregle la ducha y el telefono que no funcionaba, pero vinieron enseguida a arreglarla. Los recepcionistas […] muy simpaticos y amables. Lo que mas me ha agradado es que tiene aparcamiento alrededor del hotel sólo para los clientes además es muy tranquilo y el servicio es muy amable y simpático. Las vistas a Sevilla son muy bonitas. Sin embargo, la habitación necesitaba una remodelación pues estaba deteriorada y eso le quitaba encanto. No funcionaba el mando a distancia y tanto mi madre […] como yo pasamos frio porque no habia mantas disponibles y no podemos dormir con calefacción por motivos de salud. Fomos muitíssimo bem recebidos, mesmo tendo feito a reserva pela internet e a recepcionista não tê-la encontrado imediatamente. O quarto, no entanto, é estranho, com um sofá cama e banheiro embaixo, e duas camas em um mezanino... Café da manhã muito bom, e ótimo serviço de ônibus que leva e traz do centro de Sevilha.

J' ai trouver le séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble, les chambres sont spacieuses, salles de bain propres par contre: Je n'ai jamais vu les femmes de chambres passer l'aspirateur quand elles faisaient le ménage. Le service restauration et café sont très moyens, certains serveurs, pas très compétents, lents et pas organiser, J'oubliais le plus important; […] NE JAMAIS DONNER LES CHAMBRES DUPLEX 4em étage a vos clients, elles sont vraiment pas biens et pas propres,ce sont les premières chambres qu'ils proposent mais en général, 9 client sur 10 changent de chambre avant même d' avoir poser leurs valises , le personnel de la réception le sait. Er is een shuttlebus maar die rijd niet in de middag. Je kan dan alleen terug met de taxi. verder een heel goed groot hotel.

The hotel is from the late eighties/early nighties and it's age is starting to show. It is mainly a conference hotel but we were there for sightseeing in Seville and other areas in the vicinities. The hotel was probably not ideal for our purpose. The pool area was good, the pool was "closed" during our stay but still possible to use. The hotel had […] a free bus shuttle to Seville, with hourly departures. The latest return was maybe a little early for Spanish dinner hours (22.15 & maybe 10 minutes walk from restaurant areas) but suited us well. The staff was great, cleaning average (had to ask for cleaning at the reception one day). The shuttle bus driver was very helpful, same with the reception staff with quick support and reasonable understanding of English. Overall happy with the hotel, with easy parking & shuttle bus, but as mentioned somewhat dated and not ideal for a dedicated city tour. The hotel is only 6-7 KM from the city centre but in a typically sterile environment where access to a car is more than recommended. Continua a leggere

super lækkert og meget flot hotel! blev positivt overrasket. det er bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg har opholdt mig på dette hotel :)

Quartos bons, espaçosos com todos equipamento necessário. Camas extras muito rudimentares e nada confortáveis, não tendo o colchão mais de 10cm.

Hotel bon marché, mais autres prestations plutôt chères( 1 café au bar de l'hôtel =2,50€!!!!), par contre parking extérieur suffisant, évitant des frais supplémentaires.

Un personnel super et très accueillant. L'hôtel est beau et propre. L'espace extérieur avec la piscine est un vrai paradis... A noter qu'à Séville la piscine est une obligation suivant la période de votre séjour! Cet hôtel se situe à l'extérieur de Séville cependant les navettes gratuites mises à disposition par l'hôtel sont très pratiques, il y en […] a toutes les heures, le matin entre 09h00 et 13h00 et le soir entre 19h00 et 22h00. Pour ceux à qui les horaires ne conviendraient pas, possibilité de prendre un taxi (départ de la Plaza de Cuba environ 8€ ou 9 €), donc cela est abordable. O hotel é uma óptima opção uma vez que alia o conforto dos quartos, estética do hotel e bom atendimento à conviniência de outros serviços tais como estacionamento, Minibus e internet gratuitos. A localização não é tão boa mas é compensada pelo serviço de Minibus. Óptima relação qualidade / preço.

Quando desfiz a cama para deitar, havia sinais nitidos q nao tinha sido trocado a roupa de cama, até cabelos de todos os sitios do corpo havia lá....

O Hotel apresenta boa relação qualidade/preço. Tem o inconveniente de estar fora da cidade. No site falavam que o hotel oferecia transporte para a cidade, mas este não ocorre nos fins de semana e tem horários limitados. Hotelpersonalet kunne ikke fortælle vejen til nærmeste Metro skønt den lå meget tæt på. Lidt ærgerligt.

Beliggenheden er perfekt for et besøg i Sevilla. Tag metroen fra San Juan Bajo som ligger nær ved. Man kan parkere gratis ve stationen. Hotellle kunne dog ikke give et kort som viser hvordan man kommer derhen, men det kan være de får rettet op på dette. Der er en fin restaurant ved poolen til fornuftige priser.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Eloigner du centre (10 min en voitrue) mais proche de centre commerciaux. Grande chambre, clim un peu lente mais belle piscine. Parking extérieur gratuit. Wifi dans la chambre. Intéressant hotel

Très bel hôtel, la chambre familiale est très propre et bien confortable. Les autres services qu'offre l'hôtel sont aussi intéressants.
