I REALLY appreciate Red Roof Inn being a pet friendly hotel and not charging a pet fee, so thank you! The rooms are brand new and absolutely great! The only thing I would request if you're […] going to stay here is to ask for a room not facing the highway because you can hear the traffic. We stayed here during a road trip on two separate nights and the time we weren't facing the highway was very quiet. There is coffee in the lobby and you get coupons for a free McDonald's breakfast since they don't serve breakfast in the lobby. A medium to moderately priced hotel.Desk personel were freindly and helpful and the room, although basic, (no microwave or fridg) was very clean. Breakfast coupons at the McDonalds next door was a nice touch. Also a good location if your interested in the casino and race rack just 3 minutes away. No regrets.

The hotel appeared to be newly renovated. The room was very nice and I liked the hardwood floors instead of carpet. I would stay there again.

room was freshly renovated. Clean & free wifi. Bed not as comfy as others but OK. free bkfst at McDonalds next door was interesting. Not as quiet as more expensive hotels but no real problems.

The rooms were recently renovated and are gorgeos. One issue was the pet friendly stay. A dog on the floor barked loudly down the hall every time someone entered the floor and went near the room. It was obnoxious to sleep with the noise. On leaving the floor, a guest had let there dog poop on the rug outside of their room. The staff was amazing!! We asked to be put down on the first floor instead of the second and they were more then willing but warned us about the noise of the traffic in the only rooms they had available. However they upgraded our room for us. No extra fee for our dog. Booked this online and the rooms have been renovated and are nice and clean just as pictured. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's not any extras but clean and nice to sleep at.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. As we are senior, we were given a 1 st floor room. as this hotel do not have an elevator.

The room was small but clean. I really appreciated the lamiknate floor (instead of carpet) as I have allergies to dust. The kingsize bed was fabulous.The location close to the I-90 was great as we are on our way to Texas.

Family of 4, one night. The rooms are clean, comfortable and renovated. However, there is no elevator to the second floor - carrying 2 kids that were asleep and 4 pieces of luggage up the steps was not appreciated. The breakfast they gave was a coupon at a local fast food establishment for some token sandwiches. Although I had booked a room with a microwave […] and fridge, this appears to be only something available in the premium suite. Since a number of these details were not what I saw advertised on their website, the information should be verified to make sure the amenities are what you expect. We had a wonderful experience here. The added breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely stay there again.

Just needed a place to land after a day at Splash Lagoon. Can hear people in hallways, but room was clean and fine for our overnight.

Surprisingly clean and newly renovated. Perfect half way point on our trip to Canada. Nice pet accomodations.

Travelling from South Carolina to Canada proved to be very tiring. We stopped over at the Red Roof Inn in eerie and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. It wasn't anything fancy but it served our needs well. Comfortable, clean, and affordable.

For a discount hotel, this spot is a gem. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was in much better condition than I was expecting, given some of our experiences with Red Roof Inn. We are traveling with our infant son, so we were very pleased that they had a crib waiting for us. The only down side we experienced was a loud altercation in the hallway […] but that's the kind of thing you can expect at a discount hotel a stone's throw away from a casino. was close to highway, but didn't hear any noise in my room. may be because it was on the backside of the building. room was clean and there was no smell and everything was good. i was expecting a microwave and a refrigerator which was not there. staffs were friendly. overall good place to crash in and the price was right.

Hotel was under new renovations when we were there. Looks like everything will be brand new in the near future which is nice. The only downfall was it being right by the busy highway so the next time we stay I will make sure to get a room away from the highway, it was a bit noisy with the big trucks going by all night long. Construction going on but was managed very well. Staff was courteous. Was what we expected..

Excellent service and very clean. Close to highway so had to keep my fan on all night to distract the noise from traffic.

Great if you're there for shopping. Just pull up your car to the door and load/unload parcels. The coupon for a free breakfast was also handy. Only downfall was that we asked for a Handicap room and was told that we had one only to find out when we got there that we didn't. This made things difficult for all.

Clean. Great pillows! Smelled clean. Not like other flat hotel pillows. Comfy mattress. Friendly service. No complaints. I've never stayed in a bad Red Roof Inn. A sure bet.

We are both best pleased with our stay at the Red Roof Inn. the room we stayed in was very clean and extremely quiet. It was quite possibly the best hotel matteress I have ever slept on! We forgot something and did not realize it until we arrived home. A quick call to the hotel had our item located and forwarded to us. This hotel is now our inn of choice […] while in Erie. i only was in my hotel for 7 hours, I just needed a place to crash from being enroute to Boston. The restroom shower had hair in it. that was weird. the staff was super nice.

Motel was all that I needed and expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had been driving a rental truck for four hours in a downpour. I have stayed in a Red Roof Inn before and was disappointed in it. This Red Roof Inn was a pleasant surprise. It was easily accessible to the highway and very clean. Fine for what we needed.

A room, not a destination.

On my recent stay here I arrived at the hotel at 3 pm after a 3 hour drive. I was told my room was not ready and would not be ready for another hour and a half. According to your website the check in time was 3 pm.I asked if I could use a restroom and was told they did not have one and to go to the McDonalds across the street. The only complaint we had wasthat the entrance to the Red Roof Inn was not very well identified.

Clean no thrills hotel in good location. Breakfast provided at adjacent McDonalds

It served the purpose. We went to cheer on our daughter-in-law as she did the Erie Marathon. It was clean, comfortable & we were given tickets for breakfast at McDonald's next door. Not every place has a breakfast @ 6:00AM on the weekend.

Hotel was clean and nicely located. Hot breakfast is a McDonalds coupon, which we did not bother with. Stayed 2 nights, room was cleaned but the bed was not exactly "made", they just pulled the comfortor over the messy sheets. All in all was Ok.

This hotel wasn't bad if you are just looking for a place to sleep.

Very convenient location. Right at highway exit. Helpful desk clerk was able to arrange a ground floor room for us. Clean, comfortable room. A hassle free stay. Recommended !
